Stargazing by our campsite, a friend and I witnessed an orange orb of light come drifting over the treeline above the river. It didn’t look like any of the satellites, drones, planes or meteors we’d seen previously the same evening and made no noise. The object was randomly changing speed and direction lazily and was “blinking” off and on we originally thought, but may have been actually disappearing? And reappearing a little further ahead on its path. It got our attention immediately and we watched it for a few minutes. It crossed the river and began moving behind the silhouette of a tree. For a moment we lost the object and then I saw it emerge from the other side of the trees. I pointed at it and excitedly said “oh there it is!” The object immediately flashed the brightest most blinding white light that I’ve ever seen. It lit up the whole forest and other side of the river for a split second. This startled us and before we could finish reacting it did it again. Then it shot straight up faster than anything I’ve ever seen and vanished completely in the blink of an eye. My friend was very frightened and grabbed me by my jacket and we took off running back to our fire.

The object was a very bright white ball of light and moved without any kind of sound. The object appeared to move at a much faster speed than satellites and appeared to be much brighter and lower in the sky. We are occasional sky watcher's and had just been viewing the Comet in the northwestern sky.

At around 13:10 on 07/20/20 my wife and I were in our backyard and observed what appeared to us to be a light orb in the sky. This is the third time we have witnessed the same phenomenon. I was able to capture the object on film.

2 white sphere shaped UFOs flying at roughly 3000 feet elevation. They were flying very close too each other and one was bigger than the other. They were both either white or reflective (hard to tell). They were flying quite slow for about 90 seconds then speed up rapidly and I lost visual. They also made a deep humming like noise that was far different from any airplane or helicopter I have heard before . There was also a slight glow around object. Immediately after I lost visual of the 2 UFOs there was an unmarked plan that entered the area and I believe it was pursuing the 2 UFOs.

Background: Retired Executive. Private Pilot for several years. The heat that day was in the upper nineties. I ride my recumbent trike 5-6 times a week for health purposes. I waited until dark when it finally dropped into the upper 80’s to ride. I rode on the W&OD Trail to Reston VA. MY WAY back, a fellow bicyclist came up beside and we struck up a conversation as we rode together back to Vienna, which is about 10-12 miles from the Pentagon. When we go to downtown, we stopped for a minute to rest and talk. With the recumbent trike in a resting postitio , I had a perfect view of the sky.. I immediately nosticed a bright starlike light, not twinkling. It was sitting still at first then it started moving. It looked just like a satellite which I have watched many. You suddenly it moved very uncharacteristicly, very quickly. As I watched it became very erratic in its movements. I asked my new friend to look at it. He seemed very uninterested. He said, “Oh, it’s just a satellite.” I told him it could not be a normal satellite because of it’s erractic, sudden movements and it’s sudden changes of direction. He looked but still was disinterested. He said something lie, you don’t believe in that stuff do you?” I told him that I do because of past experiences but that I never had witnessed before. He said that he had to get home and he left. He asked would I like to ride along another 2-3 miles to my car. He had to continue a few miles further. I said no, I’d like to watch this light another10-15 minutes, which I did. Though it moved most of the time it seems to remain i a small area of the sky. As I rode another 15+ minutes I would watch as it still was in the same area. When I got to the trail parking lot, I could not see it for trees. From there I drove to my house. The light was just below 11 o’clock high to the East-Southeast. Due to its position few people would be looking unless on purpose. However it was at an altitude that made it extremely visible across the metro area, possibly for very long distances. I’d guess it was in low earth orbit territory. Please text me before calling. Three orange yellow orbes triangular formation over ocean at 15th ave became brighter then extinguished One top orb and two on bottom equal distance. Suddenly appeared became brighter and then disappeared like light shutting off. About 1/3 above the sea level. Calm nite no moon a few stars.

It is a clear and bright day today, so we at first were surprised to see a star in the sky. The more we looked at the object, though, the more we realized it wasn’t a star at all and appeared to very suddenly change shape from spherical to oblong to an almost completely flat diagonal line. It always returned to a sphere and maintained this shape more often than the others. We went outside to take a closer look and we both witnessed it change shape again and, for a few seconds, disappear altogether. For about 20 minutes, it appeared to not really move at all but then it would slide right (west). We have had a closer look through binoculars (I was unable to get a bead on it with my telescope since it’s so sunny) and appears to be made of a rather shiny white material - the closest comparison is of polished white marble or mother of pearl. The surface seems smooth but the light reflects oddly, which gives it the appearance of softness or liquid. Thinking it could also be the comet, we looked through the binoculars several more times and agree that the object appears to be within our atmosphere and not on the outside. It is very clearly 3 dimensional and there does not appear to be any of the distortion one might expect of an object visible in space. At any rate, no idea what it is. I thought for a minute it could be a simple weather balloon, based on its shape and the contours\colors of the surface, but it is in no way behaving like one. We probably noticed it an hour ago and can still see it in the sky, it’s moved more west and is sitting higher in the sky but is just as easily seen.

