At about 3:19 in the afternoon, 2 friends and myself were watching a sunset with heavy cloud cover when we all witnessed an object reveal itself as clouds shifted. A portion of the oval/disk shaped craft was exposed from the edge of the clouds. There was a red/pink colored band faintly seen around the object. This object was massive, maybe 30-50 times that of a normal passenger jet. I have a minute long video where lights can be seen making quick flashes at the bottom and around the edge of the object. It disappeared as it looked like it formed a natural cloud around itself and went back into the cloud coverage. This was below/ within cloud altitude. Bject made no fast or sudden movements. Upon arriving at the near end of Scusset Beach jetty i snapped a few pics of sun and surrounding area to later notice a bright object in sky when enlarged noticed 4 brighter lights on/under it

My wife and I were out walking our dog, we live near Otis Air Force base. In our neighborhood we walk a loop around 4 separate blocks and then we head back inside. It takes roughly twenty minutes depending on our pace. The whole duration of our walk there was a craft hovering over the block. It had some blinking lights so we thought it was a plane but it was hovering, and planes aren't supposed to do that. It was completely silent and motionless, until we reached our driveway and then it flew away at a tremendous speed, still silent. This wasn't the first time we have witnessed something like this, but this was the lowest, and it was definitely stationary. For all of our walks, I'll bring my phone from now on to try and catch some footage.
