I was putting my clothes to dry, when i noticed something floating but moving slowly in the sky , floating realtively close to the houses here in Garcia, NL, at first i thought it was an owl then i looked closely and couldnt figured out what it was, then start kind if changing its form like. It glowed on the edges, i am very confused not sure what i saw, didnt make any sound as well. It was no drone or anything like that, it dissapered in the distance as i was watching. Tried to go to the terrace to see it again but nothing. Is worth noticing that it was changing form as i mentioned like plastic bag or bubble , medusa ,celestial body something like that.
