Depuis son domicile de Vinneuf (89), le 6 septembre 2025 vers 05h00 du matin, un témoin observe en direction du Sud-Ouest un phénomène singulier. À l'horizon, la lueur ressemble à un lever ou à un coucher de soleil. Intriguée, le témoin saisit son smartphone, prend plusieurs photos, puis cesse l'observation. Ce cas de bonne consistance* et d'étrangeté faible s'avère être l'observation de la Lune (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. L'exploitation des photographies permet une confrontation directe avec la situation du ciel au moment de l'observation. Grâce à l'outil de simulation Stellarium®, l'enquête démontre que la Lune se situe précisément dans l'axe de vision du témoin. Elle présente alors une élévation de 1° environ, soit une position au ras de l'horizon. L'étrangeté perçue par le témoin provient de la forme lumineuse projetée sur les nuages, qu'il a identifiée comme un PAN faute de voir la source réelle. En effet, bien que la Lune fût très brillante en cette veille de pleine lune, elle était invisible pour le témoin, car située trop bas sur l'horizon et masquée par la végétation et les habitations. Le 3 septembre 2025, les deux témoins, à pied à l'entrée du château du Clos Vougeot (21), observent à 21h44 une lumière blanche de forme ovale en direction du nord, à environ 45° d'élévation. Le phénomène décrit des mouvements courbes et répétitifs au-dessus des nuages, laissant par moments apparaître une traînée blanche, parfois dissimulée par la couverture nuageuse. Aucun bruit n'est perçu et le cycle des mouvements est d'environ cinq secondes. Le témoin T1 enregistre trois vidéos et une photographie.L'observation se prolonge près de cinq minutes avant que la lumière ne disparaisse. Le témoin écarte l'hypothèse d'une projection depuis le sol, estimant que la source semblait provenir d'un point en hauteur et qu'aucune lumière d'origine terrestre n'était visible. Ce cas présente une consistance notable, bien qu'un seul témoin (T1) ait complété le questionnaire GEIPAN. Plusieurs vidéos et une photographie ont été réalisées, dont l'analyse renforce la valeur et la fiabilité des informations recueillies *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. Pour T1, l'étrangeté du phénomène tient à son apparence inhabituelle et à ses mouvements répétitifs, sans qu'aucune trace au sol ne soit observée. L'enquête a permis d'étudier l'hypothèse de l'observation d'un « skytracker », puissant projecteur au sol projetant sa lumière vers le ciel et animé de mouvements réguliers et répétitifs, souvent circulaires, exactement comme le décrit T1. L'analyse des vidéos et de la photographie confirme en tous points les éléments rapportés par T1. Elle montre que le PAN apparaît sur le fond d'un nuage apparemment bas, faiblement éclairé par la pollution lumineuse, probablement émise par la ville de Dijon, située globalement dans la direction d'observation. L'étude des données météorologiques disponibles à la base aérienne de Dijon-Longvic - à environ 15 km au nord-est des témoins - indique la présence d'un plafond nuageux bas à moyen, uniforme (8/8 octas entre environ 1 900 m et 2 400 m d'altitude). Voir Annexe 1. Ces conditions sont favorables à la formation, à la base des nuages, d'une tache lumineuse générée par un projecteur puissant orienté depuis le sol. La couleur blanche est courante pour ce type d'équipement et ce que T1 décrit comme une « traînée parfois cachée par les nuages » correspond vraisemblablement à une portion du faisceau se manifestant au contact de gouttelettes d'eau en suspension. Concernant l'usage éventuel de skytrackers au moment de l'observation, la ville de Dijon se situe à environ 15 à 20 km au nord-nord-est de la position des témoins, distance compatible avec la portée habituelle de ces projecteurs (jusqu'à une vingtaine de kilomètres). Cependant, aucune animation exceptionnelle sur la ville n'était signalée la nuit de l'observation et aucune information n'a été trouvée concernant l'utilisation éventuelle de skytrackers. Le mouvement répétitif de ces lumières permet toutefois de réduire l'étrangeté de l'observation si on se réfère à cette hypothèse; il peut être perçu que la lumière provienne du dessus des nuages selon les conditions de densité de la couverture nuageuse. Dans la nuit du 17 au 18 juin 2025, à Fréjus (83), un témoin observe depuis son domicile un PAN stationnaire ceinturé de lumières