My wife and I were outside around 23:15 on 10/18. My wife pointed out what appeared to be a satellite moving from northeast to southwest. It was only a dull orange light. We couldn’t see any of the craft or hear any sound. At first, it was going in a straight line at a speed that was faster than most of the satellites we see . It then made an extremely tight 180 degree turn without slowing down. It went northeast for a short distance before turning north and making a series of strange turns. It then turned and went west before going out of site.

I observed a very bright light coming from the Southwest near where the moon was positioned. As it got closer to my location I could tell that it was at an altitude consistent with a commercial airliner or possibly at a higher altitude. I waited to see the blinking strobe lights that jets have but I did not have that. The light was very bright and as it was passing overhead and continuing in a Northeast direction the bright light remained the same as it passed well beyond me and then all of a sudden I saw a flash and it went to total darkness. There was not a cloud in the sky and I live out in the country with very little artificial light interference as I can see the Milky Way very well. I believe whatever this UFO was either cloaked itself or accelerated so fast that it disappeared in an instant. I have seen several questionable objects in the sky here over the past 23 years I have lived here. This event really moved me and I continued to scan the sky for ! almost 30 minutes hoping it would return. I am a firm believer that extraterrestrials have been visiting us since ancient history and are still visiting us. I wish someone else in this area witnessed what I did and possibly reported to someone

Blinking lights at close range just over tree line blue and yellow, then craft paused in air for 3 min or more emitting an orange light and mimicking a star. Craft slowly started to move north and then came back emitting a white light this time and started to blink in the distance that was irregular in pattern. Overall time 10 min

While driving saw a bright red flash. A light appeared to be moving with our vehicle. We couldn’t identify it. After we arrived at home, we saw the light again in the sky but appeared closer. It seemed to move sort of in a circular pattern and then stopped snd hung in the air. And then the light got smaller and smaller fairly quickly until it disappeared altogether. As if it were moving away very fast

I was speaking to my husband on the phone, driving south-bound, when I suddenly noticed 3 bright white flying objects high in the north eastern part of a clear blue sky. When I first saw the objects I thought that they were meteors headed towards the earth. On closer observation, 2 of the objects were flying horizontal while a third separate object underneath them seemed to be free falling towards the ground. After a few seconds, I quickly ended the call and I took a few photos of the objects on my Android. The objects fell out of my view behind the tree line located to the east of the road. I believe the objects were far from me due to the lack of definition.

Small object flickering in various colors (mainly white but occasionally flickering blue, green, and red). Has been hovering in roughly the same position for well over an hour now. It’s hovering too high to be a drone and has been there for too long (drone pilots only have so much battery life and tend to move a lot to get as much done as possible in a single charge) It has moved around slightly but not like a helicopter, plane, or satellite would. It’s movements are similar to a drone but again it’s up too high and has been there for over an hour. It’s also probably worth noting the stability of its movement. It moves side to side like a drone but when it stays still it maintains a spot in the sky without moving at all. It’s a windy night...there’s no way that things a drone. It has been moving more since I started writing this. It’s a very slow and inconsistent movement south. It moves for a little bit but then maintains a position in the sky for minutes a! t a time. I can’t identify a shape it’s up too high but it’s definitely flickering various colors while predominantly remaining white...maybe I’m over looking something but this is weird.

Around 2am, a strange glowing object was directly west in a small portion of the sky that is visible from my bedroom window. It had multiple lights and was glowing, and didn’t move; I watched it for about half and hour until I fell asleep. It didn’t move like a drone or plane or anything else I’ve seen. That night I heard either a squirrel or raccoon or some other animal screaming repeatedly through the night. I thought it was fighting with another animal but I don’t know. The next Night, the object in the sky was gone.

Looking South from N/E Austin neighborhood - saw bright light, thought it was ISS - but it slows and changes trajectory - then we noticed there is smaller light following same speed and trajectory - as it made its way west is become more and more dim until both lights faded away

I saw two very different UFOs in the same night. This is the first of the sightings. I was watching the sunset and it was still very light outside. A very bright “star” appeared above the horizon above the sunset and appeared to sit motionless. I figured it was a star becoming visible, but I thought it was strange because it was so bright, it wasn't there before, and it was still very light outside. I pointed it out to my daughter and she saw it as well. I got some pics of the sunset, but noticed that the bright star had completely vanished.

