Le 1er avril 2023, vers 11h, le témoin, revenant à pied d'une grande surface située à La Talaudière (42), observe un objet dans le ciel, de forme "d'aile-delta", avec une partie avant et une partie arrière carrées. Le PAN se déplace lentement et silencieusement, oscillant légèrement, à une altitude constante et suivant une trajectoire linéaire du sud-ouest vers le nord-est. L'observation dure entre 3 et 4 minutes. La consistance* du cas est moyenne, puisqu’il n’y a qu’un seul témoin et que le PAN n’apparait pas sur la photographie. *selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d’informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. La description du PAN peut correspondre à un objet léger porté par le vent, puisque sa trajectoire apparente est cohérente avec le sens du vent. Toutefois la durée d’observation relativement longue sur une distance angulaire de déplacement de 40° est peu compatible avec cette hypothèse, sauf à imaginer un objet de grande taille et plus éloigné.Cependant, aucune autre observation n’a été recueillie par le GEIPAN, et aucune trace supplémentaire n’a été retrouvée malgré la présence d’une zone urbanisée. Une autre hypothèse envisagée est celle d'un drone, évoquée par le témoin lui-même, mais rejetée en raison de l'absence de bruit et de la visibilité des hélices. Notons cependant que le bruit a pu être couvert par le bruit de la circulation routière de la route nationale située à proximité et que les hélices d’un drone ne sont pas visibles en vol en raison de leur rotation rapide. Bien que le survol de la commune par des drones soit interdit, l’enquête a cherché à déterminer si un drone avait quand même pu survoler la zone au moment de l’observation, sans succès. Malheureusement, la photographie transmise par le témoin étant inexploitable, elle ne permet pas de préciser la nature du PAN. Les investigations n’ont pas permis de privilégier d’hypothèse explicative. Le cas est classé "C", cas non identifiable par manque de données. Saw it, thought it was a tower, I got closer and it got brighter, you could then see the triangle shape, I took a pic while driving, It then went with me towards my destination, as I got out, it just Kinda kept moving slowly. It would settle (seeminlgy) in one place from time to time.

Observed at appox 830 pm moving North possibly North East over Northgate Way in North Seattle. Couldn't see a definite shape but it appeared to have a triangle shape behind the light in centre. Moved behind treeline so only got an approximate 30 second view of it. Couldn't hear any noise coming from object. When I got to a location that had a better view of the night sky it was gone.

I went outside with my dog to let him out before bed, happened to look to the northwest and saw three bright white lights low on the horizon to the N/NW. They did not seem to be very close but I could see them well. At first I thought they were stars but I thought they seemed too low on the horizon to be that bright and shortly after noticing the three bright lights in an acute triangle shape, the top one faded out and the bottom two tilted at an angle to the right and faded out. After that I continued watching as the lights would get really bright and fade in and out. I saw a plane with red flashing lights which is normal for here but it seemed to go towards the formation and I could no longer see it once it got in the area of where I saw the lights. At one point one of the lights got really bright and another one looked like it came right up to touch the other and then faded away. The lights continued to fade in and out and I thought they seemed to be moving in a clockwise circular motion as they faded and got bright again probably every minute or two until eventually I could no longer see them after about ten minutes. I could not get any sky pictures with my iPhone but I looked at an app I have called Flightradar24 to see what planes might be in the area and there was nothing in the direction that I saw the lights in.

Two witnesses were outdoors and observed a bright triangular craft object hovering at tree top level in the neighbor's back yard. The object dimmed and repositioned at the end of the witness' property, 600' from their location. Witnesses observed object through binoculars and saw three amber white lights (circular) at 25-30 feet elevation. The second witness took a photo with its android phone and the primary witness drew sketches as requested by the FI. (MUFON CMS 130084) The sighting lasted 5-6 minutes.

