The report, as filed
Le 23 février 1981, un témoin sortant de son domicile aperçoit dans le ciel deux grosses boules lumineuses. Durant quelques secondes celles-ci émettent une lumière très intense et aveuglante. Très surpris par le phénomène, le témoin voit ces boules se rallumer quelques secondes plus tard au même endroit avant de disparaître définitivement. Le témoin affirme que depuis cette observation, il a des problèmes de santé (état constant de fatigue, malaise).