Bright ball of white light looked like a satellite flew straight across horizon but gave a huge flash similar to a camera flash but created a circle of light as bright the moon. Afterwords appeared to put on afterburners to gain speed as it flew off straight into the horizon. My question is flash photography necessary or used with our satellites or military recon aircraft? If not that may leave me with more questions...

Le 18 juillet 2020 à 22h10, un témoin depuis la chambre de son domicile, est intrigué par la présence d'un boule lumineuse de couleur blanche immobile, jamais vue à cet emplacement dans le ciel. A savoir, la vue depuis la fenêtre de sa chambre étant particulièrement dégagée, le témoin profite d'un panorama qu'il photographie régulièrement. Le témoin constate ensuite, que le PAN se déplace et laisse apparaitre derrière lui "des émanations lumineuses". Le témoin a le temps de prendre une vidéo et des photos avec son téléphone portable avant que le phénomène ne disparaisse de son champs de vision. Un seul témoignage est recueilli. D’étrangeté très faible et de très bonne consistance (témoin unique, mais témoignage assez précis, vidéo et photos du PAN), ce cas s’avère être une méprise avec le vol AF7684 d’Air France en provenance de Paris et se posant à Montpellier (voir le compte rendu d'enquête et les documents vidéo et photographique du témoin). L’aspect visuel comme la description du PAN s'avèrent être tout à fait caractéristiques d’un avion de ligne arrivant de face.Un A320 d’Air France en provenance de Paris et se posant à Montpellier (vol AF7684) suivait une trajectoire correspondant parfaitement à celle du PAN, exactement à l’horaire indiqué par le témoin. Celui-ci décrit un PAN silencieux, ce qui reste cohérent, dans la mesure où l’avion est passé à 2 km du lieu d’observation. Le cas est classé A, méprise avec le vol AF7684. [GEIPAN classification A — Avion de ligne]

Orange orb floating above at an altitude (it seemed) if a plane. It’s patterns were irattic but smooth like. Hovering some. After viewing and then I got my cell phone out and video’ d some of it. After around 5 or 6 minutes between “live viewing” and my phone camera, it took off from a standstill in a straight line across the entire sky heading N at a speed I have never witnessed before. So unprecedented in speed.

I was outside 7:30 at night and just going to the trash can. I looked up further on the road to see what the people were doing up the road. What caught my eye was an orb upon the hill travelling very fast. I thought that the people up the road fired a flare or something like that at first. I watched the course of direction the orb took which was South to North. It looked to disappear behind the hill/range until it got out of sight. Then instinct kicked in and I immediately turned to look at the night sky. What I thought at the time was Mars seems very bright tonight. I was astonished at how orange the light was, but I soon realized it wasn't Mars. It then vanished to my amazement. 10 minutes later I got into a vehicle and traveled to the other side of town. There was a police helicopter and thought it must have been what I saw, but the light on it is red, not orange.

On the evening of July, 17th around 10pm I was outside my house observing comet Neowise with binoculars as well as taking photos with my phone’s camera. The comet was north-northwest of my position and about 10 degrees above the horizon, slightly to the north of the big dipper, which was roughly 25-35 degrees above the horizon. The sky was cloudless and very clear. At approximately 10:15pm I observed a pinpoint light moving from the horizon, just west of the comet, towards the bowl of the big dipper. This light was white/yellow and brighter than the background stars. To the naked eye it appeared to be slowly pulsing, or varying in brightness. It also was not travelling in a straight line, it meandered a few degrees to the left and to the right. I used trained the binoculars on it which did not further resolve any features but enhanced the pulsing, giving the impression that perhaps the object was tumbling. When it reached the middle of the bowl of the big dipper it changed directions entirely and started moving due east from my position, parallel to the horizon. My impression was that it was moving at the approximate speed of a plane at distance, or of a satellite, which are often easily observed from my location. I checked my plane tracking app and there were no planes flying in the area. Obviously due to the path of the object I knew it was not an artificial satellite. The object dimmed as it moved east but was still easily visible to the naked eye. Though I was tracking it with binoculars. In several minutes it moved about 30 degrees due east, at which point it came to a complete stop and I observed, through the binoculars, a much dimmer and smaller point of light approach it from the north, moving very rapidly. This second light passed “right” in front of the first object and quickly disappeared, and the first light then proceeded due east. At this point, approximately 10:15-10:20 pm I lost visual entirely due to my tree line. I texted an abbreviated version of the above to my wife who was camping with family 120 miles west of my position. She and another family member has observed the same light move in the same path, including going through the bowl of the big dipper. Meaning that the object must have been at significant altitude, ruling out planes and low earth orbit satellites.

I was looking at Saturn and Jupiter in the Eastern sky around 10 pm when I noticed a light traveling from the East heading northwest towards me. I assumed it was a plane because it was coming from the direction of Philadelphia International Airport. It made no sound so I assumed it was flying high but it seemed to be moving too fast if it was in high altitude. Then it seemed to stop and fade in brightness as it got smaller and smaller till it disappeared. I immediately thought I must be looking at a rocket heading out into space but that made no sense. The whole thing happened in a span of about ten seconds. I’m an amateur astronomer and quite familiar with the night sky and the planes that cross my region. This wasn’t a plane. It was a round bright object appearing slightly larger than Jupiter in the night sky. What struck me was how fast it all happened. I was thinking, “That’s funny, a plane coming from Philly and already that high in the sky?” Then it s! tops and heads out to o space? Weird. Did I see a UFO?

