Le 13 février 2008 vers 1h25, un témoin se réveillant en pleine nuit observe depuis chez lui une grosse boule orange se déplaçant à très grande vitesse dans le ciel. L'observation dure quelques secondes et le PAN disparaît aussitôt. Un seul témoignage est recueilli. D’étrangeté et de de consistance faibles (témoin unique, observation de très courte durée), ce cas s'avère être une méprise très probable avec un bolide naturel. L'absence de témoignages indépendants ou d'une capture par un dispositif de type caméra all-sky ne permet cependant pas de valider formellement cette hypothèse. Ce cas est classé B, méprise probable avec une rentrée atmosphérique naturelle (bolide). [GEIPAN classification B — Bolide]
