Le 13 mai 1980 vers 4h 45, un témoin, se rendant à pied à son travail, est surpris par l'apparition dans le ciel d'une boule de couleur verte très lumineuse. Elle se déplace selon une trajectoire Sud-Nord et à très basse altitude. Cette boule est suivie d'une gerbe d'étincelles de couleur jaune. L'observation a duré moins de 5 secondes et aucun bruit n'a été remarqué. Aucun autre témoignage n'a été recueilli sur ce phénomène. Cette personne a probablement été témoin d'une rentrée atmosphérique. [GEIPAN classification B — Phénomène identifié non indiqué]
