What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

Like I stated above, I saw a roundish bright, almost silver/ transparent UFO, at first glance I thought it was a plane or baseball.? I watched it for about a minute or two just thinking what the heck is that!? Then I got out my phone to record. As I was recording my brand new phones camera would blur in and out and it seemed like the object was moving around, in all directions which planes or baseballs don’t do. The object and my phones video also seemed to show a, I’ll say shield or something around the object!? Anyways let me know what you all think! I’m interested to hear, and to know if there was any others who might have seen it? I showed a worker at Harvey Field and he just said “Huh, definitely not a plane of ours.!?” I know they’re out there and maybe even here already, I wish the government wouldn’t lie to us all, or not tell us everything. They’d rather be like ok ok, there might be some things in the sky and outer space that we’re not sure of, and that we can’t explain at this time, or don’t want to, but they’re not UFO’s they’re UAP’s or whatever they said so they don’t sound as stupid as usual. I do think in the next 35yrs or less, it’ll all come out, good or bad, if we don’t kill our selves and our planet by then at least. Sorry went a little off topic. Back to topic, for some reason it won’t let me upload video.? It did let me put a couple pictures though. One no zoom, and other zoomed in a bit to see the haze around it. Scratch that, I think the video did upload!

Yesterday I was driving to band rehearsal @ 3:29 PM on HWY 9 About 1 mile west of Lake Stevens . I'm traveling 55mph. An object in the sky caught my eye. Flying in the same direction as me moving horizontally slightly diagonally to the left. It was just above the tree line aprox 175ft. in altitude. It passed me and disappeared over the tree line 1\4 mile ahead of me on the left side. Approx size was 10-15 ft in length and solid black in color (Sky was clear & sunny ). Shape was round or oval. Now as a drone and R/C pilot for many years I am familiar with judging height and speed of the aircraft I fly. I was traveling at 55mph. The unknown aircraft passed me at at least double my speed. My fastest drone will do 45mph. I know of no drone that surpasses 65mph (small racing drones). So tell me, what has no wings, no props, no vertical stabilizer and no visible form of propulsion. I'll grant you a round disc like a frisbee is an airfoil and will fly. Also it was silent. This was not a parachute or hang glider or any thing I've ever seen . Idea's?????

The video is unedited. I don't monetize, but post for friends. It was silent, except for a quiet higher-pitched warble-whir, you can hear it, but it's not a rotor whir. It was much larger than the video shows, and close; less than 500 feet. It made the hair stand up on my arms. I was looking North and it was traveling W to E, at approximately 60 degrees, behind the trees, and moving slowly. It was a bright golden-colored diamond shape at first, but it changed, got rounder and changed colors as it moved away. I apologize for the shakiness as I'm not used to filming these things. I use an ISS tracker, a sat tracker and a plane tracker. It was none of these and WAY too close to be a sat anyway, too silent for a plane, drone or helicopter, no flashing lights. It was the third fly-by that night as I took my pooch out to go potty, and I caught it as it moved away. I have a star and planet tracker that I use and it un-calibrated the compass on my phone as I tried to use the a! pp. It was quite beautiful and much closer than the other two that came by first (from completely different directions).

Leaving my parents house in the evening after having dinner I got to a part of the road that overlooks the valley and the hill on the other side. At the top of the ridge on the far side I noticed a very bright light hovering about 200’ up approximately over glacier view high school. Initially I thought it might be a helicopter with a directional light but as I drove across the hill towards the highway parallels to the light it did not dim. From this it was clear that it wasn’t directional and was too bright to be a stationary light from that distance. At this point I called my parents and asked them to look out the upper Windows of their house which can see that area in the winter when the leaves are off the trees. They, while on the phone with me confirmed that they could also see the bright light over the ridge line. We ended the call after that. I continued onto highway 9 headed south across the valley from Snohomish towards the light and the high school. As I got to the base of the hill I saw the light quickly move to the west out of sight within 1-2seconds. I had intended on going to where it was hovering to look further but it was gone. While it was there there were at least two other planes in the air near the area as there is a municipal airport in the valley but none seemed interested in the light I saw.

While sitting in my car visiting with my sister, I looked up to the dark, clear, night sky and saw 2-3 large, BRIGHT Orange orbs, that initially I thought to be Chinese lanterns, but as I continued to stare, they were not behaving like lanterns or drones, and I pointed them out to my sister, and we got excited, and out of the car to get a better look, at which time she exclaimed-’GRAB our phones and take photos”, so we did. I took a few and then also a 2 minute video. WE were in AWE, as the way they behaved and looked, was of NOTHING of this world or technology. They were intensely orange and almost seemed to hover at first, and looked to be in a sort of formation/relation to each other, then went from hover to forward motion, in sync, maintaining perfect distance from each other. WE noticed NO NOISE or sound from them, and it was a VERY QUIET evening. One seemed to disappear, then THREE more appeared! We watched them fly from the north towards the south, in the Eastern view of the skyline, and then out of sight or disappeared, we couldn’t tell? This took probably a period of about 5-7 mins total, as my video was two minutes long etc...wishing of course, it was of BETTER quality, as I was so excited, and tried to zoom in on them a couple of times.

We saw at least 30 single lights on the same flight path over Snohomish moving north. It was not a satellite link since they were staggered and spaced too far apart. It took 15-20 minutes for all the lights to pass over. There was also no sound and they were very high in the sky.
