While sitting on my elevated deck, looking South/South East, I noticed what at first looked like a Dark Spot in the sky. I lost site of it due to a large tree. Approximately 15 seconds later, I heard a very low "Humming" Sound, but could not associate it with anything. Suddenly my Wife and I could clearly see two "Black Squares" about 15 by 15 feet flying over our house at an approximate altitude of 100 fee, Approximately 20 MPH, flying North North West, then slowly turning towards North North East in the direction of the Philadelphia Airport. The "Wingman" swung from the right to left of the leader in a graceful and unusual motion, remaining somewhat level. We saw No lights, until they past over us then strange Pure White Rectangular Lights in a row (Approx. 3 on each side flashing from outer to inner), at less then a second per flash. We have a Boeing Plant South East of us. At first I thought it may have been a Top Secret Drone, but the more I think about it, I don't think it was made here. We are pretty close to the Airport for anything that size to be flying that low all blacked out with No Visible Navigation lighting. Witness remains anonymous; provides no contact information. Hoax?? Myself and 3 others were returning from a trip to downtown Asheville at approximately 22:00. We all were looking at constellations, as I am an astrophysics major, and Astronomy is a necessary study. In between the Orion and Sagittarius constellations, I noticed two bright objects that looked like stars, but were not known stars, nor planets. These lights could have been sattelites, but I have seen moving objects in the sky here that are moving erratically before, with others. The two lights then moved slowly toward the center sky, and twisted Around each other somewhat erratically. They were very high in altitude and faint compared to Sirius, Venus, and Alpha Centauri. They then grew fainter and began to move much more quickly, then either disappeared due to speed or the lights being dimmed. Judging by their altitude as triangulated with the mountain range in the back ground. They were following the general direction of the train tracks, and moving from around 2 knots to around 870 knots from a near standstill. They retained either a linear or somewhat triangular pattern, though the two rear lights have have been one reflecting off of frost in the atmosphere, or some other atmospheric disturbance. This is not the first time I have seen these particular lights, and they are sometimes accompanied by infrasonic pitches of around 2-4 Hz or less, and sometimes a faint red center light. The dogs in the neighborhood all get very loud when the infrasound begins, and if it flies at a lower altitude they all attempt to go inside or seek other shelter. I have detected very little radio static on any frequencies from the objects, and no noticeable sound. I have yet to try radar detection.

The details: Houston, TX, January 17, 2015, between the hours of 20:00 and 20:15. Residential area, close to one of the major freeways. Huge line of glowing orange balls, light is pleasant, not very bright. Lower end of the line starting on the west and climbing upwards towards the east. Line consisted of "clusters", resembling birds' flying triangles. One small "cluster" was placed a bit further south-east. Altogether they were close to 100 lights. They never moved, just set there suspended in the air, then just disappeared. There was also a light of a plane passing by, which in comparison to these lights was way smaller. Please let me know if you need any more info, I can still "see" it in my mind. Thanks you so much!

At approximately 7:03 A.M. on the morning of 1/10/15, I went out to pick up my newspaper. In the Northern sky (North of my vantage point), I noticed a light moving from West to East. It was bluish to green in color. The strange thing was that it had 3 plumes coming out of it. One plume was directly behind it and two others were coming almost straight out the sides. It was very bright and easily noticeable. Following behind the first were three more. They were single lights, almost as bright, but smaller and yellow colored. There were no plumes on these lights. All 4 lights were following a same flight pattern, but far enough apart that there is no way it could have been a single aircraft. The first (plumed), third and fourth lights were in a direct line. The second light was higher in altitude. I waited for 5 more minutes after they disappeared into the horizon to listen for possible delayed jet engine noise and there wasn’t any noise whatsoever. Whatever this! was there is no doubt that all 4 lights were flying in unison on the same flight pattern all the way across the sky.