In last 2 months myself of 2 other individuals have been witnessing alot of movement and objects in the Sky's of Randolph County, most sightings began in Asheboro NC. We actually followed several. We ended up at burkhead Mountain off hwy 64 in Asheboro. Here we were in the Country and very secluded we see 10 plus objects in the sky flying around 2 large lights which resemble stars but I've never known stars to move. We were surrounded by fields and woods. We were there for around 30 minutes observing all movement by these objects in the sky. Myself and another individual had this feeling Like we were being watched and we were not alone. We then began to hear a noise that we were not familiar with and this noise was coming from different areas around us. You would hear one and then like a response from another area. These noises are hard to describe, it was like clicks but in different tones and speeds. I know this sounds crazy but it was like a form of communication or speech. We can imitate these noises very close to what we heard and have not been able to find anything online similar to what we heard. We began to have a filling of dread or very uncomfortable so we decided to leave. Once we left these objects continue being visible in the sky and one was like it was following us as we headed away from the area. Since then I have been watching the Sky's and continue to capture images like what I did tonight. I was never one to believe in aliens or UFO but after seeing what i have with my own eyes I know we certainty that there is something in the sky that no one has been able to say for certain what it is. There was another occasion which was actually the first incounter where myself and 2 other individuals were driving and came to a very large object with incredible bright white/clear lights, I was shocked and just stopped and gazed at what I was seeing. This object / craft went from ground level straight up about 30 to 40 feet and then went straight and ad soon as it was over tree line in stopped and didn't mover for around 20 minutes like it was observing us. It was like this object was translucent except the lights on each end. I shine a red Lazer light at this object, the Lazer reflected off back towars me. I then began with different time length burst of light from flash light and my Lazer. All of a sudden more light turned on. It went from 2 lights to 4. Once this the objects began to move forward at a slow speed and was visible for a long time as it was sighted in the next hour up to 40 miles away and that's that I'm know of. If I would of been alone I would not tell this encounter as I know people would think I'm crazy but myself and these 2 other individuals all 3 saw the same things. I would like to talk to someone if there is a person interested in know all the information on this sighting and more that we have encountered and like I mentioned I do have photos to that do show objects that are unexplainable to myself and others that I've shown. If I'm wrong about this please correct me but until someone can specify what these are I'm going to continue my investigation and continue with my capture of objects with photos.

While letting out my dogs I noticed a bright orange light in the distance (about 2 acres away) that looked like fire in the trees/tree line. I told my dad it looked like the top of the trees were on fire. I grabbed my binoculars by the door to see what it was. I could not find the bright orange light in the trees because I was stuck on the big dark triangle object hovering a ways down the yard. While looking at it the object appeared to be a dark blurr as if it was something standing still but moving at the same time. My dad said "where did the light go" because he left to grab his phone and by the time he got back the orange light in the tree line was gone and when I looked back into the binoculars that object had disappeared.

Me my wife and mother and law went for a drive to a nearby town called elmer, noticed a star that had been following us all night wich we thought was a drone, we figured it was state patrol or something but when we got home we were out on the porch smoking a cigarette and watching it then it started to scare us because it seemed like the whole sky was a different like the stars were changing colors around us but not above us, after noticing strait above us was normal what we thought was a bat or owl or nocturnal flying animal we saw three objects in the air flying really slow making no sound at all and by the appearance of it as close as it was did not seem man made at all it was terrifying how close they were you could see all the detail in the aircrafts what couldn't have been any bigger than a one ton truck they disappeared right after they got out of the illumination from the street lights and we're completely invisible in the night sky, we probably wouldn't have seen them if they weren't flying so low over head... There's been a lot of strange anomaly been going on in the night sky recently in the last couple of months now that I think about it, shook me up enough to file a report about it because it deeply disturbed me, frightened me that's why others should know what I saw ( I would like to be fully anonymous and report confidentialy)

I was driving home when I saw a shape in the sky. It was flat on the bottom and appeared black in color. It was triangle shape and each point had a green light on it. I stopped my car and rolled down the window and heard a low wooshing sound coming from it. The shape was flying low to the ground and moving really slow. I got one blurry picture when a car pulled up behind me and I had to keep driving.

I go out side at night and they drop down from the sky . Once to to roof of the house and looked like a stick person with the palms of their hands turn out. Once charged like a bolt of bright LED light causing me alarm and I left and hurt myself and was knocked out trying to get back inside. Small lights often like bees .. bright lights like stick airplanes coming towards me . Always coming towards me . When it’s cloudy they hide in the trees . The ship is invisible with a false bottom. The bottom it the sky . When you look up , it’s like you can touch the sky ,, but look away you see the real sky . Tricky bastards . Tonight they are in the trees with RED lights and making no bones about it … shooting straight towards me ASAP . I tried to film but it didn’t work and I’m not going back outside . There was an orb for along time in the beginning . An orange orb . They follow me when I travel. And my friends have seen them . They don’t come down for them . They have seen them come down with me present . I’m not crazy and it is real .