bleues. L'objet, de forme allongée et émettant une lumière vive, effectue des déplacements multidirectionnels alternant montées, descentes, phases de grande vitesse et immobilisations. En fin d'observation, les lumières virent au blanc et bleu avant que le phénomène ne disparaisse haut dans le ciel après plusieurs minutes. Aucun bruit n'a été perçu. La consistance* du cas est jugée moyenne : bien que trois personnes aient observé le PAN, un seul témoignage a été recueilli, en l'absence de support photographique ou vidéo et avec une précision horaire limitée. *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. L'étrangeté rapporté par le témoin découle principalement de la multiplicité des déplacements du PAN, notamment les changements de direction erratiques et les phases de vitesse instantanée, sans accélération apparente. Le 10 mai 2025, vers 20h56, le témoin, dans son appartement à Metz (57), observe le Soleil couchant lorsqu'il remarque, dans le ciel au nord-ouest, un PAN de couleur noire à environ 30° d'élévation. L'objet se déplace de manière rectiligne, à vitesse constante, selon un axe est-ouest. Le témoin dispose de suffisamment de temps pour réaliser deux photographies, dont l'une avec un zoom maximal, avant de perdre l'objet de vue vers l'ouest, à 15° d'élévation, après environ deux minutes d'observation. Aucun bruit n'a été perçu lors du passage et aucun autre témoin n'a signalé cette observation au GEIPAN. La consistance* du cas est bonne : malgré un témoin unique, deux photographies du PAN ont pu être faites et analysées pour l'étude de l'hypothèse (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. Cette analyse indique que les données observées sont compatibles avec un objet passif porté par le vent, tel qu'un ballon de baudruche (hypothèse proposée par le témoin). L'objet, éventuellement partiellement dégonflé, évoluerait selon une trajectoire rectiligne, à une distance estimée entre 190 et 480 m du témoin, et à une vitesse relativement constante comprise entre 2 et 6,5 km/h. L'orientation du déplacement et la vitesse du PAN sont globalement conformes aux conditions de vent relevées près du lieu d'observation. La couleur noire est tout à fait possible pour un ballon fantaisie, cet aspect peut également être provoquée par une observation à contre-jour. L'observation a eu lieu un samedi soir, période propice à l'utilisation de ballons fantaisie dans un cadre festif, pour célébrer par exemple un anniversaire ou un mariage. La variation de la forme du PAN entre les deux photographies peut s'expliquer si l'objet est un ballon partiellement dégonflé et/ou s'il pivote sur lui-même lors de son déplacement porté par le vent, ce qui révèle une dissymétrie de sa forme. L'étrangeté principale est formée pour le témoin par la présence sur la seconde photographie d'une lumière rougeâtre (non observée à l'oeil nu). Une telle lumière peut être produite de manière brève par réflexion du Soleil couchant sur une partie fortement réfléchissante du ballon. Il pourrait donc s'agir d'un ballon de type Mylar, composé d'une enveloppe partiellement ou complètement aluminisée. La forme de l'enveloppe présentant une dissymétrie ou étant possiblement partiellement dégonflée. Le GEIPAN classe le cas en « B » : observation probable d'un ballon fantaisie. Dans la nuit du 7 au 8 avril 2025 à 0h22, un habitant de LUGNY-CHAMPAGNE (18) observe la Lune avec un télescope depuis l'entrée de sa maison. Il perçoit une ombre de grande dimension, traversant son champ de vision. Il n'aperçoit pas le passage d'un objet physique entre lui et la Lune, mais plutôt celui d'une ombre, donnant une impression de « transparence ». L'observation dure une seconde environ. Aucun autre témoignage ne sera recueilli. La consistance* du cas est jugée faible, avec un seul témoin et une observation indirecte furtive (au travers du télescope). De par l'aspect sombre et la taille apparente du PAN, l'hypothèse envisagée est celle d'un animal volant dans le champs d'observation entre le télescope et la Lune (oiseau, insecte, chauve-souris, ...). Toutefois, avec une consistance jugée faible cette hypothèse ne peut être consolidée (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Le samedi 1er mars 2025, le témoin, habitant à ESPIRA-DE-L'AGLY (66), sort ses chiens à 21h20 et observe pendant plusieurs minutes un ballet aérien de rayons lumineux dans le ciel ainsi que deux disques