I saw 2 'very bright' stars shape looking objects in trail. 30 degrees aprox. over the horizon. Looking east from San Juan, PR. I saw the ISS route in a web site afterwards. Maybe it was the ISS but the second object is the reason why I'm reporting a UFO. I seen the ISS before multiples times. I thought the ISS was being followed by a UFO.

On the date of November 6, 2021 approximately between 1745-1805hrs I was standing with a friend of mine (N) towards the east end of Condado Beach in San Juan, PR (approximately 18°27'24.8"N 66°04'10.2"W). She asked me what was that thing in the sky, if it was an airplane. It was a rather large, bright/glowing red/yellow/orange (kind of like a golden glow), cylindrical shaped object. It didn't have any flashing lights on it and it seemed to be moving at a relatively slow speed, slower than an airplane. Suddenly it stops mid-air and when focusing on it as hard as I could it looked as though it has hovering in all directions in the same place, as if it were vibrating. It begins to move farther away as if going exactly in the direction we were looking at. It was just getting smaller and smaller as if it wasn't moving on an X or Y axis. When I try to start recording (I say try because it was hard to concentrate on anything except at whatever I was looking at) as ! soon as I point my iPhone’s camera at it, it suddenly moves to the left at a speed that I have never seen anything move like in my life or movies alike and disappears. I’m still in shock of what I had just seen with my friend, so while we were walking back down the beach going west I didn’t take my eyes off the sky looking around at every area of the sky I could see around me to see if I could still see it. Suddenly my friend N says look up behind you and I see the same colored glowing object I had seen just moments earlier (approximately 18°27'25.5"N 66°04'15.9"W), although this time it seemed much closer to us where you could even see some details about its shape and depth (about half the distance compared to the first sighting. This thing was huge). It was moving approximately towards the same location we saw it moving towards the first time (East-Northeast) at a very slow speed. I started recording. We then see a plane (distinguishable plane outline, dark gray with blin! king red white and green lights) coming from the direction of ! the SJU airport and we were certain that the object was 100% different than the airplane or any drone I have ever seen. Once the plane gets closer the object starts moving at a faster speed, still noticeable to the human eye (note: slow movements/speed of object appeared slower than the movement of the airplane) getting farther away and smaller every second that goes by. I lose sight of it maybe three times before I finally lose sight of it completely never seeing it again as though it simply vanished. I was pretty amazed at what I had seen and it is still hard to wrap my head around the unexplainable phenomena I saw happen. I will attach an illustration of what saw and try to represent it’s relative size and distance from where I was standing. I’ve seen the Empire State Building standing from Hoboken, NJ and this object seemed like it was farther and higher than the top of the building whit the size of the object still being rather noticeable. At it’s farthest visible point it appe! ared to be like a bright star in the sky around the size of the eye of a needle being held with your arm fully extended. Maybe smaller than anything I've ever seen with my eye at a far distance yet it was still noticeable due to its glow/brightness. Feel free to contact me with any questions. While driving up the hill toward the house on a sunny blue sky day, an incredibly large fast moving black shadow ran across the hill in front of us. We looked up and saw no aircraft and no noise. Wow! Must have been some kind of cloaked ship. There was nothing up there in the sky. Nothing.

On November 21, 2019 I was outside on my lunch break. I usually set my phone on video mode just in case it films shooting stars. Approximately at 1:35am I noticed some lights which I thought might be related to the satellites launched recently, but they were in a V shape formation and moving fast from West to east, they were 5 to 7 white lights. The object was recorded in the video of my phone. Also, the sound made by the object was recorded. It was sort of a generator which can be heard at low frequency. The phone recorded about 50% of the sighting. I was very impressed with this sighting. Of all the years I’ve been looking at the sky never have I seen something like this.

Synopsis of Pepe’s interview in his own words: “On 01Oct16 I took some panoramic photos of El Morro across the Bay of San Juan (El Morro is an old Spanish fortress). I also wanted to take photos of the ferry boat. My wife also took some photos using her camera, a Sony digital model DSC-HX200V. Neither one noticed any hovering object (UFO). On 21Oct16 I decided to review the photos we had taken on 01Oct16. When I zoomed-in on the images I realized there was an unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), a.k.a. UFO, in several of the photos: four (4) taken with the Nikon and one (1) taken with the Sony.” Analysis of photos: Pepe’s camera is a Nikon digital model D90. Pepe advised the date and time settings of the camera are accurate except that the time is off by 12 hr, meaning the photos were taken during the day (PM) and not at night (AM). Details of Photos: The object appears to have moved away from El Morro and then back closer to it, apparently always maintaining the same height of a few hundred feet. Sailing boats were in the bay at the time of the sighting. A ferry boat moved left to right (N to S). Photo 0584 was taken on 01Oct16 at 1:22 PM. Object is observed apparently hovering directly over El Morro or on the water close to it. EXIF version: 0221 F-stop: f/10 Exposure Time: 1/400 sec ISO Speed: ISO-250 Focal Length: 50 mm Max. It is tilted relative to the vertical axis by approximately 45 degrees. In the image, the left side is seen lower. The object appears to have on the top a very bright dome in the middle. The light of the dome appears to emanate from it, and not just reflected from the sun. The bottom of the object is observed to be very dark. Of particular interest is the observed concentric halo around the object. Photo 0600 was taken on 01Oct16 at 1:36 PM. Need someone high in your organization to call me. URGENT. A friend in Puerto Rico took three amazing photos of a UFO ten days ago. Need a reputable photo analyst to authenticate photos and equally reputable investigator to conduct investigation. Multiple witnesses. Already contacted someone high in MUFON but appears this person got scared and/or is highly paranoid. I was a former state director. Disconnected from investigating UFOs for two decades. Apparently I have been blacklisted due to my contacts with the federal government. We have yet to receive the photos. PD
