As I looked toward the moon a craft that was very bright and had lights on what looked like wings or appendages began to move in a strange manner. It came toward my direction and then took off into the darkness at a very high rate of speed. I watched it disappear in a matter of seconds.

So last night around 10:30 I was outside walking some little ones and saw a huge flying circle object, with beautiful colorful lights flying impossibly fast, heading north from DT Bellevue. It appeared to be flying north and then did this insane 90 degree turn into the clouds. So this happened while I was in Kirkland, north of / very close to the water. It WAS definitely cloudy but not directly over Kirkland, the clouds appeared to be further away like over Bellevue. The whole incident lasted probably 8 to 10 seconds and then it was gone. Again, taking into consideration the distance it appeared to be and relevant buildings and homes below it, it would have had to have been incredibly large, like 150 feet across kind of thing. The lights were like a flowing trickling effect, coming out from the center of the object to the edges and it was ALL different colors, beautiful colors. In fact the ONLY thing I could see were the lights and its shape, otherwise it was too dark to see the actual object itself. And the object was completely round, meaning, not flying saucer round but like an actual upright circle flying towards my general direction.

Around 9pm the power went out in the Kingsgate area. Four lights were spotted rotating above the local Safeway and surrounding streets. They were rotating fast but staying relatively in the same spots. Also described as orange lights. About thirty minutes later they disappeared. The second they disappeared the power was restored. Later a station of police from Woodinville and Kirkland came to guard the street where it happened. They wouldn't let anyone go past the street, putting out search lights and flare signals so people couldn't drive past Safeway. The police also would not let people walk past to go home.

Saw a bright white light heading in a straight line from west to east and very slightly wavering left to right before fading in the distance. Not sure if it traveled away quickly or light just dimmed. No sound. Saw what appeared to be a satellite or high flying jet pass by soon after, I believe due south.

Witnessed an oddly shaped almost sideways facing Chevron craft slowly hovering northbound along the I5 corridor from kirkland. This craft had no sound and no rotors that could be seen, but could hover in place and pivot around its central axis. A plane flew overhead about a mile from the craft. The craft hovered and rotated to face the plane which was flying away from it. It then rotated back to the north and flew off. I have pictures of said craft
