November 8, 2015 · 9:00 PM · FIREBALL

Portage La Prairie (N. of)(Canada), MB · Canada

I saw a bright object I believed to be a meteor flash down northwest of the highway. It was very large and it flashed white. I didn't think much of it until I came up behind a truck which appeared to be having light problems as the tail lights and headlight were flashing on and off. My car was fine. The truck turned off the highway and disappeared down a gravel road north. Suddenly another flash of light from the south side of the highway caught my eye. The light looked like it was coming from the ground and it resembled a rocket or firework. It went too high in the sky to be a firework. I thought it may be another meteor, but something seemed weird about the whole event. The second light was also large, but it was green and red instead of white. I have seen meteors and meteor showers, but I never have seen two that big or colourful. I thought this was worth reporting. It may be nothing, but two large meteors, but in conjunction with the car lights flashing on and off...kind of weird. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

November 8, 2015 · 8:30 PM · FIREBALL

Tridelphia, WV

We were traveling highway 70, west bound at approximately 20:30, when myself and my husband observed a large round shape with a tale, bluish white in color, speeding across the sky, traveling in the same direction as our vehicle. It suddenly disappeared within 5 seconds of spotting the object.

November 8, 2015 · 8:00 PM · FIREBALL

Walkertown (Johns Road), NC

It was coming from the North, at first we saw like a fire ball then we saw, what looked like a tringle of three little fire balls and seen like three sets of them, then they disappeared about minute later they cam down in a line like 1 2 3 and it was about 8, 9 of them.

November 8, 2015 · 6:50 PM · FIREBALL

Utica, MS

I had her run and get my cellphone as I watched from outside on my porch. I began recording the lights with my iPhone 6s. I recorded for 1 minute and 5 seconds until the last light vanished in the distance. There was no noise from the lights at all. They did not appear to move like any aircraft I have ever seen. I'm a 32 year old female and this is this is a first for me!

November 7, 2015 · 9:00 PM · FIREBALL

Bowen Island (Canada), BC · Canada

This was unbelievable. I live on Bowen Island on the west coast, I was sitting on the couch this evening when from the corner of my left eye I saw a bright orange light. I went to the back of the house where the bedroom is located and I saw what looked to me like a plane on fire. It was a bright orange ball of what looked like fire travelling fast across the sky. Then ... it just stopped. A few seconds later it carried on toward the ferry terminal over Snug Cove. Then another one appeared from the same direction, then another and another. Over 15 minutes about 12 of the objects flew over my house or just off to the north. It was unreal, when I realized the first one was not a plane on fire my paranoia kicked in and I immediately thought it was a missile. I felt progressively worse after about 7 of these things because to me one is a sighting but 12 is an invasion or at-least a serious desire to demonstrate that they know your watching. They definitely wanted! to be seen, low in the sky and all travelling from the same direction and flying toward West Vancouver like 12 balls of fire. I would be shocked if thousands of people did not witness this and I would be lying if I didn't say that it scared me.

Buellton, CA

A large white contrail with a point traveled across the sky, I only caught the end of the event and when it left there was a large blue fog/haze/cloud streak where it had been and a big white cloud following it. It looked like the object came down then to the right (I think North) and then went back into the atmosphere. U. S. Navy missile launch. PD

At first I saw a fire ball gliding slowly through sky leaving a faint trail of white smoke .. Then once it was more or less directly in front of us maybe like half a mile away or maybe less .. It turned to a white light .. Then in turned on a fat round beam of light that expanded and turned like a light house light with a green beam , with a serpent head ending ..coming from the middle of the white light .. Then all of a sudden to the right of the white beam a circular mist of white smoke,, was blown out looking the way fireworks explode in the sky ,, minus the fireworks just smoke .. The main circular light .. Then faded into a tiny star type shape .. Leaving a green cloud lingering for up to five min or more.. Government or ufo?? Witness does not indicate a time for the sighting, so we have assigned an arbitrary/estimated time for the event. PD

November 7, 2015 · 6:03 PM · FIREBALL

Ozena, CA

A yellow ball of light was moving across the sky followed by a blue stream trail. Then the ball stopped and seemed to dissipate into a large spherical matter of bright white light and then turned to blue. The blue matter stayed in the sky for 2-3 minutes and then it turned white. The fireball disappeared and then reappeared over the horizon but it was less bright and in the distance. Then it appeared to go straight up and showed another burst of light, then disappeared again. Escondido, CA

Saturday 11/7/2015 Escondido, CA Around 6pm my wife pointed to the sky and exclaimed, "What's that?!" I looked up to the west and saw something flying across the sky with a very long fiery tail behind it, on the order or hundreds if not thousands of feet long. It looked like what I imagine a rocket would at night. The tail fizzled out within 10 or 15 seconds, but the object kept flying. Then a giant spherical smoke cloud eminated, which quickly kept expanding towards us. The cloud also had an iridescence to it, sort of greenish blue, which kept glowing for a few minutes. It was very ominous. My wife asked if we should leave the area, but I was overwhelmed with curiousity and elected to stick it out. After the cloud appeared, the made a slow turn away from us, maybe 90 degrees, and kept flying. It remained visible for a few minutes, before being washed out by local light pollution. I'm VERY curious to know what this was, or if anyone else saw it (other airplane in the area flew near the cloud, so check FAA reports too). US Navy missile launch. PD

my husband saw a bright light with an enormous bell shaped chem trail in the sky. I saw the chem trail from east heading west towards the Pacific Ocean. Far above the vapor was a rocket like craft thousands of feet up. It went at a 45 degree angle towards the west above the bay area from the east heading west towards the pacific ocean. the bell shaped vapor was huge and smaller vapors were above it. when I saw it, I did not see the bright light. he thought it was a helicopter at first with a search light. But, when I looked, it clearly seemed more like a rocket going up into the atmosphere and he agreed with me at that point in time that that is what it looked like. We don't have a camera or iPhone to photograph it. U. S. Navy ICBM launch. PD

November 6, 2015 · 9:00 PM · FIREBALL

Virginia Beach, VA

On 11/6/15 around 9pm, I was standing outside talking on the phone and saw a bright orange light appear in the southeast sky. It appeared to originate over the Outer Banks of NC and proceeded to travel north until it reached approximately northern Virginia Beach, then turned directly east and disappeared into the clouds. It was not very high in the sky (roughly half as high as any airplane lights that were also visible). It also appeared to have flame-like characteristics and once every 5-10 seconds you could see a trail as if something was burning and releasing from the object. The entire event lasted approximately 2 minutes. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

We saw 5 of these oblong shaped fireballs in the sky tonight. Each dropped out from within the clouds and went in a South Westerly direction. There were planes in the area following these things so someone knows what they are or has seen them at a closer distance. The planes and one helicopter are still out there searching at this time which is 17:30. These fireballs seemed to almost stop at times, before moving along and through my binoculars they pretty much looked like a ball of radiated fire. I took pictures on my cell phone and even though they're not that clear, you can tell that they're some sort of a flaming craft of some sort even though there is no visible structure to these things. I'm stumped.