Through a telescope they were multi-colored lights, some saucer shaped some with triangular structures moving around a dark center like a gyroscope. The center of the hexagon looked like a dark oval object with fire or energy coming from it. It still may be visible in the night sky will take another look this evening. It was incredible. Group of stars moving in various directions without any collisions or interaction. One group of four stars was shaped as triangle with single star at the centre. It moves from Ursa Major to South-west. General movement was chaotic wit the speed about 5..10 degrees per second. All stars were white with blue hue. All movements continued for 5 to 10 minutes and ended in disappearing of lights or when the stars flew over horizon. No additional shapes or bodies were mentioned. No video or photo was made due to dark night and suddenness of event. There was 6 adult watchers in good sanity.

Was going to my office in Plymouth (I live in Western Plymouth) ... seen 3 HUGE orange/yellowish orbs in a triangle formation and a smaller orb down at the bottom of the formation. These floated over the North Church and across M14 freeway. Was trying to get my 4K camera Note 4 to operate .. just got it the previous day .. was shaking. I stopped on the bridge to do a photograph/4k Movie .. however, I didn't know how to operate the camera -- shaking too much. I was familiar with the iPhone 5 until I switched to the Note 4 for a brief period of time. All the orbs (round circular glowing lights like big balls -- no substance) vanished as they descended downward going from West to East. I fly drones, have flown single engine aircraft, have NEVER seen anything like this. I told my next door neighbor about this siting the next day. If I put my whole hand up that is what the size of 1 object would be in size.

We saw a grouping of 8 dinner plate sized lights, in a rotating formation. While driving on I-44, just past Fort Leonard Wood area. Saw them first in front, somewhat bright, not round-more flattened, about 1/2 mile ahead. Then shortly right above and in front of car, moving slowly then to right of car, then over top (visible in windshield), then moved over to left. Lights were in formation, slowly rotating, about 10-20 yards from car, keeping up with us at 60 mph. Then went over car, not seen leaving over back. Observed time in distance about 20 seconds. Time right over car was about 1:15 minutes to 1:30. This was 2 AM, cloudy skies had been raining earlier in day. Very light traffic, one truck about 1/2 mile back. No object was visible, only the lights. Maybe a drone?

7 lights in formation over tthe city they would get bright then slowly fade out these objects were moving east from the west. Moving slowly then gardualy faster in speed. They were all looked like they were on fire like a campfire. These weren't meteors nor were they. These were ufos.

It was New Year's Eve in NE Portland near NE Sandy, it had just turned midnight and we went outside to let our kiddo bang pans and ring in the new year. My kid hurt his hand and yelled out, I turned to see if he was okay and was now facing north toward I-84, I looked at his hand and then he ran back into the house, with his father following him. I did not follow because as I looked up, I saw some reddish orange orbs in the sky, maybe 50 feet up (just above the one story roof lines of our complex). They appeared to be floating straight towards me, flickering like candles but synchronized. I called my husband to come back out. At first, I was afraid they were some huge embers from NYE fireworks or something and was watching to see if they would burn out or land on our building. Before they reached our building, they took a turn to the left (about 12 feet or so from me) though the turn was a right angle, the orbs floated smoothly, not particularly fast, just g! liding and flickering, more kept coming, spaced evenly apart and in some kind of formation, at the same height, spacing and rate. They were almost floating lantern like but not that and way to small for that. There were around 8 or so in all. We walked closer and watched them floating by and flickering, not sure what the heck they were, they moved out of our sight and we went back inside. It kept nagging at me, so I began to look to see if embers like these were even possible from fireworks (I could find nothing.) I looked for fires or other reports of these orbs in the local news and saw none but then I stumbled upon a bunch of information online about others reporting floating orange orbs in the sky, all over the world. (I've never heard of such a thing before.) I came here to check out reports for Portland on new year's and found nothing, so I thought I should report it. We are stunned to find this may be UFO phenomena.

