Skies were clear heard kind of a rumbling then I noticed a craft appear over the trees hovering. as it accelerated forward over my location it did not sound like a plane. I saw one bright white light, a green blinking light with storming smaller white lights

Saw a flashing light in the sky from my window. The object flew by just over the tree line with no sound. A few minutes later another one was spotted. This time it was flying even lower. I could make out multiple lights on it, none like I've seen before.

Seen over the Piscataquog River from Goffstown facing the west side of Manchester. Blue light that stood still and would suddenly take off quickly. Also changed height and direction quickly. Totally silent. Took video.
