I have seen something like this before it looked like a star in the sky but then I noticed it started moving back and forth slowly and started doing a circular motion I had got my wife outside and she had seen it she was scared so she went back inside I got on the phone contacted the neighbor he was at a gas station 2 miles away looked up where I told him to see you what I was saying and he noticed the same thing when I hung up the phone I looked back up and I noticed about 5 I'm moving all over Lake Michigan I had got on the phone to call another neighbor he was down the street he looks where I tell him to just look and forth do in circles one was an orangish reddish color the other ones look like little stars of them a distance in those would move slowly and non stop the orange ones would stay for awhile I was watching it for a good 40 minutes in the sky she's the same ones doing the same exact thing moving back an forth.

There was four cars including mine that saw this event. It started out as being a little red dot in the sky and begin to materialize as a larger red beam. It was a very far distant and came down with abnormal speed, approaching our cars. As it came closer, the shape changed and look like a Jelly with little rubbery fringes around it and was vibrating. I told my nephew hurry and take a picture and time I requested this it zoomed back into the sky with such speed we didn't even see it leave and we looked in the sky and it was far, far away to the East over the Lake Michigan! The SUV that was next to my car had a young man sitting with his body out on the window seal of the car, saying; what is that. And the strangest part of this ordeal, is that it seemed like we were suspended in time. None of us could move our cars and the light was green! I went to the Kenosha police to report this incident. I do not know if the the other three cars of people reported it or not.

Around 10:45 pm there was a bright ball of light moving extremely fast from the west to the east over Lake Michigan. This ball of light appears to be brighter and move faster than any satellite I've seen or the space station.

At about 8:50 pm CST in Kenosha, Wisconsin, I went to take my dog outside. Looked up into the sky as usual, I thought I saw a searchlight. Then instantly I noticed there was about six or seven of them. Almost teardrop shaped. Moving around in the sky and then they all gathered into one group. A second later the lights formed a crescent shape in the sky and held that position for about 30 seconds. At that time I ran in the house, yelled for my husband to get outside right away. He saw the lights as I did in the crescent shape. And then they took off in a North, north east direction over Lake Michigan. From the time they started to move after they formed the crescent shape, and we’re gone, was only about a second. There was absolutely no sound at all.

Under ordinary circumstances, we would assume that this report probably is a hoax. However, the source of the report, a 16-year old female, assured us during a telephone conversation that it is a sincere report. She saw no reason, she said, to contact the police. PD

No less than 10 seconds after having that thought, a bright circle appeared over my school, it was hovering for about 10 seconds, then it took off like a rocket sideways into the sky leaving a trail of fire behind it, and then it was just gone. No later than 10 min, I see two unmarked squad suvs pass by driving real slow at the exact speed of each other. My life hasn’t been the same since. I then began being targeted by people with abilities such as telepathy and telekinesis. I was tortured. Struggling to survive. I couldn’t breathe, I had unwanted thoughts, I had airplane jets constantly flying directly over me including helicopters. I could hear a loud pitch that was so bad I couldn’t think or act like a normal human anymore. I’ve been unemployed since then and my life began to take a turn for the worst. I tried reporting it to the US FBI and CIA, but I believe they had something to do with the pain I’ve experienced. I’ve looked up certain things that directly blame them. I’ve believed I’ve been a targeted individual for over 8 years now.
