I was passing by my front door when I saw two lights to the East, approx. 25° over mountain ranges to the East of Vista. At arms length, the larger light appeared to be the size of a single pea (Not the whole pod, just a pea). The larger brighter light was greenish white in color, stationary, and appeared to have a slight haze around it. There was a smaller white light approaching it from the North. The smaller white light abruptly turned toward and accelerated above and around the large green light and began heading slowly towards the North East and faded out and disappeared within a few seconds. The large green light appeared to begin slowly moving East, before turning slightly North East, and then also fading out and disappearing. I continued to watch and about 20 seconds later, a bright small light appeared suddenly in the same area, began slowly moving South and flashed 2 times extremely bright, and then faded out and was gone. I then called to my wife and told her what I was seeing. She joined me at an upstairs window, where we continued to watch several dim and bright lights suddenly appear, sometimes two at a time and fly in random directions. (I put down 15+ craft seen, because that is a loose estimate. There were only 1 to 2 objects seen at any given time, but they would appear and disappear with such frequency, I concluded that they couldn't have been the same two craft every time). Occasionally there would be a larger light than the rest, that would flash brightly and disappear. This all went on for about an hour and 20 min and appeared to be contained to one small section of sky. This seemed odd to me. I am located right under commercial and private air lanes, and I clearly saw and heard commercial air traffic pass over much higher than the UAP's appeared to be. The UAP's made no sound. I did hear what sounded to me like 3 quick sonic booms far away. I attempted to capture video using my phone, and will need to run it through some filters to see if I caught anything. I also tried to take pictures. MCAS Miramar is 23 miles South of my Location. MCB Camp Pendleton is located 9.4 miles North West of my location. MCAGCC 29 Palms is 97 miles North East of my location. Vandenberg Space Force Base is located 251 Miles North West of my location, and March Air Reserve Base is located 55 miles North of my location Fighter jets from Miramar almost never fly over vista. Frequently seen military aircraft in Vista include Vipers, Ospreys, Sea Stallions, C-130's, and rarely Air Force C5's will fly over heading East. No military aircraft were observed anytime during or after the sighting. I am 45 years old and have witnessed several UAP's throughout my life. My father was US Army, and I have been heavily into NASA and Military Aviation since childhood. My family has a history of UAP sightings, starting in the late 1950's that continues today.

I was sitting outside when I looked to my left to see two big lights hovering in the sky above what seems to be the ocean, I looked away for a few moments and looked back to see them gone. I look to my left again in 5 minutes and they’re back and bigger, they dim again and one disappears and the top one breaks into 5 lights and was spreading apart and disappeared and formed one big light and is dimming and coming back continuously every 5-10 minutes.

At the above time, I was out on my third floor balcony, watching the meteor shower. Since we have so much light pollution, I was using a night vision scope (image intensifier type) that cuts through the bright sky. After sighting a few meteors, I spotted what I was sure was a satellite. It was the same apparent Size and brightness as the stars in the sky. It was following a straight steady course. As I watched it, I thought it was wiggling or changing speed, but I chalked that up to eye strain, etc. But then the object stopped! It froze in place and just appeared to be another star. My arms were tired already, so I watched it as long as I could and it did not move. The object was in the NE sky at about 45 degrees moving to the west. Since I was using the night scope, it is possible that it wouldn't be visible to the naked eye.

Craft was a circular flat object with the back quarter cut off, a verticle fin. Quite large with no sound, used my golf rangefinder as a scope to see it better, took 4 pictures as it few to the west then dropped below the hills.

A bright light came fast from the East to the west until right in front of me and about 2000 feet high (I'm guessing). It quickly slowed and stayed still for about 4 seconds or so then it turned north and flew high into the sky, kind of toward the north star, until it was very high and looked like a tiny star with all the others. It continued higher until it faded from view such as in outer space. The trip up took about 5 seconds. Sorry I may not have given the correct date but I didn't know I could report this so I didn't "save the date". I think it was Sunday or Monday March 13 or 14.

I was walking with someone I was having a conversation with. They stopped at their vehicle, and I was semi waiting for them. Just over the top of the truck, something passed above us. Friend in the truck didnt hear anything and I even called to him once, to which he didn’t respond. It was shaped almost like a kite. The middle was black. There was “something going on” because it was blocking out the sky behind it, and it was so close I knew there was detail there, but my brain literally could make sense of it. I I also couldn’t tell if I was looking at it from its side or it’s belly. Like my eyes wanted to make it be flat, but it didn’t know how. There was 3 lights, that looked like they could be regular ass lights. But there was like a “creamy” hue to them. I DID HEAR A HUM THOUGH, I know so frequently ufos are reported as silent. However the hum was very unsettling. It sounded like a broken subwoofer, only I could just barely hear it. So now I’m yelling for this guy I’m with to look. He comes over and he sees it flying away from us. It seemed to emit s pinkish hue and We determined it’s flying like \ . He also can’t make sense of it. It was fast. He didn’t hear it, nor me asking him like a crazy person to come look at it. But that seemed to shake him a bit more considered how gosh darn low it was.