blancs. Il précise que tout se passe au même endroit. La consistance* du cas est bonne avec un seul témoin mais de nombreuses photos et vidéos de l'évènement retrouvées sur le web (voir le compte rendu d'enquête et l'annexe vidéo). *selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. L'enquête permet d'identifier que dans la direction de l'observation, à 8km de distance, se trouve le stade Aimé Giral dans lequel un match de rugby a lieu ce soir-là. Au cours de ce match, un spectacle sons et lumières particulièrement impressionnant est organisé. Le PAN est produit par la réflexion des faisceaux lumineux de multiples skytracers (projecteurs robotisés) sur les nuages et brumes. Par contre, la distance qui séparait le témoin du spectacle ne pouvait pas lui permettre d'entendre les sons. La description du phénomène correspond à un ballet de plusieurs faisceaux lumineux provenant du stade. Les fumigènes et fumées des feux d'artifices faisaient écran en montant dans les airs et rendaient parfois visibles certaines parties des faisceaux. La présence de nuages épars a contribué à accentuer la luminosité des faisceaux en bout de course faisant apparaître des disques blancs contre les nuages (en attestent les photos d'un autre témoin). La disposition en éventail des faisceaux, puis en parallèle, décrite par le témoin faisait partie du spectacle. Un extrait vidéo du match de ce soir-là filmé par un spectateur, montre depuis l'intérieur du stade les effets lumineux très rapides en éventail. Ainsi, le témoin explique précisément ce qui correspond au spectacle lumières effectué par la société "Dimensions Events ®" (Jeux de lumières et feux d'artifices, projecteurs robotiques Lyres Led, à faisceaux et étanches). La localisation du domicile du témoin par rapport au stade Aimé Giral devrait lui permettre de revoir le phénomène des projecteurs au cours des prochains matchs de rugby nocturnes, s'ils sont couverts par la société "Dimension Events", pour peu que le ciel soit brumeux ou nuageux ou que les fumées produisent un écran favorable. Le 18 juillet 2024, en soirée, trois membres d'une même famille observent un Phénomène Aérospatial Non identifié (PAN) depuis l'aire de stationnement des camping-cars, située près de la pointe du Bay à Saint-Cast-le-Guildo (22). Ils constatent la présence d'un objet de forme ovoïde, de couleur blanche, flottant de manière immobile au-dessus de la baie de l'Arguenon. Le témoin a signalé l'observation au GEIPAN en remplissant un questionnaire détaillé. complété de deux photographies originales du PAN. D'étrangeté faible et de bonne consistance* (plusieurs témoins, un unique témoignage précis, complété de 2 photos du PAN), ce cas s'avère être l'observation d'un avion de tourisme (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Les photographies du PAN permettent de le situer précisément dans l'environnement des témoins (azimut et hauteur angulaire). Une analyse radar fournie par le CNOA (Centre National des Opérations Aériennes) ainsi qu'une reconstitution effectuée sur Flightradar24 révèlent qu'un avion de tourisme (Jodel D-20) se trouvait à une position correspondant à celle du PAN au moment des prises de vue, avec un décalage temporel d'environ 2 minutes. Ce décalage pourrait être expliqué par une éventuelle divergence dans l'horloge interne du téléphone utilisé pour la prise de photos. La couleur blanche du PAN est compatible avec les caractéristiques visuelles d'un tel avion. La distance de l'objet par rapport au témoin, située entre 19 et 39 km, explique l'incapacité à identifier clairement la forme de l'avion, notamment en raison de l'absence de visibilité des ailes à cette distance. South Deming, NM, approximately over Columbus, NM, my girlfriend and I spotted a stationary object in the sky while traveling west on I-10 at approximately 2:30 pm local time. We proceeded to keep an eye on the object as we traveled until I-10 curved and it was hard to look back and see it. Duration was roughly 30 minutes. The object did not move, stayed just below the cloud line, and did not change in shape, although the color changed from black (when we were east of it) to silver (when we were directly north), and white (when we were west). There were no visible lights. Clouds moved around it so it was not a cloud. Shape stayed fairly consistent as that of cross between a blimp and hot air ballon, but it was clearly neither.

