When I was taking my nightly walk, I noticed 10 to 12 orange lights in the southwest sky at 8:35 PM. The lights were, from my perspective, smaller but better defined than the stars of the night. They appeared to be stationary with only 1 or 2 displaying very slight movement. I texted my wife who was at home about a block away, but by the time she received the text and then scanned the same vicinity of sky (about 5 minutes later), they were all gone. I am baffled by what I saw. At first I thought of flares, but these lights did not drift downward as is typical with flares.They had no characteristic of fireworks. I pondered if they were drones with high intensity orange lights. I would love to know if anyone else in Hillsborough County or west central Florida saw this amazing sight.

Note: I will put a full detailed description of the craft at the bottom of the report for extra clarity At 10:10-10:15pm on Saturday night (date was 9/19/2020) my best friend and I had just gotten back from getting some food from a local fast food restaurant. We pulled into the driveway and parked my car and had our usual end of the day catching up before getting out. Once we got out of my car I took about five steps and was standing behind his car, which is parked directly to the left of mine, and noticed movement in the sky above me. I looked up and to my shock saw a boomerang shaped craft about 150-200ft off the ground cruising slowly over our house, the wildest thing was that it was completely silent. I could hear crickets chirping and cicadas all around us but not this thing. It was heading towards the southeast. I watched it for a good two seconds before i slapped my friend on the shoulder and told him to “Look at that fucking thing” and he saw it as well, we both watched in complete disbelief for another two seconds before it disappeared behind a tree that’s in a neighbot’s yard behind our house. After me freaking out for a good two minutes I told him to get in the car because we were going to try to follow it since I thought it would be flying towards a specific area that has been known, by my family at least, to be a small hotspot for UFOs/ UAPs. Unfortunately we did not end up seeing it again after we lost sight of it behind the tree. If i had to guess I’d say it turned before we got in the car to try to follow it, I genuinely believe there should be other witnesses to this somewhere in town because of the simple fact that it was flying so low. Description: The craft was boomerang shaped and 25-35ft from wingtip-to-wingtip. It was mostly black but the perimeter of the craft was white with lights(?) that were turned off lining the outside of it. The tree it eventually disappeared behind is probably 75-80ft tall and this thing was NOT far from the top of it at all. It was moving very slow, it’s hard to put a MPH estimate on it but it went from overtop where our pool would be to disappearing behind a tree in about 4.5 seconds.

A light was glowing in the field in front of his house out in the country. He went to it and picked it up and it was a clear plastic like object about the size of a marble, with bright light emitting from what looked to be the top. It was in a white paper bag about 2in. X 2in., like a coffee filter type material. We cut the bag and dumped it on his kitchen counter and the light dimmed and went out very quickly. What to do with it we don't know. Right now its in his flower pot outside. I have snap shots and videos of it. I don't believe its what you would call a U.F.O., but would like help to find out what it is. Thanks. My cat (who is deaf btw) started staring off into the sky with ears up which is the only reason it made me look...it was very low flying, silent, almost shaped like a very narrow rectangle but there was no definite start/end to the structure I could see because it was night and there were lights on it that were more defined at the front but hazey towards the rear… green lights on the front, red and white on the back… not little dot lights, very large and bright. It moved almost gracefully from the moment I saw it, until it was blocked from view by a tree and no longer visible on a perfectly straight line, no altitude changes (maybe 35 mph??).... It almost didn't look real because it was so close and bright. How it was able to move without any sounds has my head spinning bc it was large and closer to me than any helicopter would ever be capable of flying… I don't know how large they make drones, but it would amaze me if someone in this small town had the ability and finances to acquire something like that… This is something I've never seen before. I'm still in shock.

My teenage son and I were behind our apartment. His hamster had passed and we were looking for a spot to bury her. We looked up and saw what, a first, we thought was a tower with lights that we had not noticed before. It was a bank of lights that were very bright and a bit blurry so I cannot be certain how many - I would say four or five, my son thinks three. These lights were in a straight line and, as I said, we thought this was a tower we had not noticed before because the lights were very low in the sky. However, when we looked up again they were closer. There is a small craft airport near us and had the lights been headed in that direction or coming from that direction I would have dismissed them - they did neither, however. The craft was slow, much slower than a plane or a jet would have been especially at that altitude. As it drew closer we could see that the object was triangular. All of the lights were very bright, and all white. It passed over us s! lowly, seeming to get lower as it went. Because the lights were so bright we were unable to see anything distinguishing other than the shape and an obvious metallic sheen. As it passed overhead we heard a noise no louder than a semi would make passing on a highway. This sound was much lower than any jet or plane - however small - I have ever heard. We could talk easily in low voices and hear each other though it was quite close. As it passed overhead we ran through the breezeway of our apartment and out to the front where we watched it - still extremely low - pass over some trees and out of our sight. We watched the skies, and listened, for a full half hour but did not see it return. We were concerned maybe it was some sort of plane that was crashing as it was so low but, as I said, it passed much too slowly to be a plane. We heard nothing after that, nor did we see anything more. As it did not leave from the direction of the small airport nor did it travel in that directio! n I do not believe it was a small aircraft. It was, by far, on! e of the oddest things I have ever seen in my life. We have lived in this area for three years and have seen a lot of different small aircraft traffic from the little airport near us but this was like none of the planes we have ever seen. Nor was this any type of glider.