Le 16 mars 2023, alors qu'elle se trouve sur le parking d’une grande surface à Verneuil d’Avre et d’Iton (27), le témoin remarque une personne en train d'observer un PAN dans le ciel, qu’elle commence à observer à son tour. Elle décrit cet objet comme étant de forme triangulaire, très pointue, de couleur sombre et restant immobile. Le témoin prend immédiatement une photographie de l’objet tout en continuant de l’observer pendant environ 5 minutes, en compagnie d’autres personnes. Elle met fin à son observation pour entrer dans le magasin. À son retour, l’objet n’est plus visible. La consistance* du cas est bonne, bien que le témoin soit unique. En effet, le PAN a pu être photographié, ce qui permet de l’orienter précisément dans l’environnement. *selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d’informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. L’apparence du PAN, ainsi que son immobilité, rappelle les caractéristiques d’un cerf-volant (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). Contactée par mail, la police municipale de Verneuil d’Avre et d’Iton (27) a pu confirmer qu’il s’agissait bien d’un cerf-volant, dont la base était située à l’abbaye Saint-Nicolas, dans la même direction que le PAN observé par le témoin, et dont le propriétaire a reçu la visite d’une patrouille. La police municipale a fourni au GEIPAN une photographie de ce cerf-volant, ressemblant en tous points au PAN photographié par le témoin. Nous avons pu reconstituer sa position en croisant les données d’azimut d’observation des deux photographies, celle du témoin et celle de la police municipale, et vérifier ainsi que le PAN se situait bien à proximité du parc de l’Abbaye Saint Nicolas. Le cas est classé « A », observation d’un cerf-volant. [GEIPAN classification A — Cerf volant]

The thing had 3 round lights that are hard to describe an a rectangle light in the middle it was a light on the inside like some one tig welding aluminum the thing had seams on it the surface was not smooth it was gray dull coler it went slow the end of its wings were rounded we drove by it went up the road turned around came back by it turned around again came back we had plenty of time to look at it no noise at all it gave off a weird feeling like electrified the air I got a little video it was strange how the lights were they did not light up the trees but yet they were bright

I was driving north on my street when I noticed an extremely bright orb in the sky traveling south very quickly. I stopped my car and got out to see while telling my husband to look. There was no sound and it just disappeared in sky past the trees. I pulled into my driveway and got out of my car when my husband I noticed the space X lighting up the sky very clearly. I told my son to come out of the house to see the launch when suddenly we saw another extremely bright orange (like sparks from a welder) orb that appeared to have come from the same area as the space X shuttle and traveled past us in no more than 3 minutes. A neighbor that was walking a dog stopped and witnessed also. We all 4 stood silently in awe and disbelief of what we were looking at, even the dog. The orb passed over us at a low lying cloud level when it went translucent. We could see the outline of a triangle with soft edges and 3 circles or beings in or on the craft. It then went out of focus.

While driving I saw two triangle humongous craft with lights under them two on the back and one in front. The crafts behind each other hovering above slow. I felt like stopping to record but kept going it was very strange! When I first spotted them, I thought maybe military but as I got closer it was too big to be military. The shape of the crafts were not from here! I wish I had stop and record I couldn't believe it! Beautiful crafts can someone find out if any military flying during last night. It wasn't like any craft I've ever seen.

I was entering Hwy 65 on a ramp last night, accelerating up to about 45 when I saw what I expected was the life-flight helicopter that frequents a helipad nearby during medical emergencies. Usually it comes in from Clinton, Mo, to the west, then it circles back just south of Hwy 7 and lands. I've seen it a couple of time, and while it's creepy seeing it land right next to the hwy at night, it's obvious what it is. We live near Whiteman AFB, so the airspace is controlled by the military. The only aircraft we see here are Air Force planes and choppers, the life-flight helicopter and on occasion a cesna. But this object was North of Hwy 7 by about a half mile just hovering over what we call Lost Valley Road which is an outer road of Hwy 65. So, it drew my interest since it was just hanging over the hwy, and I rolled down my window to see if I could hear the sound of rotor blades chopping the air, but all I could hear was road and wind noise from driving 45mph. As I approached the object, I vaguely remember a small, steady red light on the northern side, but it soon was gone as I was passing the object on its western side (and honestly, it could've been just me expecting to see a red light since most helicopters have them. The lights on it - I was so close that they looked more like globes, but not totally circular. A bit elongated, like if a globe and an old police light had a baby. There were two on the western side, and they switched between dim and bright in a sequence from left to right. There would be a small space of time then the sequence started again, left then right. As I passed by it, I saw the third globe on the far side of the object, making the triangle shape. And I assume it was part of the left to right sequence, but I don't remember seeing it ever light up. Granted, I was seeing it from the rear side of that light. I was going to stay on 65 to go to my vacation rental that I own, but I wanted to get video or photos of this thing with my phone, so I pulled off on Hwy 7's ramp and sped to get turned around and come back down Lost Valley to get as close as I could. But I saw that it began pulling away. By the time I reached the road about 20 seconds later, I saw it was well off in the distance. Then as I was driving on Lost Valley, I saw that it had already reached the horizon. Then it was gone. I wish I had just pulled over on Hwy 65 to get video, but it just seemed a little dangerous and my phone doesn't get good video at night, so I wanted to get closer. I never saw an actual body to the craft, just the globes of light that were laid out in a triangle. I do assume that it had a body, however, because I couldn't see the light on the far side of the craft until I reached the southern side of it and was looking back and noticed the third globe.