I was watching the sky for aircraft as I often do. I was a TSO for the TSA, and I like to count the number of aircraft I can see at any given Time. I observed a silver oval shaped craft moving quickly from the SE of my position going NE. I am very familiar with the size and shape of most commercial and military Aircraft. This was not any of them. It was moving after dusk with no running lights or strobes. It was at an altitude of approximately 1000 feet. As I watched it for several minutes it simply disappeared. The light didn't fad, it was gone. The object looked to be larger than a commercial aircraft. I judged it to be about a mile or so away and appeared to be the size of a golf ball.

This is not the first time I’ve seen it it’s usually higher up in the sky this time it came down close. It’s always out at 6:20 AM. We ran back to the house and it disappeared.

I was walking my dog down the sidewalk, around 12:40 am. I’m not sure of the exact time, but it was at some point between 12:30 and 12:50. The light was oval-shaped, but it was more like 2 curved lines that didn’t quite meet at the north and south ends. I was startled by how fast it was, faster than a commercial airplane. Within less than three seconds, the light was past my point of view. It also seemed too close to the ground, maybe a bit above the cloud line, to be a satellite. It was fairly cloudy, but not overcast, and all I could see of the object was the light. It was also quite windy, so I’m not sure if it made any sound. The light itself was a soft white, with a hint of yellow. It reminded me of a ring light, in terms of its brightness. It moved straight from north to south, until I couldn’t see beyond the tree line in the neighborhood. I’m not sure of its exact size, because I couldn’t tell how far away it was, but I would guess about the size of a plane. As for my own background, I’m a 30 year old woman. I wasn’t tired when this occurred, since I’m used to being up late, and I was sober.

In this footage a football shape object appears from the right then flyes in front of a plane then turns left going over the road. Speed of the footage reduced 8 times . I was taking a picture through the skyline and I saw these two blips on my screen and then I found them again and took two pictures within 3 seconds of each other. This thing is definitely a UAP. As I was looking up I saw this white oval/round light moving slow with a halo around it. NO SOUND, but it was high. I saw it in a break in the high clouds. I watched to see it come out from the cloud it flew in or above. By the speed it was going it should’ve appeared in less than 10 seconds. It didn’t come back and I watched that spot for maybe 30 seconds. When I didn’t see it I got up and walked out so I could see more of the sky. There was high clouds as I said, but There was plenty of open space in the sky to see it. There was nothing to be seen. I watch the sky for maybe 8 or 10 minutes.

From facing North . When I first saw the first object - it was in between trees and I assumed it was probably a helicopter . However, as I got a little better view as it moved, it noticed it looks large and just all red and it was not a clear type red color as would be expected . There was no sound . It was moving relatively slow as a helicopter would . It took about 12 seconds to travel from first to last sighting - around 60 degrees to 80 degrees altitude angle . It moved from north to south . Bearing at first sight was about 320 degrees - North being 0 degrees . As I was wondering about that, I saw a second object the same size moving the same speed in the same path . This time I noticed it looked like a fire slightly darker and lighter orange radiation or flow . At one point it appeared that a small portion separated - similar to a spark or fragment . It remained illuminated for a couple of seconds . I moved away from the trees and tried to observe the object for a longer time period and I noticed no sound at all . The environment was quiet . The object looked much too large to be light source from a regular aircraft . It did not blink . It did not flare or flutter . It appeared to be fuzzy / blurry like a fire heat source that has subtle rapid slight variations in colors . Could not tell how high in the sky it was because I could not make out any significant features other than the rather large glowing color . It wasn't bright for something under 1000 feet but it it was several thousand feet then it was bright and large . It was about the size of a large helicopter at 750 feet .

I live in Florida seen many SpaceX launches and can debunk many, many sightings. At approximately 2:30pm on Saturday, October 14th I had my telescope setup in my driveway nothing special. It has an adapter to where I can hook my cellphone up to save my eyes. Now I have photos before and after I see these two objects. The video didn’t show them in the beginning because I’m thinking maybe it’s dust or dots but I was filming this live on TikTok when the appeared you can hear me ask what they are when they appear.. not sure if you have an answer…

I think I saw an UFO around 7:30pm in Las Colinas Irving on the lake Carolyn. This is what I saw: I saw a big smoke (smoke appeared suddenly) like cloud spreading and I saw something a shell shaped object in the center of the smoke. The smoke was spreading widely and disappeared. Once the smoke disappeared or cleared the smoke around the object in the center it started traveling straight towards left (when I am facing the smoke). It looked like a star or light when it started traveling. This happened above the lake. Not only me there was another older couple 3 feet away from me they also saw what I saw. I felt like something (UFO) suddenly came from above then released/created a smoke around it then once the smoke was cleared and disappeared it started traveling like a light. Looked like the size of a star during the night but during the day, but not a light. Roundish or oblong in shape. In 40 years never saw anything like it. It did not move at all while watching it. looked again a few hours later and it was gone. Potentially over naval base in Groton.

