What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

Ok I was outside on my balcony smoking a cigarette and I looked up. I saw this orange object moving south towards San Jose in different directions up down sideways throughout the evening sky. I even lightweight heard it. I thought it was a drone at first but it’s way different sound than a drone. It sounded very powerful at times it would stop the noise would become silent and they would come back after a few minutes of watching 4 more popped up in different parts of the sky all go in the same direction from left to right also some were closer than the others. They were all at different heights it seemed. In the video that I uploaded, it only shows 2 because my actually phone died as I was recording, so I only have video footage of 2 of the objects not 5 that I mentioned.

Friday morning I arrived early to work, parked in the lot next to a coworker (also in her car), killed time in my car. After ten or fifteen minutes, she left her car for work and I followed. Upon locking my doors I felt the urge to look up. Standing to the passenger side behind the car, I saw an object in the sky. My coworker, wondering what I was staring at, looked up and saw it too. She didn't know what it was either. Coming from the East, around 9:45 AM in Fremont, CA, was a dark grey, almost spherical object, sort of flat on the bottom. Like a basketball that needs some air. I don't know how far away it was, or how high - I don't know how big it was... Having never seen it before I don't know what to compare it too, or it's scale. But it seemed very big and fairly close (within 5 miles?), and maybe somewhere around the same height most helicopters fly at. Definitely lower than the propeller plane that came by around the same time, also East to West (Cessna type plane). The object was very big. Had to be bigger than a Blackhawk helicopter or maybe even a Chinook. It wasn't a blimp or hot air balloon, I'm familiar with watching both. I know hot air balloons can come in different shapes, but this wasn't a balloon. It occasionally caught sun and shined or glinted around its edges. It moved too slow for an airplane, in my opinion, but steady paced. I did see a prop plane in the air also, for contrast, around the same time - they weren't close to each other. Two vastly different objects in the sky. It moved silently (I'm aware of stealth helicopters and the possibility of silent or near-silent propellers), in one direction for about 5 minutes - from the time I first observed the object. Then it changed directions - traveling from the East to the West, it just started going North. It didn't seem to turn, per se. No arcing turn, like a plane or helicopter. Because of this, at first it seemed to have stopped. I realized it changed directions because it started to get smaller, going away from my position. It was then, once the object was far away, that I thought to take out my phone and capture some images. But I felt it was a futile thing as the object was so far away and my phone's camera not having great zoom capabilities, etc. I took two photos without zoom, then two more with digital zoom maxed out. Those were blind shot, because I wasn't sure my camera could even see the object. The first two photos have the plaza I work at in frame, the object is a black speck, the prop plane is in both shots. In the second shot there are a bunch of objects. Not sure if they are from the object, or birds, but six are in a rectangular formation. Including the original object, I count 9, maybe 10 objects in total - in this one shot. The first of the last two shots seems to show the objects coming back together, or separating - not sure, its not clear what's going on. The last shot shows four similar sized and shaped objects. I think they were convex shaped disc-like vehicles that can stack on top of each other. Flat or concave underneath, and rounded on top. Maybe like stacked, upside-down bowls. So when stacked they appear as one unit? I was bummed out that I didn't have the clarity or focus to take pictures immediately. I was so much in awe, scared, and shocked too see this that I ignored my instinct to snap a picture. This was shocking and disturbing and awesome, and it can derail your mind-train. On my first break I looked at the photos and lost my mind. I had a witness with me that saw the object at the same time as I, she went in to work about five minutes before I did, but she saw the object when it was closer to us. I pointed it out to a passing postal carrier and asked if hot air balloons were common in the area. There had to be more witnesses. It flew in an suburban area with a large high school, two hospitals, etc. It was bright daylight at the time, and the object wasn't obscured by clouds. I'm open to all the possibilities. I don't know what I saw, but I know that I did see it and that it's not something I've ever seen before. My mind was reaching for explanations.

My wife and I were out walking and we saw an object flying at very fast speed probably faster than 10 machs. It was flying lower than aircraft vicinity but was the fastest thing I have ever seen and it disappeared in the cloud in a few second. I immediately realized it was not a flight or a shooting star or any starlink satellites.

Please about 9:24 p.m. on Friday April 22nd 2022. I was walking in the Irvington neighborhood near Grimmer Elementary School, specifically on Columbia Avenue. This was in Fremont California. I thought I saw what looked like a weather balloon, or some sort of debris falling in the sky and it was really bright orange almost as if it was on fire but there were no flames with a slight glow around it. The object was going in a straight direction towards Mission Peak but then it all of a sudden seemed to lose its balance and then did a loopty-loop in the sky and then afterwards faded into the clouds as if it were falling. My walking partner and I gazed in disbelief at the strange, bright object in the sky. It was orange but reflective... Almost shimmering. It resembled the surface of the sun. That's how bright it was. Could it be a meteor? At the same moment, a neighbor on this street all of a sudden appeared in the out in the middle of the road and gasped and also verified what we saw/our collective sighting. About five minutes later, 3 objects that were the same as the first appeared out of nowhere heading towards Mission Peak. But these objects did not do loopty-loops like the original one did. Throughout this entire oredel, there were planes in the distance, but you could hear the plane engines... These objects were silently flying over. Perhaps they were drones? Sorry for the Google voice to text, I'm too excited to type it out by hand! Also, my friend Linda Pricer - walking partner and coworker - was with me and she can corroborate my story. Her telephone number is +1 510-914-0935.

Fremont, CA
Was walking with a friend around 9:23 we saw a orange ball of fire hovering and moving around in the sky. We took our phones out to see if we could get any pictures. When a neighbor came down the middle off the street asking us what was that? His phone was doing an update. It hovered there for a while and then disappeared behind the clouds. We walked further down the street when it reappeared again. We began taking pictures of the orange fireball with the x through it. Again no sounds. My friend was making a move of it when out the corner of my left eye I saw a second one. It moved closer to the first one. Both of them were hovering there making no sound. After a bit the both disappeared.

Shortly after 9:30PM, me and one of my family members spotted a mysterious blue light doing weird maneuvers in the sky. The object wasn’t that bright, just a blue dot. It did many maneuvers like shooting straight up and making 90° turns. The object was dimming and then getting bright again. Finally it dropped below the horizon causes a loud boom that set off car alarms.
