October 22 2017 at 22:55-ish · I witnessed something funky in the sky tonight. It appeared to be a triangular shaped craft with 3 large white lights. (These white lights were way larger than typical "position marker," lights.) The white lights were on all three "points of the triangle." One on the leading edge/nose of the craft and one on each other tip of the triangle. These lights were all flashing in unison at a rate of roughly once every 1 to 1.5 seconds. The clouds were relatively low that night and the craft was just above the cloud line, but only about half to 2/3's high as the traditional aircraft that flew over about 5 minutes later, between approx 23:00 and 23:10. (Give or take 10 minutes.) (I had no trouble seeing the red and green position marker lights on the wing tips of the regular airplane, even though it was significantly higher in altitude.) The sketchy part was that the triangular craft flew into these thicker clouds, and from my vantage point, disappeared as it went behind a large evergreen tree. After waiting for about 30 seconds, I was astounded that it did NOT come out the other side of the denser clouds, (or the tree.) I even walked to a different vantage point to change the angle I was viewing from, so that I could see beyond the tallest evergreen, and the craft didn't reappear. I continued to watch for at least another 10 minutes, but the only other thing I saw was a standard airplane. Since it was dark, I can't tell you what it was or even how many engines the standard plane had. The fact that the white lights that were flashing, were far larger (at least 10x bigger, and that's accounting for the difference in altitude too,) and flashing much more slowly than the airplane I saw with the red and green position lights. Kind of weird, huh? Kind of bummed that I didn't get a peek at the craft itself, just the lights in the sky. Oh yes, the of the 3 lines that made up the triangle, the two that met at the nose were equal in length, the trailing edge of the triangle, that line was a little bit longer, making the craft not quite an equilateral triangle, but rather an isosceles triangle. (Sorry, geometry is not my strong suit, nor are things like judging angles and altitude. I am hoping that the low cloud cover and the aircraft that flew over afterwards will give you more to go on.) I did locate an image that looks very similar to what I saw on google images and will send you the link if you would like.

Driving down country road and noticed 3 white lights in a triangle up ahead. Thought it was an airplane until it came to a complete stop above us. Then as we stopped to view it, it picked up speed with ease and continued flying straight ahead, as if it were a car stopping and going again. It didn't lag at all or shake, it hovered perfectly still. There was no sound at all.

Looking into the northern sky, three dim lights in form of a tight triangle zoomed across the sky in a northern direction then with a quick swoop went into a northwest direction. It was too fast for an airplane, the lights were not flashing, no sound. The lights itself was not bright almost in a "transparent" sort of form. I have never seen anything like this before and it only lasted like 30 seconds or so.

It had gradations of color so that the innermost edges were whiter. The outermost edges were a more intense lime green and emitted a long starburst glare effect at the 3 corners and shorter spikes at the side of the triangle. The object or light held a perfectly fixed position, then suddenly swooped down and left at about a 30 degree path in a perfectly straight line. Then it stopped and vanished well before reaching the horizon. The whole event took less than 2 seconds but I was in the perfect position to witness it. My ((deleted--twenties)) year old son was in the front passenger seat and also saw it. He was on a break from ((deleted--graduate)) school. He was reaching forward and tuning the radio and gasped, “What was that!” But since he wasn’t already focused at the distance, like I was, I don’t think he saw it as clearly. To him, the light was more roundish and he didn’t see it as triangular. But he didn’t have his glasses on and his vision is only 20/30, so that made sense to me. I’ve never witnessed anything that I believed was a UFO or ever made a report before. But as soon as I saw this, I knew immediately it was unexplainable, and I had just witnessed something I never thought I’d see for myself. I’m ((50's plus)) y/o retired Air Force ((rank deleted)) living in NC for the past ((deleted--10+)) years.

A flame orange colored large triangle with rounded edges. It was moving way faster than a plane and was also much larger. It flew over the land for a little over a minute, we followed it around the back of the house (we live on the water) and as it got over the middle of Barnegat Bay, it stopped for a few seconds and then completely vanished. We tried to capture it on cell phone video, but it didn't show up even though we could still see it with our eyes.