While standing on my porch, a helicopter flew over my house and I didn’t pay attention to it until it came to a stop. It was hovering in one spot for a about 10 seconds when I started to focus on it. I noticed a bright white light above the helicopter which I thought was a star at first glance, but it suddenly got brighter and grew a little in size while at the same time it started to slowly move. After watching it slowly move and go from dim to bright for about 20 more seconds, it suddenly just dimmed out and disappeared. It looked to be at the same height that a passenger plane would fly at. The sky was blue as can be without a cloud in it. My question is if the helicopter saw it because, the only reason I noticed the star looking craft was because the helicopter came to a stop, which I have never seen a helicopter do while flying over in my area.

I observed a very bright light almost directly above my house. It was stationary for approximately three to four minutes at an estimated altitude of two thousand feet. It was sporadically partially obscured by clouds which were moving rapidly from south to north. There was no sound. After three or four minutes the light dimmed and split into two lights aligned north and south which slowly moved apart for a few seconds until they were approximately a thumbnail apart at which point they disappeared. I was sleeping when I woke up at about, 2:40am. When my attention was drawn to outside the window, I saw what looked like flashing lights (7-8) in the form of like a Google Image interpretation of a UFO, around Sirius. They were flashing like strobe lights on a aircraft. I saw three stars that were in the same area at the time, it was Sirius, Rigel, and Gemini. At first , I thought that Sirius was about to explode, as expected from the end of a star's life. But, then I saw the lights moving very erratically, like a fish swimming scared in the water, in circles. I thought it was just the one, but I saw the same thing on Rigel, and Gemini. Them moving like that lasted what felt like forever (est. 1min). I grabbed my camera, and coat and ran outside trying to take a photo. But, by the time I was outside and looked in the same area, the multiple lights disappeared, like they left Sirius, Rigel, and Gemini untouched from their spots in the sky.

There were bright orange lights side by side moving very slowly. Sometimes there was one lone light. One bright light followed with another then another. The light from the glow made it appear the object was a triangle at certain points. There was no sound and it did not look like a meteor, definitely wasn't an airplane. I have never seen anything in the sky like what I saw.

