26 Aug., 2014, about 3 AM EST, it was exeptionally clear out. I was star gazing when a triangular formation of stars caught my eye. I noticed they were moving from north to south and were moving in the triangular formation of 4 like a flock of geese. This formation covered a large area and were definately very high in the atmosphere or higher. They were lit like stars and were moving at a high rate of speed. They did not deviate out of their formation. The whole time I witnessed this was a total of 2 minutes max. I've seen the space station pass over head several times and the speed at which it passed through from one horizon to the other was about the same speed. I am a commercial airline pilot and these were not your typical airliners or aircraft as they have strobes and nav lights lit. I can't emphasize enough the amount of area this formation was but it was rather large and it was very high up.

It was red, very big lights at first but it looked as if they were descending into space. There was 4-5 or 5-6 of them, all in formation. One by one they were fading into black. As soon as one of them were pitch black, you can start seeing star-like lights moving really fast. Not the speed of light but the speed of a jet & remember the look on the moving lights were star-like so they were really really small, meaning they were really really far. Jets, or private jets any type of planes have flashing LIGHTS. These were just bright. No flash at all. I hope the news tells us whats going on.

4 orange/red lights which seemed to move in straight line formation. Moving west. They made no sound. One light was further ahead, followed by 3 more in line. I recorded the formation with my phone. Never seen anything like this!

12 people witnessed 19 blue fluttering lights coming from the northeast, headed in a south eastern direction. We couldn't identify any shapes, and went from the time we saw them to the time they disappeared into the horizon it took approximately 30-40 seconds. They were flying in a random pattern, and it looked as if one of the lights had fallen behind and had to speed up to catch up to the rest. So after we had heard there was a 6.5 earthquake in Napa Valley a few hours away.

I was driving northbound on I-205 at 21:20 towards Portland International Airport, going 55 mph., following a flat bed semi truck. Looking toward airport, I saw 3 lights coming towards me. I look quickly at my location, I am approaching Rocky Butte. Looking at these 3 lights, individual, shapes, above the on coming southbound traffic, going a little faster 65 70 mpr, I saw 3 helmet shaped, metal blue, one headlight per object, no windows, a man could not fit into this object, flying then turning towards Portland or on the Banfield… Witness elects to provide no contact information. At approximately 10pm on Saturday, August 16th, heading southbound on I-5 from Shoreline, WA, a formation of lights were in the sky. The lights appeared to be redish/ yellow in color. They were still. They were in a strange formation that appeared to look like a constellation. Very slowly the lights began to dim and they all just disappeared. 2 orange dots moving at incredible high speed south to north toward lake ontario. NO sound whatsoever, absolutely quiet. first sighting the right dot was moving in a straight line, the left dot was moving somewhat slightly curved but still in a fairly straight line parallel to the right dot. Approximately 10 minutes later, 2nd sighting. moving in same direction south to north. this time both dots were much closer together, but again moving at incredible speed and again NO sound at all. with less than 5 seconds they went from north Greece, NY, over lake ontario. Shooting stars appear, get brighter and disappear. those dots stayed same brightness, same size. It's been quite amazing to see this since i have absolutely no explanation and always have been extremely skeptical toward any sightings i heard of or seen on shows on TV. This tonight, though, really made me wonder what it could have been! hopefully other will report it, too. My wife also saw ! both sightings together with me.

after that from airport airplane follow that light but that space craft is to fast I just watch like the movie they fly over me 3 times i take pictures and they again fly over me this is true sightings DOGS IN THE CiTY ARE watch that lights and they barking !! believe me they want contact on earth !!!! around august 13 i had seen what i would describe as a formation in the sky. it was flying south east to north west, on a path that i almost every day see military helicoptors and even A-10 fighters fly. The formation made almost no sound. on the left-hand side (as i looked up) i counted around 13 lights. flying right next to that craft to my right hand side was what appeared to be a regular run of the mill airplane. I watched them fly directly over head and i was very shocked that i had not heard anyone else talk about it. It must have been around 2100 hours because it was dark... the craft were flying rather low, i couldn't even really estimate a 'normal' height for a commercial airplane. I got the impression that the craft was being escorted and that maybe it was air force 1. As stated above i often see military craft fly that same route back and forth daily, but I know of no airbase in the direction they fly that is in America. Took my dog for a walk. Heard plane (jetliner) flying above, gone in darker area after my house for a dog to do its stuff, looked in the sky to spot the plane. Suddenly, ~7 fast moving objects, grayish colour travelled through the sky. Formation random and changing rapidly. No craft (man made) could fly so fast, changing formation so rapidly with absolute no sound. There was jetliner flying at high sky normal high ~10km. Those objects flew ~1-3 km. Hard to say couse no visible shape just lights. Gone through the sky from one corner untill couldn't see in 6-7s. Too fast to be able to take photo. We are camping at Poison Creek. There were three adults and two kids present. We happened to be looking up at the sky because there were an abundance of shooting stars. That is when I noticed a slow going formation of red lights. There were four red lights across the top. Beneath the top lights there was one light on each side (not directly under the lights but slightly out). At first, we thought it was a series of helicopters, but it became apparent that helicopters would not fly so close together, nor would they stay in perfect formation throughout the flight. There were also no white lights mixed in with the slow blinking red lights. After watching this object in amazement for several minutes, it was suddenly out if view. Driving northbound on Granny White Pike my wife and I saw 4 orange/red shapes in an almost square formation that seemed to be slowly headed east. They seemed to maintain the same distance from each other and were moving slowly. Hard to tell what they were, but they didn't have any blinking lights that I could make out. My parents driving behind us saw them too. They were at least a couple miles away.

