Saw 2 solid red non blinking lights over Newport/Irvine tonight 9/23/22 at 10:59pm the lights drew together at a rapid pace the top red light turned off then on and attached itself to 2nd Red light. Both drifted down then both disappeared. These were unlike airplanes that have 1 steady white light with a second different blinking light. These are very bright Solid Red unblinking lights. My neighbors were out looking at the stars and said they saw it too. I said the 2 solid red lights were as bright as that star and I pointed and they said,”That’s Venus”.

Standing by Dukes parking lot watching the ocean and noticed what seem to be like a plane flying from the ocean. Lights were fairly bright.I looked away for a second or two and when I try to look back to see what it was I couldn’t find it . about 30 seconds later it appeared with rapid blinking light I grab my phone and videoed it.

At 1:15 am i noticed a bright light flying in from the ocean. It looked like an airplane but then it disappeared. As I’m trying to figure what happened to it ,it reappeared almost right above me . So I took my phone out and video it ..

I walked out to the alley to get in my car and saw something that I thought at first was a large burning ember over the garage of my moms house. It looked like it might land on it and seemed to be still on fire in some part. I thought it was about 10" to 12" and square-ish. Floating and glowing red, it drifted past my mom's house and over to the next and continued down the block. It was getting higher and higher as it went and was now moving over the tops of the houses. I started to realize it was not a burning paper ember, nor was it likely to land on and catch anybody's roof on fire. It still looked like it was on fire though and I started wondering if it was a drone on fire. I got in my car to follow it and by the time I caught up to where I could see it again, it was at least a thousand feet up.(so it clearly wasn't the small size I had thought it to be!). The last sight of it was when it's red glow flickered on and off a few times, seemingly one side of it and then the other side. Then the light went out and it was no longer visible. The photo is nowhere close to what I could see with my eyes but was taken with my phone at half zoom because it was still just barely over the rooftops. You can see how grainy the sky looks as well. But it is clear how bright it was and it could look like it was on fire.