We were sitting in our car trying to get a signal on our phone , when out of nowhere, a pitch black very huge triangular craft with 3 white lights on the bottom of the craft. it appears out of thin air,my fiance, and we had our daughter with us who now bieleves us , that there is ufos in west Virginia. It truly was amazing it was flying very low,so low I thought it was going to land right beside us. You couldnt here any kind of noise powering the craft nothing total silence when it flew over. We did happen to get a short video of it. This is the 3rd sighting on elkfork road in wv that my fiance and I have personally witnessed. This one was different though it was so big i cannot explain how big this craft was. it was flying so low I nearly had a panic attack, because I wasn't sure if I was really seeing what my eyes were really looking at.

I came out to have a cigarette with my sister in law and noticed a large shadowy object over the treeline. It did not make a sound! 2 bright white lights one on each side and a flashing yellowish light in the middle in like Morse code type blinking. moving at a gliding pace, the object seemed to " blend in" with the night sky.. it came from the west and headed east. It was too big, moving too low and no sound! So it was not a plane ! And I have been an amateur astrologer for my whole life (43) so I know the night sky.

Triangle shape of lights moved from east to west in front of the the Orion belt formation the triangle had an equal length of lights on each side. The lights were dim as if they were far away and traveled in a straight line the sighting only last 3-5 seconds then my whole body got chills.

Object had 2 lights visible with a faint dark triangular shape visible from the side. The left light was dimmer than the right and they both dimmed and brightened slowly. It was hovering with no movement or sound with no visible strobe lights flashing or anything like a known aircraft. From my viewpoint, the object was huge hovering over 2000 to 3000 feet. When seen from North Las Vegas, the Stratosphere tower was at the 12 O' clock and the object at the 2 or 3 O' clock position. Jupiter and Venus

I was out for a Sunday drive snapping photos of the snow on the peaks east of Santa Maria. The snow level had recently dropped down to about 1000 ft--a rare event here. Hoping to snap better pictures, I drove about 12 miles southeast of Santa Maria to the little village of Sisquoc which offers more dramatic views of the mountains. I was looking for snowy picturesque peaks, not UFOs. At approximately 11:40 AM (give or take 15 minutes), I had just driven east of Sisquoc and started snapping more pix. Sisquoc is at about 460 ft elevation. My guesstimate is that this craft was flying about 100 ft above the ground at an elevation of 560 ft above sea level. I guesstimate the vessel to be travelling 800-1200 MPH. The craft had no visible engine or intake humps, no sound, no contrails, no visible lights, no markings & no tail. The craft was far too large & fast to be a drone. Also, the nose of the craft was too blunted, the "wings" too "vee'd" & the craft was too tailess to be a Stealth or an F117. I did check out "secret" prototype aircraft online to see if there was anything like it but they all had long needle noses or were otherwise too different so no match. THE MOST ASTOUNDING THING ABOUT THIS CRAFT WAS THE SPHERE SUSPENDED BETWEEN THE END OF THE TWO "WINGS" AT THE BACK OF THE VESSEL. THE SPHERE HAD NO VISIBLE MEANS OF SUPPORT! I guesstimate the craft to be about 50 ft in length & the sphere at the back to be about 6-10 feet in diameter. These are just my extremely unprofessional estimates. The craft was about 5 miles east of my position & appeared to be flying northbound. I would estimate the craft to be 5 1/8 mile east of Sisquoc flying quite low for the speed it was travelling.

Taking dogs out before work in backyard tried to look for big dipper and from my right I saw white light solid shaped triangle. Quiet., moving quickly lower than a usual plane would be over our area. Light went out after about 5 seconds while I was watching it but could faintly see it still moving but then got difficult to follow. It was moving toward where the big dipper area of sky usually is at that hour. (445am)but there were some clouds in sky as well. No blinking lights on this triangle.