To whom it may concern, the following information as requested, on 8 December 2020 at 0055 Eastern: I was the Captain of ((airline and flight # deleted)) on November 13, operating from Charlotte, NC to Harrisburg, PA. That flight departed the gate in CLT at 2017 local time. After takeoff, while climbing through an altitude of roughly 15,000 feet heading north, I saw an object out of the corner of my eye that then moved with very significant relative speed from the top of my field of view to at or below my perceived nighttime horizon, nearly vertically down with slight movement from left to right. It was moving at a speed consistent with a meteor, but white with no tail, and at roughly the horizon, it instantaneously stopped with no deceleration and changed direction, with no curvature of turn, to the north or northeast, roughly a few degrees right of our course. It disappeared away from our aircraft to the north in a fraction, maybe a quarter, of the time it took to move from the top of my field of view to the nearly the bottom. The light’s movement away appeared to me as a rapid dimming wi! th slight movement to the right, which leads me to at the least perceive it as having rapidly moved away outside my range of sight to the north; that is how aircraft look as they disappear out of sight, albeit multiples slower. This entire event was a matter of a couple to a few seconds. The movement of the object from above to the horizon was roughly 1.5-2 seconds, the movement away possibly .5 seconds. This is an estimation based on perception. With regard to our immediate interpretation of and reaction to the event, as well as my current opinion regarding it, I was immediately puzzled by what I saw. I said to my First Officer “Did you see that?”. His response was “Ya I saw that.” I said “that was not a meteor”, and he echoed that sentiment and said something to the effect of “It turned”. I then said “that wasn’t a plane either”, and my first officer agreed. We bounced ideas off each other for a few moments. During a quick shuffling of possible explanations in my head, an aircraft moving vertically toward earth had momentarily been an alarming one of them. But airplanes accelerate and decelerate, and when they turn, the turn is accomplished with curvature. They also have more lights than just bright white. This object moved across our entire field of view with great speed, instantaneously stopped with no deceleration, and shot off to the north, as if from a cannon. The angular change in direction was almost like a ! pinball bouncing off the bumper of a pinball machine, but with maybe the slightest pause as it made contact. Or a child’s bouncy ball bouncing off an angled surface dropped from above, rapidly changing direction to move laterally. It was not an airplane. We also discussed meteors, to include that we had both seen many meteors from aircraft throughout thousands of hours of flight time. The confident consensus was that the object had not been a meteor, for several reasons. First, and least compelling, was that they usually have a tail. This white, almost bluish white, object had no tail. More importantly, it would have been a meteor moving almost directly downward through our atmosphere with no flickering and no breakup. Beyond that, it would have been a clean, crisp, white meteor with no flickering, no tail, and no breakup, moving downward through our atmosphere to roughly our altitude before making a sudden and instantaneous, deceleration and acceleration-free, 90 degree tu! rn to the north, disappearing faster than it crossed our field! of view It was not a meteor. After ruling out a few possibilities, it became clear that this object did not behave like anything either of us had ever seen while in flight. It showed no signs of being affected by an apparent enormous speed through our atmosphere, and it stopped and changed direction with seemingly no obedience to the Newtonian physics that we have such significant intuition for. Nothing I’ve seen, including fighter jets, change direction that sharply or move at that speed. We asked ATC, I believe Atlanta or Washington Center, if they had picked up an object rapidly descending in front of us. They mentioned an aircraft still above us slowly descending to another altitude above us. This was clearly not related to what we saw. After several minutes discussing what we had seen, as well as the likelihood of us catching both flack and a drug test for a report of this nature, we both agreed that the right thing to do was to report it to air traffic control. We did that, and by that time, I believe Washington Center took my report. We also notified dispatch via ACARS message. We both possess copies of those messages. After providing that report, I thought to myself that the object’s path of motion had looked very much like a reverse checkmark, and I recall asking my first officer to draw the path he saw before communicating that specific notion to him. Whether I did ask or not, at that time he drew precisely that and handed it to me, the mirror image of a check mark, with the long side on the left, the short side on the right. We spoke about the object a few more times during that flight and trip, but we have not spoken about or corroborated our descriptions of the events we are both separately submitt! ing, in order to not influence our individual recollection. On November 17th, an FAA UFO investigative team member contacted me through a member of company management and spoke with me before asking permission to pass my information to you for your organization’s investigative purposes. This report is submitted upon request from the subsequent contact. Regards, CA

One point of light moving from south to north causing a scattering of light effect similar to something entering the atmosphere at high speed (like a bullet entering water in slow motion) yet the night was clear and no other air craft presented this quality. The light then broke into two separate lights moving further away from each other with two more subsequent lights “breaking away” and moving in a N/NE direction.

2 lights following each other at high speed. No blinking lights and no engine noise. They kept the same distance apart and went across the entire horizon in about 2 minutes in a straight line. Unable to discern the shapes, they just appeared as 2 single dots of light, similar to Mars which is our sky tonight.

I saw two lights moving in an irregular pattern. They were spaced too far apart to be connected on an airplane and I saw nothing connecting them, but they were moving perfectly in tandem. They were alternately fading in and out (one became brighter as the other faded out). They eventually moved so that only one was visible above the trees - and that one moved suddenly in a different direction and then stationed in the sky. I was at an intersection and had to drive before I could see anything more.

At approximately 5:35 PM ET on Friday, November 13, there was a single bright white light in the sky, so bright it created a large ring in the thin cloud cover. The light and the ring dimmed slightly and then there were two bright lights, from my vantage point the second was just to the left and slightly above the first and may have been ejected from the initial single light. The lights were moving slowly in unison in a southwesterly direction. I was driving at the time so I got to a parking lot and exited my car, which took maybe two minutes from the initial sighting. I got out of the car and watched the two lights and noticed the second one was now a bit more dim and slightly further away from the original brighter light. The lights continued to move in a straight path with the distance increasing between them. I continued to watch for three or four minutes until I could no longer see the light that was ahead of the brighter one, which was now a pinpoint i! n the night sky. There were no other blinking lights or red or green aircraft lights associated with the two white lights. A few of my friends in different parts of Baltimore also witnessed them. I shot some video on my phone but there's not enough detail to really see what's going on.
