I was filming a video of the lunar eclipse out into my backyard. I checked over the footage and I saw a bright flash dart through the sky. It was a reddish orange color and it started coming toward me then took a left away from my view. It’s cold in November in northern Illinois so that checks any bugs out. It weirded me out that my girlfriend and I just so happen to be watching a ufo sightings show and had been curious for a while what I would be like to experience such.

I looked out the window and seen bright red flashing lights in the sky moving at a very fast pace, I knew it wasn't an airplane or anything that I have ever seen before. As I got closer to the window it just disappeared from the sky like poof, gone! It was closer to the ground, it was not very high up in the sky either.

It flew slowly from west to east and then turned slightly and headed south east. There are many airplanes and helicopters in my area but this was flying much slower then a helicopter or landing airplane. There is a video i will upload it after my description. It was a bright orange circle solid in color not blinking and had no other lights and was completely silent. Also, the wind was blowing west north west at 8mph this was going east and made a southern manuver before it rose upwards into the clouds. I zoomed in to get a better picture of the object and also zoomed out so the houses and trees can be used a reference the video explains everything in great detail.

I'm late reporting this. It happened either June 10 or the 11th. I saw a black dot in the far distance moving right and then disappeared when a plane from Midway airport was closing in on it. I tried to film it but the camera was picking up too much brightness. I don't know what is was. Today is June 17th and was just hearing alot of sightings happening with Mothman lately in Chicago, so I thought I would report this. I looked it up if it was a satellite and none were flying by at the time I saw this. It moved about twice as fast as the ISS that I usually see. I looked up that the ISS flew by at around 8:49PM according to a website that it would be flying by in my town when I typed in my zip code 60453. This object that was no satellite flew by at 9:50PM. It was slowly pulsating every 2 to 4 seconds for the first 12 seconds then it stopped then the last 15 seconds it would get bright and sometimes the brightness faded a little. It flew almost over head. One witness I was with would barely want to look at it when I was telling them to look at it. They did say the saw for a second. I forget the exact times I saw them both. The first one I saw was at around 6:35PM and the second one I saw was at about 7:20PM. The first and second were both black and small. They both were going in directions. The first one was farther away to take a photo of. The first was super high in the sky prepared to the second one was lower. They both were moving slow at around the same speed. The second was super close and going over a house past a plane that must of took off from midway airport. I couldn't take a video of it because I was on the phone with an old friend. I told the friend who lives in Florida now when I was on the phone with him that it was going over your old house right now because he use to live in Illinois. I told him on the phone it might be just a balloon. The second one seem to chang shape a little or it was slowly rotating. I saw the first one for about 15 seconds and the second one for about 2 minutes. It felt like there was no wind outside.
