Bright green light that was stationary for a few moments, then started to move quickly back & forth, then when over us it turned red for a second or two, then turned white & shot off towards Edmonton.

Noticed a string of lights equally spaced apart. Looked like stars racing across the sky then one by one disappeared at the same spot. too high to be a jet and moving way too fast.

I was driving west on highway 16 and off to the south a cone shaped glow appeared to be moving southwest. The shape look very similar
