Bright fixed, white light with gradient of same color coming from center. Brighter than star, believed it to be Jupiter/Mars. After 2 minutes, began traversing slowely from 1 o’ clock orientation of the highway to the other side in sight of all the vehicles driving home westbound on I30. As light was traversing, encircling gradient of light become more diffuse and larger in diameter, and brightness of middle waxed and waned, like a revolving light, but aura maintained intensity. Lastly, a slightly visible cone-like projection of light was passed from the object, shaped like that of the cone that comes off an aircraft when breaking the sound barrier, but moved ahead of the craft with increasing distance. The middle of the objects focal light then dimmed with the aura/gradient of light remaining, followed by the aura fading from the sky. No trace of what was seen remained in the sky. Never have I seen such a thing as this, but don’t believe it to be a helicopter or airplane due to the quirks of the focal light changing in relation to the gradient of light and the pace of movement in relation to the intensity of the light, most notable the visual cone of light/air/material emitted from the object in the same orientation as the object, moving at a greater speed than the object, and dimming away from visibility. Many, many witnesses on I30 westbound to Fort Worth between exits to Fielder Rd and Cooks Rd at 1935 (7:35 PM); drivers on the highway traveling home. Airplane in the sky at 10 o’ clock during event with flashing red light, highly notable as an aircraft, distinctly familiar and very different in quality to the object of light seen. Date: Sunday Sept 17, 2023 Location: Ridgmar Blvd. and Green Oaks Rd Fort Worth, Texas Time: Right after sunset about 7:30 to 7:45 PM Local Wind Speed: 2 MPH from the east Description of object: Roughly Cigar shaped with irregular bumps on the sides. It was an irregular shaped object. It was a black or very dark grey color. There were no wings or other means of propulsion. It was close enough to us that that would have been easily observable. The length of the object is estimated to be 50 to 100 feet. The width at the mid-point was maybe 10 to 20 feet. Approximate speed. 30-40 MPH Altitude: Estimated 1000 to 1500 feet. Direction of travel: South East to North West Time Observed: About 5 to 10 minutes Description: Was driving east on Ridmar Blvd toward Green Oaks Road when my wife asked if I could see an object above us on the passenger side of the car. I couldn’t see the object, so when I reached the stop sign on Ridgmar Blvd at Green Oaks Rd., I put the car in park and got out to look at the object. It was at about 75 to 80 degrees above the horizon and about 1000 to 1500 feet in altitude as best as I could tell, moving slowly to the north east at about 30-40 MPH in a straight line. The sky was still very light as the sun had just gone down. I looked at it and tried to figure our what the object was. At first, the shape sort of resembled an helicopter, but there was no sound coming from the object. It was close enough to us that if it had been a helicopter, I most definitely would have heard it. It was moving toward the south end of the runway of the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. I know from being a drone operator and trying to fly in this exact area, that it is a restricted area and you can’t get permission to fly here. I watched it until it got approximately over the south end of the runway and then I got back in my car and moved to a store parking lot on Green Oaks Rd. I got out and watched it until it was almost out of sight in the distance. It never changed speed, direction or altitude that I could tell. My wife thought it might be a balloon, but I have never seen a balloon in that shape. There was no discernable wind at ground level and this object was very low, so I don’t think there would have been enough wind to move a balloon at that speed. By the time I thought of taking a picture of it, it was so far away it wouldn’t have shown much detail. I am an electrical engineer and a drone pilot.

Going down 287 past Ft. worth towards Amarillo. I suddenly see a blue light in the sky and it’s coming straight down in the distance. It was moving unexplainably fast. It was too fast to get a photo but I’m hoping someone did. It was terrifying.

Noticed a larger (larger than Star smaller than moon) sphere of light with an aura around it moving through the night sky at about the same rate a satellite would. Aura got larger and larger then dissipated. Sphere shot another aura out of the front of it and the aura moved in front of the sphere spreading out as it moved. Sphere disappeared behind house line. It happened on the night of 4/30 which is my b-day and why I remember so well also I texted of my youngest son (and it's still on my phone) when we got to our destination at the next major intersection. So ... I turned south onto N. Riverside Dr. from Timberland BLVD and I saw a bright light in the sky and remarked to my son, "oh that sucks, look a helicopter" because the light was across the street from the Texas Health Harris Methodist hospital, we see them come and go. He saw looked up mumbled some sort of agreement. As we got closer I noticed it was in the same spot which was weird, they usually go directly onto the landing spot, and I've never seen two (that's not to say two helicopters can't/don't fly into the hospital, anyhoo...) so I kept watching it the best I could driving 40 miles per hour with other cars around. When we reached the intersection, I kept saying, "something's not right, that's so weird". We weren't moving as we waited for the light. It was just in the one spot. The light didn't move or waver. And it was not a measly light. It is what I would expect to see and have seen on a helicopter. We could tell something was there, but the light was pointed in our direction, so we couldn't make out a specific shape. When we crossed over to the other side of Golden Triangle (still traveling on N. Riverside Dr.), we were looking at it and we realized it was an airplane with the cockpit facing toward us. it looked like a typical passenger airplane--but not quite full-size. It was low enough, I could see the pilot's window, but am not sure that I could see the pilot specifically. It did not move, as a matter of fact it did not make any noise, but the light was as bright as you would expect to see on the front of a plane. The tires were not down. We could see the left wing and the tail, but I could not see the other side wing. There were no distinct markings on it--we are close to where UPS, FedEx etc fly in so I am familiar with their logos. There is a billboard around the corner from it, and I would say it couldn't have been much higher than the billboard. We could see the dimensions to it, the rounded underside, etc.--it was not flat, like the billboard. My son and I kept looking, me the best as I could while not hitting anyone around me. No one slowed down. No one was pulled over. Be we could see this plane just "there". There was nothing in front, behind or on either side, we could see the ground under it. It was just before a patch of trees. Once we got 20-30 feet past the trees, we could not see it anymore, I assumed because of the trees, but my son who could turn around said it was just gone. There was nothing in my mirrors. We kept on to our destination which took us about 30 min and then we came back the same way and there was nothing. Nothing in the air. Nothing on the ground. No people standing or anything. So strange. I drive by there on some of my regular routes and in daylight, I see nothing. My husband said maybe it was a blimp or balloon. Blimps still make noise, and we didn't have the radio on and heard absolutely nothing. Had it not been for the light that I was looking at from Timberland BLVD to Golden Triangle, I would not have thought a single thing about it. I probably wouldn't have noticed it at all. Or if it been in a slightly different spot, I would have gone on thinking it was a helicopter. Sound-wise, it was just flat if that makes sense. I didn't feel anything odd other than slightly confused-excitement at whatever that was. Looking at the questions below, again, I can't say for sure that I saw into the pilots' window, but I feel like I saw a shape that was kind of olive khaki--like a shirt, not necessarily skin color, but who knows. The plane itself was light blue or silver on the top half, the wind was a slightly darker blue. The light was so bright is caused a slight haze/glow, like how a light pole hazes the items around. Oddly there were no birds that I noticed and there are usually birds everywhere--however, I may have just missed it because of my focus on the "thing".
