Le vendredi 27 septembre 2013 entre 22h15 et 22h30, un témoin depuis son domicile constate les passages successifs dans le ciel nuageux d'une boule orange. L'objet se déplace toujours silencieusement d'Est en Ouest. La description de l'observation a toutes les caractéristiques des lanternes thaï : boules oranges se succédant sur la même trajectoire horizontale, selon le vent local (vent d'Est établi d'environ 15km/h selon www.meteociel.fr), un soir de week end. Les photographies, d'assez mauvaise qualité, n'apportent que peu d'information. Le GEIPAN classe ce cas peu étrange en catégorie "B" : observation de deux lanternes thaï successives.