Spotted as I was coming down Dixon, it was ahead of and above me on that road, traveling or rather tumbling and was emitting a dark red light from within. It looked transparent and seemed to have small points of red light within it. The inside area of the outer shape seemed to be illuminated, which is what made me think its light was internal And coming out of a transparent object. I’ll try to draw something and attach it, but I’m no artist at all. There was no discernible sound, but there was some general noise from traffic around me. The craft was oval or oblong, an odd roundish shape that was either changing or tumbling as it moved smoothly in a straight line. Its edges weren’t static, but also not undulating - this is very hard to describe. If you could imagine a sentient blob from a Hollywood movie, more round than any other shape, and it’s exterior was bulging or being pushed out from within slightly but constantly in various directions, it’s like that. But it also appeared translucent and not solid. I just now remembered a cartoon from a couple decades ago called Aqua Teen Hunger Force, which has a character called Meatwad. It kind of moved like Meatwad does in that show. Not undulating, but tumbling, if a YouTube clip of that character may better explain the type of similar motion I saw on this object. I turned North onto Burtonwood to whip into a church parking lot so I could jump out of the car away from most of the trees. Jumping out, I now noticed the single-engine prop plane which appeared initially to be following it as i was turning into the parking lot was now farther from it. I considered my initially seeing the two together may have been a forced perspective and that the plane perhaps wasn’t following it, and they were at two different altitudes and going in two different trajectories. If it’s possible to research small aircraft air traffic in that area at exactly 8:07p on Oct 11, 2023, then it’s also possible that pilot or any passengers may have also seen it. In the 20 seconds or so of me trying to get into the parking lot and out of the car to record it, it had already moved a considerable distance and now appeared much smaller, and had turned from the deep red to an almost white color. Looking at my included map, I first saw it above Dixon, just 50’ or so to the west of Burtonwood, traveling NNW over First Presbyterian Church. It was heading towards, and then across, E Garrison Blvd, and the Middle School. As it was crossing over E Garrison, I could still see the ‘tumbling’ but now instead of it looking like it had originally, with dark red lights within that were initially visible and with the craft appearing translucent, now the craft itself seemed to be a solid not-bright white color and was still on its same path it had been from when I’d first seen it. It disappeared behind the trees as it crossed over the William P Grier Middle School and there was no way I could’ve tailed it with the amount of traffic and red lights and stop signs all around that area compared to its speed. And, as per what is apparently necessary to occur in practically all of these events, my iPhone 13 Pro’s camera, which was designed especially for videography and creating movies, was stumbling all over itself trying to decide what to focus on with so many things in its view. Zooming in didn’t help much. The larger white blob in the video is the object, the Cessna is now appearing above and much farther from it than it had just moments before. If their respective altitudes in the vid are correct, then the object would have possibly been too far below them for any occupants to see it but, again, initially it looked to me like the Cessna was right behind it when the object was red. ATTACHED MEDIA: In the attached map pic, the yellow egg is me traveling W, then cutting N on Burtonwood for a clear shot away from trees. The red egg is the craft when I’d first seen it, the blue line it’s trajectory. The white egg is where I next saw it after jumping out of my car to record, before it disappeared behind trees at the middle school. My attempt at drawing a rough shape of the initially-transparent craft is attached. Imagine a smooth yet ‘moving’ slate gray outer surface, with dark red light reflecting on the inside of that outer ring, and points of light inside. How it can be transparent so it appears as a hollow-yet-3D ring to me, with depth and lights inside it and moving around - it defies anything I’ve ever seen before and is confounding And frustrating to attempt to describe. In the attached vid, you can see the Cessna now some distance away from the object, where just moments before it appeared to be tailing the object which was perhaps my mistake from a forced perspective of the aircraft and the object. Then again, it’s also possible the Cessna was tailing it then suddenly became concerned and veered away from it. I hope this information is helpful, as it’s the first object in the air that I could not identify since the last one I’d seen back in 1997, so I’ve had a very very long dry spell. Thanks!
