The object was a very prominent pure white orb with a contiguous white halo and a brighter circular center about one tenth its overall diameter. It was seen for about five minutes traveling through a clear dark sky prior to the moon rising. The object, including its halo, was about the diameter of the mid-day sun. It was traveling at a constant pace from West to East approximately 70 degrees up from the southwest horizon. The object appeared to be within the atmosphere. An approximation of its size would depend on its altitude but it was far larger than a commercial aircraft, satellite, surveillance balloon or meteorite. An approximation of its speed would also depend on its altitude. If it was flying at 30,000 feet I would approximate its speed as twice to three times that of a commercial jet or military transport. If it was in orbit it would be traveling about the speed of a satellite. The speed, altitude and trajectory did not change during our observation of its path. Additionally, there was a narrow diagonal, linear white light, separate but in close proximity to the orb, emerging upward at about 1:00 to 2:00 and about equal in length to the diameter of the orb including its halo. No sound was heard during its passage. The vertical linear "tail" appeared to move to a position of about 11:00 and separate from the orb slightly as the orb traveled toward the mountain horizon to the East. Remarkably, as the orb approached the mountain horizon in the East-Southeast a three dimensional conical vaporous light field emerged from the orb with its small base located at about the orb's 8:00 position. The conical field rapidly grew spreading downward and to the left lasting five to ten seconds before it rapidly dissipated. I would approximate that the maximum length of the cone was about 30 times the diameter of the orb and its diameter at the large end of the cone about twenty times the diameter of the orb. I am a retired Ph.D. having spent 40 years in Silicon Valley advising corporate leaders on strategy, running a multidisciplinary behavioral medicine clinic and serving for a time on the clinical faculty and medical staff at Stanford. My wife, who also observed the UAP, is a retired manager of quality and performance systems for three hospitals at Kaiser Permanente Medical System. She has three master degrees. This evening, shortly before 8pm MDT(local) I stepped outside my backdoor to look at the evening sky. Looking to the north I noticed a flying object traveling from right to left(South Easterly to North Westerly.) The original object was unlike any typical aircraft in the sense that the flashing light signature was only white-ish in color, no red, no green signatures, but distinctly flashing. Because the object seemed to be very high in altitude, it appeared to be moving very quickly, at least faster than a commercial airliner. This is what originally caught my attention. However, the trajectory of the object led me to notice a very bright "star" slightly to the left of my view. Unfortunately I did not continue to follow the blinking object as I noticed that the bright "Orb" was now in motion, and heading in the very opposite direction of the original blinking object. At this point I ran inside to grab my phone(Samsung A71) and immediately began to record. As I stepped back outside just seconds later, maybe between 5-10 seconds, I began to record the "Orb." This is when I noticed that the Orb was now heading due north, a 90 degree angle change of direction. It soon thereafter faded and disappeared. In the next few minutes I noticed what appeared to be typical satellites, maybe 4 total. What was odd was that the first two satellites were on the exact same trajectory, as were the second two, in a different trajectory. Also, what was strange was that a cloud formed shortly thereafter. There were no clouds in the general vicinity, and it felt like the cloud was formed as a result of my experience, but certainly that is speculation. It had been raining off and on for the past couple days, but at the time it was very calm, although in the periphery there was lightning flashes, but the sky in my direct location was crystal clear, except for the cloud that formed just after my sighting. I captured 27 seconds of video, but it was handheld from my phone, and I tried zooming in, but was too shaky by the time the "Orb" vanished. The first six seconds of video are the best of what I have, and after reviewing the clip I could analyze the video and notice the vibrant hues that this orb was emitting. Also, if you scrutinize the video, you can notice the center of the Orb having a dark spot. There were no sounds associated with any of these sightings. Because of the stationary nature originally, of the Orb, and then the movement and a 90 degree of change in direction, this is why I felt compelled to file this report! What is most rewarding for me and quite inexplicable is that I was also, for the first time listening to your interview with Art Bell, from 2015! This is how I found your website, and being a big fan of Art Bell, I decided to give you the report. The data reveals the clip was recorded at 7:56pm, October 2, 2023. Thank you for your attention!

I noticed a moving light in my periphery. Once I saw it clearly it was 3 large round orbs of light that seemed somehow diffused. They stayed in perfect formation, triangular, the entire time. I did not see an outline of a craft so I'm not sure it it was one craft with 3 lights or 3 crafts in formation. I tend to think the later. It was at a midrange altitude in the atmosphere. It moved in one direction very quickly and with no sound at all. Any typical craft flying at that altitude I would expect to be able hear.

Friend noticed it before I did. It was still very brief, but very strange looking. It looked like a big space blanket. It didn't look like a bird, and it looked too large, although the way it fell reminded me of how a bird of prey nose dives when it hunts. It dove behind the background objects from our view. We aren't sure where it came from, just that it fell out of the sky. Date is precise. Time is +/- an hour or so.

I am 51 years old and consider myself an amateur astronomer. I was observing the Perseids meteor shower with my mother and father in the front yard facing a north to north east direction. Most of the time when I am observing meteor showers, I use a 1x third generation night vision scope as I have found I can usually see triple the number of meteors compared to when I am observing naked eye. I had seen a fairly bright meteor about a minute before my sighting. Many times, meteors come in pairs, so I was observing a specific area of the sky waiting for a second meteor. The star Capella was observable in the upper right corner of my night scope. From the right upper corner of field of view, I thought I sensed movement near Capella. When I focused on the spot, I could clearly see a dark object moving very fast. As I started to track the object, I realized I was looking at a triangle. Besides being a triangular shape, there are several things which I found unusual. 1. There were no lights on the craft. Even the dimmest light would have shown in the night vision. 2. There was no sound. 3. It must have been flying fairly low because it looked to be about the size of my thumbnail held at arm’s length or was very large flying at a high elevation. I sensed it was flying at a lower elevation since it appeared there was a slight glow or haze to the object, maybe from light reflecting from the city lights on it. 4. It was not an equilateral triangle. The 2 sides were narrower than the back end. All the sides were flat. 5. It was a dark aircraft. I could not sense any details other than the general shape of the craft. Generally, if I see an aircraft through the night vision, it is light in color and much smaller compared to this object. The object was moving from north to a generally south direction. I tracked it for about 10-15 seconds until it disappeared behind our house. I estimate I tracked it for about 85 degrees of sky. My first thought was that maybe I was looking at a B2 Bomber. I could see the object good enough that I could tell the back end was perfectly straight, unlike the B2. Perhaps it was another military craft that I am not familiar with. I don’t know if the military is allowed to fly without any running lights. I have observed many planes through the night vision. It is very unusual to see a plane flying low enough at night that I can see its silhouette. Usually, I just see the lights with a slight hint of an aircraft between the lights and I always hear the aircraft, especially if it is flying as low as this one appeared to be flying. This is only the second time I have seen a plane flying without running lights. The only other time I have seen a plane flying at night without lights was immediately after the 9-11 attacks. While observing the object, I immediately started telling my folks what I was observing. Neither one of them were able to see the object. I know this was a short duration sighting and maybe it was just an unknown military craft, but I thought I would throw it out there.