All of the sudden, I see 2 triangles made up of lights floating by in the sky. There 1 second gone the next. One triangle was made of red lights and the other craft made of blue. Reporting a neighbor's account - about 1 AM, he noticed strange lights and noise in the sky near his home (NE outer Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco). He thought he was looking for a helicopter but it was not. He saw what he called something weird, triangle shaped with green, red, and blue lights. It continued to fly away and come back, again with noise. Could this be a helicopter? The sound he noticed and his best instincts say that it was not. Witness provides no contact information. PD

Driving home we saw a light above some tractors that were prepping the field for next harvest. Mistaken for a helicopter at first and was just a few hundred feet above the equipment in the field. We saw one bright light, then a second one appeared next to it. Then one disappeared, and another appeared. Then the first one and then all three at once. All of this happened quite slowly. I slowed down to try and get a video, as I did this all 3 lights showed and dissolved inside each other. This was a sighting of a lifetime and I am so glad my fiancé and I got to share the experience. I truly want to see this again.

19:30 - We saw three uniform bright lights relatively close together that made a perfect triangle. They didn’t move. One at a time but in a rhythm, each one blinked out. They appeared to be over/near Mt. Orab. 20:00 - We saw 6-8 lights, about the same color as the lights we saw earlier, but different sizes and scattered around one general area (Mt. Orab direction). We were driving so I didn’t get to see how or when they blinked out. 20:05 - Once home, we could not see those lights anymore. However, looking straight up, like directly above us, very faintly we could see 4 tiny shimmering white lights that formed a perfect square. The lights flickered in unison. They were so faint, it was like you were looking at them through clouds but the sky was clear last night. Then they just disappeared.

Driving down my alley we spotted 3 Orange lights moving across the sky. They formed a triangular shape very spaced out. They moved over the hill and disappeared. 2nd time I've seen this in almost the same area. Very clear night.

On this night of October 18, 2017, My girlfriend and i just got back to my house from dinner. We were talking in my car in my driveway for a bit, and out of the corner of my eye, i saw lights. (What i saw) Was a triangular craft with about 4 lights on each side, some were yellow, some were white, and one was red, in the middle. It flew from behind a tree in my backyard, then i saw it for about 4-5 seconds, then it went into the trees and dissapeared. I opened my door as soon as it left to see if there was a noise, and there wasnt. It was about 150ft in the air, which is very low for an airplane, and i know what i saw. It wasnt an airplane. Nothing we have. Personally, i am a UFO enthusiast and i know plently about eveything, so i could accept it and easily identify it as A triangular craft. Now what my girlfriend saw, was what she describes as just about 10 yellow lights moving in unison without breaking formation, like fireflies. Im aware that there is a post here describing the same exact thing, In around the same area.

Witnessed a fairly large triangle shape with bright lights at each end. It was moving slowly in the atmosphere almost looked stars at first but then it moved slowly forward and then one light at a time disappeared until one remained then brighted then disappeared.

My home is on a ridge overlooking the river and entire city of Chattanooga. From the second story, my children and I look at the city lights out the window as they are put to bed. Today I saw a light I have never noticed before and it did not seem to move. I watched from one room and never saw the object move. I thought I was losing it, so I went to the opposite side of the house and looked and it was still there. At this time I noticed a secondary object appear. They were both white at that time. I looked for my husband, couldn't find him, went downstairs and out the front door. The two objects were still there, only this time moving slowly toward my house and higher as they went. They moved in unison and the color started changing from one to many colors-- the entire outer rim of the objects were changing colors. I kept rubbing my eyes thinking my contacts were drying out, but the lights were glowing and changing, and at this point I could see the lights were in triangle shapes around the object. I couldn't make out the edges of the objects, only the lights. Then, after they passed my house I lost sight of them because my house blocked my direct line of sight. When I rediscovered them after running around the house they were much further to the left and had made a major change of direction. Then there was only one; the second disappeared. About 15 years ago, I saw a red orb in the middle of the day hovering in Athens, TN, over the interstate.

