Le dimanche 2 juin 2013 à 22h59, un témoin est intrigué par le passage silencieux dans le ciel d'une boule orange. Il prend une photographie. La description de boule orange se déplaçant en ligne droite en fin de soirée de week-end évoque une lanterne thaïlandaise. Les photos du témoins sont parfaitement cohérentes avec cette hypothèse. Météociel indique un léger vent de Nord meteo. Le témoin indique un déplacement de l'objet du Nord Est vers le Sud Ouest : cet écart de direction peut s'expliquer par des conditions géographiques locales. Le témoin, joint au téléphone, a vu des lanternes thaïlandaises depuis son observation, le 14 juillet, et a reconnu le même genre d'objet.