At approx 8:45 I went outside to see if I could see the comet, which I could not, and a white orb - no blinking at all - caught my eyes to the NE. It came down very fast and I've seen 2 lights similar to it in recent months so I turned on my camera on Iphone and recorded video. It descended very fast and then hit what seemed to be a specific altitude and headed north at a slower pace and out of my view. I stayed outside and then witness a very similar light to my north again that travelled west for approx 2 secs before disappearing. It sort of faded into black within 1 second. I waited for another 30 mins before witnessing what appeared to be 3 of the same lights in a triangle formation flashing on and off. I waited for 20 more mins and did not see them again. I will submit the video and a blown up image of the first frame. If you scroll through the video frame by frame you can see the distinct shape of the object. Appeared disc shaped at times with! a dome. I know how that sounds, but you can see the picture.

On the evening of July 15, My friend and I were camping in a remote area about 50 miles west of fort collins, Colorado. Around 10:30 PM, as we were stargazing through the clear sky, we witnessed two dim objects resembling distant stars traveling parallel to each other northwards. They seemed to be outside our atmosphere, as they did not shoot across the sky, rather they just slowly glided. After a few seconds of traveling side by side, the bottom object began to veer off downwards in an unpredictable, jagged motion while the top object continued its path northward. After seconds of this, they each became too dim to see. We agreed that we had never seen anything like that before and that it was unexplainable.

I was in my backyard (off-duty) and looking to the south-southwest. I observed a bright white object moving quickly from the southwest to the east. It moved erratically and pulsated sometimes flashing different colors. It seemed to be very far away. This was the same night the ISS was supposed to cross our horizon however this was not it, I spotted the ISS about 1 hour later using sky view app and observed it come from the western horizon and travel north east. I took video of the object I saw, a short clip. In the video you’ll hear my fire in the background and see an ember fly up, that is to be ignored.

My mother and I were sitting on my back porch having coffee around 11:00 AM, enjoying the beautiful sunny day, when I looked up and saw the object hovering. It looked like a golf ball suspended in the sky. I could see it had dimension with my naked eye, but found it very hard to capture it with my phone camera as clear as I could see it. The object did not move, it stayed stationary the whole time. We watched it for about a half hour. We went inside for about 15 minutes and when we returned the object was gone. The sky was clear, not a cloud in sight, so it simply disappeared and didn’t just move in the sky like the moon would or any other celestial object. I shared the pictures I took to our local Facebook forum to see if anyone else in town had seen the object as well. No one else claimed to have seen it, but many had explanations, all of which were not possible. Some had suggested it was the International Space Station, and to my knowledge the space station moves in the sky. This was stationary and seemed to be in our atmosphere, not in orbit, because I could see it had dimension (shadows on the edges). Others had said it could be a weather balloon, but again, it would have moved, even a little. I would love to hear some professional opinions. This was one of the strangest things I have ever seen. I would like some feedback as to what this could possibly be.

I saw what people are calling starlink in the northeast sky close to excelsior springs and they were coming down slowly to land on the earth. Almost straight down, semi-evenly spaced stars. it could not be starlink, they were not falling, they were decending slowly. i could not see the ground where they were heading.

I was sitting outside and saw this craft out of the corner of my eye. It was just a very bright orb that was going in a straight line. It didn't make any sound at all. Compared to how high commercial airlines fly it was much lower than that. We watched it for about 3-5 minutes just flying in a very straight line until it disappeared over the trees. There was no blinking lights on it either, no wings. Just one solid orb that was very bright. Not saying it was a UFO at all just very very weird. It didn't seem like a satellite either because it was so low. It was around 8:40-8:45 pm on July 14, 2020. I'm also dumb for not grabbing my phone as well. It was just so intriguing that we didn't think about grabbing phones. Stupid I know.

Brought my grandmother home from lunch. She said "oh what a pretty blue sky" so I looked up. From The East we saw what looked like a silver sphere fly in a straight line towards us, it then ping pong from right to left four times and then came to a dead stop. As it hovered there motionless, I caught a glimpse of an airplane in the corner of my eye coming from Detroit. I looked at it and then looked back at the craft and said out loud I wonder if that plane can see it. As soon as those words left my lips the sphere took off in a straight line at very high speed and was gone in seconds. I'm not exactly sure of the size but it was definitely smaller than an airplane but bigger than a minivan. It was silver/gray in color and had a strange faint multicolored halo effect around it.

I was just getting off of work so I went to go see my brother, when I got to his house I looked up to look at the stars. That’s when I see this star start changed from red to orange repeatedly then it shot off within a second. So when I went back to my house I noticed that the same thing I saw was following my car if I went left it went left and if I went right it went right. And I felt watched the whole night after the incident.