My daughter and I were breaking up a pumpkin for our chickens by throwing it up in the air. She paused for a second, pointed to the sky and said, daddy look at that rocket ship. This is something she says often and it’s usually a plane with the vapor trails behind it. I hesitated to look, she said it again so I changed my position to see it through the trees. I saw the “craft” and it didn’t look like the usual plane with trails. It had a look of red to it and I started to think maybe meteor. But it was to controlled and the trails behind it weren’t like a plane but also not like a meteor. I have seen rockets take off from Wallops Island and this was a different coarse, across the sky, south to north about. I then thought with the sunset that maybe it was a reflection on a plane creating the effect. I looked over at the sunset and the two didn’t really line up. I changed my point of view as it was flying with a tree in my yard blocking the view. I ! saw very clearly where it would re appear from the branches but it never did. There was a very clear sky and no other obstructions near by. We could not find it. Definitely odd. I wish I took a picture but it was gone by the time I got to this realization. There must have been others that saw this.

Not saucer shaped but more triangle shaped. 5 lights in a triangle shape. spotted it moving but next time it moved it went south and then straigh up and it was gone. No plane can move that fast. this was on october 15 2017 at 2:00 am. I spotted it and my buddy looked and seen the same thing. i have seen quite a few but this one was very visible and thru binoculars i seen all the lights along with a plane flying south east of it and it was higher than the plane

Driving home from work on a beautiful afternoon not a cloud in the sky look up for no reason and there the object is it was like a bright stainless steel gleaming off the sun it was very large and just hovering I lost sight because of trees then it was gone! The object was triangular with almost like cylinders on it. Can’t believe what I saw never forget it!!

It was in 2017, I don't remember the month, but I think it was September or October. I was on the balcony as I always do to see the sky, it was about 3 pm, it was the time I always left the house, but I looked to my left, and there was a black triangular shaped UFO, it looked big but it was a little far away, and still standing, I thought it was some balloon or something, but I was still standing, I called one of my relatives to see it, but they thought it was a joke, so I was looking at the ship, it looked like I was paralyzed, suddenly that UFO disappears from nowhere, I never saw it again. (After that I didn't see anything like that, only in 2019 and 2020 that other strange things appeared, I can make other reports if I want).

While walking the dog at night, looked up to the sky, saw a triangular shaped object, like a boomerang. Big, silver or grey, with 4 to 5 round white lights on each side underneath. Lights were steady, not flickering and appeared dimmed. Flying very low, silent, at a steady slow pace. No haze or glow around the object or lights, very clear against the black sky. While walking with my wife and daughter a little after dusk, my daughter (6) pointed at some slow moving lights asking what it was. I originally dismissed it as a plane but then realized the size was too big meaning it was low to the ground and moving very slowly. My next thought was blimp but it was moving too quickly for that and the shape of lights didn't fit. As it came closer, we could see the lights at the front of the object that looked like cockpit lights. Halfway back were two white solid lights, then at the back two more white solid lights. The entire shape based on the lights was a triangle. In the middle of the triangle on the bottom of the object was a bright red blinking light. It continued to move too slowly for a plane, and the only sound was a low humming noise. We watched as the object never changed course and slowly moved off over the horizon. With the lighting of the sky, the only shape we could make out was the pattern of the lights, we never saw a full body shape.

Vehicle was spotted at approximately 2100 Hours EST, traveling from NE to SW, at less than 100 knots air speed, at an altitude of roughly 380 feet off the deck. vehicle had formation lights running across the forward leading edge of both wings, as well as the trailing edges. It's forward profile appeared to be nearly identical in shape to a B-2 Spirit, and had a wingspan of roughly two hundred feet. It banked thirty degrees, and crossed over the water tower adjacent to Marlboro Park Hospital, and continued on a SW track. I pursued the vehicle on the ground in my POV for approximately two miles to our local airport, at which time the vehicle accelerated with no visible exhaust signature or sound, covering a distance of roughly six miles in less than three seconds before disappearing from view.
