I was going south right out of Deridder la driving approx 65 mph on hwy 171 , in my right side phrofiyal vision I see something black and I immediately got excited that I was gonna see it up close , but the wings didn't flap , it floated at an horizontal angle wriggle like a magic carpet , floating up above my car going northeast and it decended up above the top of the pine trees , until it was out of sight
