Le 10 septembre 2010 aux alentours de 21h, un automobiliste est intrigué par une boule lumineuse orange-rouge qui se déplace lentement, change de couleur avant de disparaître subitement. Les caractéristiques de l'observation (lumière jaune blanche d'une très grosse étoile virant au jaune orangé, forme ovoîde paraissant immobile, disparition (extinction), trajectoire compatible avec la direction du vent) évoquent un ballon lumineux de type lanterne thaîlandaise.
