Les 23, 24 et 25 septembre 1999 vers 6 heures, plusieurs témoins de deux maisons voisines observent une forte lueur blanche stationnaire qui disparaît avec le lever du jour. L'observation est également faite le soir vers 22h15. Le phénomène est silencieux et très brillant au point qu'il est difficile de l'observer à la jumelle.
