The report, as filed
Le 17 septembre 2012 à 14h20 , un témoin remarque dans le ciel une boule noire qui semble stationnaire. Le témoin a observé dans le ciel cet objet noir semblant immobile, assez bas sur l'horizon. Il en fait le tour, sur un quart de tour, ce qui prouve la faible distance et altitude de l'objet. Le vent de Nord de 10 à 20 km/h (voir relevé) semble faible pour faire voler un cerf volant. La forme sphérique évoque plutot un ballon. Le couvert nuageux semble inadapté à un essai de ballon thermique (chauffé au soleil). Il s'agit probablement d'un ballon festif gonflé à l'hélium, tenu par un fil (bien sûr invisible à plus de 100m) ou volant dans le faible vent de ce jour.