My wife and I just entered the PA turnpike, heading west at the New Stanton interchange on the evening of August 9th, 2014. We were probably only about 5 minutes on the turnpike while I (driving) noticed lights to my left (south of the turnpike). I was driving around 70mph, so the duration of viewing the lights was probably less than 30 seconds. The lights were low, very low and the surrounding trees obstructed my view and I could only see them in clearings of the trees. But my initial reaction was to try to process what I was seeing for a few seconds until I said to my wife, "What ((deleted)) am I looking at to my left?" She then noticed them too. It was dark out of course, so the lights, which looked orange/amber in color and seemed to almost look rectangular. I think there were about 7 of the lights, and they first appeared in a staggered formation, with some higher than the others. However, the further we drove, they almost started to form a triangular pattern, with the tip of the triangle being at the highest light and the formation widening as the other lights were lower and underneath. We could not tell if the lights were moving, but I think they may have been moving towards east, as we were traveling west. I had seen on tv and the internet about the "Phoenix Lights," and the lights I witnessed last night appeared very similar to that. I actually asked my wife if they could be falling flares, as I could not explain to myself what I was looking at. After about 30 seconds, we could no longer see the lights.

Looking westward the first sighting was a black dot to the naked eye at appprox 60 degrees above ground level, almost as small a dot as the eye could see, blue sky with just some wispy cirrus clouds way up. Then a flash of reflected light off two solar panel type things as it rotated gave it a sense of being a satellite but then twenty to thirty more of the tiny tiny flashes of rotating panel type things in a swarm made us realize it was maybe low enough to be in the blowing wind, then maybe they were balloons? but they didn't move all in the same direction, though all were going geographically south. They seemed to school like fiish would. Based on the glint of light. Then, here were two more straight above us with yet that peculiar effect of almost leaving a dash of jet contail on their movement. But moving away also south like drifting with the others. The distance south is what seemed to remove them from view though we could see 747's leaving contrail further south, so either they were tiny drone size in a lower swarm or way higher. Is it possible for a cross-section of the opposite night sky, say, New York City in the dark on the opposite coast, to projecti itself and satellites onto our sky our cirrus clouds in the west? If you took a pin-hole camera of the eastern night sky view and projected it and every one of 30 satellites thru the pinhole onto our daylight sky that's what it could have been.

3 more lights appeared a little bit further away in a straight line. As those started to dim out from left to right 3 more lights appeared. And this happened about three to four times before they just disappeared completely. The pattern these lights turned on and off reminded me of a caterpillar effect.

My sister and I were tossing a frisbee in front of our house this particular night. I noticed 8-10 stationary lights in the sky to the East/Southeast that were in rows like: two, three, three, two, and each was either red, green, or white (not a combination of colors) At first I thought it was maybe lighting from a cell tower or a nearby power substation by Pickerington North High School that's about 2 miles east of us. I asked my sister, "is that lighting from a cell tower - how did I never notice that before!?" We both watched it for a few minutes. The lights started moving and the formation began splitting up and within 10-20 seconds the lights moved away from each other, and disappeared one at a time. A couple years later I saw a dozen Chinese lanterns in the night sky and thought it resembled that, but my sister insists the lights we saw that night were not Chinese lanterns. That would be the closest description I can give though.

My brother and I went to watch the Perseid Meteor Shower (we saw 4 meteors) at around 1:30 am and I noticed a rather bright star that was moving erratically in in small zigzags and backwards and forward at what seemed to be random. A few minutes later I noticed another to the left of it about the distance of a ruler at arms length. I then saw the third dot above the first about half the rulers length, they formed a large right triangle in the sky and all moved around erratically. We watched them for about 25 minutes before going back inside. At 2:34 (now) they're still out there.

I had went out side in front of the house, my wife and I. We smell something burning and I thought a fire was near. So I looked in the sky to see if I could see bright light to indicate a fire was burning. Looking up in the sky I noticed the bright light that had green and red lights. There were about 10 sightings, moving in and around (I went back out at 10:15 pm and they were headed south toward SC). Not to think I was crazy I called my wife and showed them to her it appeared that they were darting in an out from behind the clouds. Then it was crazy patterns and formations and then they spread apart heading south.

My next door neighbor and myself were outside talking, as we often do. I myself am outside nightly observing the sky. I have seen hundreds of shooting stars, the ISS, drones, satellites, etc. All of a sudden I looked up, and saw a formation of several large, round, bright lights moving across the sky. They were completely silent. I was yelling to my friend "do you see that"? We both just stood and stared. Some were in a line, some in a triangular shape, followed by more in a line. Looking up they went along much faster than any aircraft we had ever seen, and then just disappeared one by one. About a minute after they were gone, three more came across, one by one, followed the same path as the others, and disappeared as well. They remained completely silent. They were about 1/2 the size of a full moon, but much more brilliant. I myself have also seen, 3 times in my life, UFO's. This was nothing like any of them. What did we see?
