Was at the mall, looked up, and saw something following the planes. Not skilled enough to tell if it was a refuelling exercise or not

Stopped at a traffic light. Noticed a cloudy grayish figure in the sky. Recorded a perfect circular figure moving around with no pattern.

First 20 seconds of the video you can see a triangular craft float in from the side And then takeoff into the horizon. Next minute of the video you can see one orb floating in the sky. At about two minutes you can see three orbs floating in the sky. After minute three you can see an orange craft flying diagonally down from the left. This craft appeared to be an orange biplane with props when it flew over the trees. It literally took my breath away. Then it becomes an orange glowing ball of light. At the time it looked like it landed right behind my building. There are no airports near that building.
