Le 21 juillet 2009 deux personnes constatent dans le ciel le déplacement silencieux Ouest-Est d'un point lumineux blanc qui disparait à l'horizon. Un des deux témoin prend des photographies et s'adresse au GEIPAN pour relater par téléphone son observation. Il envoie ensuite son témoignage direct avec les photos jointes Ce cas est classé "A" : Le témoin a observé le passage de la Station Spatiale Internationale (ISS). [GEIPAN classification A — ISS]