It was just after Midnight on new years. We were outside lighting some fireworks, when we noticed two glowing orange/red lights in the sky traveling from the northwest towards the northeast. They were fairly close to us, maybe a mile away and relatively low altitude of maybe 1000 feet high. They were traveling slowly at the same speed and distance from each other at about 200 feet from each other if I had to guess. They traveled slower than a plane and were completely silent. We were able to see them for about one minute before the disappeared behind the tree line. About two minutes later another two of the same objects traveling in about the same path went by. These two were much farther apart (maybe 3 or 4 times) from each other as compared to the first two.

New years eve night, family went outside to watch nearby fireworks when we noticed 3 orange reddish orbs of light flying in triangular formation slowly headed east over San Gabriel Valley. Sisterly the lights hassled, staying in formation for approx 10 minutes, before each light slowly faded away 1 by 1. Not an instant lights out but a slow fade out.

I saw round red glowing objects that rose up from behind my house, I was out front walking our dogs, that seemed to have taken off one after the other and each followed the path of the first "exactly". All five seemed to rise into the sky heading South West and gained altitude very quickly before disappearing into the night sky one after the other at precisely the same spot in the night sky. I live directly beneath the flight path for John Wayne airport in Santa Ana and planes were landing, these objects were above the landing planes shooting upwards into the sky and nothing like what I have ever seen before. The formation of one following the other was precise and tight, I believe the objects were moving far too fast to be commercial aircraft and the altitude was far too high. I know the flight paths for most flights flying over our house and these crafts took a flight path upwards that I have never seen before. These were not your ordinary crafts; these were definitely something different, and the glow of red light from them was brighter, not flashing, than anything I have witnessed before. Has anyone else reported seeing these crafts? Can someone explain what they were?

The second and third lights (the two farthest from me) appeared to have three or four smaller lights before going back to one. The lights then vanished above the clouds from third to first. A similar formation of three lights was observed on 12/24, but just took it as three planes flying in a row.

December 27, 2014 8:30PM Mentor, Ohio. Saw two red lights, followed by three lights, all flying in formation. From the south to north each light was a few hundred yards apart, all flying steadily at same speed. Called Mentor Police to report. The police said possibly these were aircraft marking lights, but all of these lights were much larger in size. Also, they made absolutely no sound.

What we saw on Christmas Eve: It started with two reddish orange lights, side by side, moving low across the cloudy night sky. The objects were moving from southwest to northeast. They were well below the clouds and they made no sounds. As we stood watching those two, 6 more appeared behind them, flying in what appeared to be a Z formation. The lights were the same color on them. As we watched those move across the sky, two more appeared behind the Z formation. These were seen from the front of the house and we went out on the deck in back of the house and spotted two more, following a different path of the 10 others, a little further to the north. These two disappeared into the cloud cover after passing over the house. Could possibly have been drones, but there were so many of them.

I saw three extremely bright lights arranged in a diagonal formation over Greenfield, IN. (like this \ ). It was around 19:00. I watched them for a couple of minutes as they traveled at medium speed and disappeared below the horizon. It was raining and very cloudy.

Witnessed a blood red colored formation above airport. At first i thought it was just helicopters in formation. But neither of the lights had a pulsating lights to indentify them as aircraft. The formation looked like the big dipper. Then one light went out of formation and the others slowing dropped down and faded. The last one followed a few minutes later.

The lights were bright red/orange and were fairly low because there is heavy cloud cover in the sky tonight and the lights appeared to be in front of them. They were positioned in a zig zag pattern at first but were constantly but slowly moving in unison and changed the pattern to a line with a diamond shape at one end, before just disappearing out of site one by one after having been watching them for around 5-10 minutes. I was outside smoking a cigarette and noticed 2 round lights, thinking they were airplanes in the distance, then I saw several more come over the mountains. I had my granddaughter come out and look then I asked her to get her aunt. Her aunts boyfriend and my husband to come look. They came out just as 6 more came over the mountains. Then they all faded away one by one. We are a little freaked out. We suspect an evening sighting, and have changed the time above, to reflect that fact.
