Saw a flying object with red, green, and white lights flying low over D.C. towards the Potomac, then changed direction NW back into D.C. There was 2 white colored light moving clock wise and anti-clock wise around each other. They seem to decrease speed when they where passing closer. I took some pictures with my phone. The pictures are not that good but there is wierd extra red light in the pictures!!!

They had been in a triangle formation with 1 in top 2 on bottom and the closer I got the more the triangle disbursed (or got bigger.) I was going to continue straightening as to see what this object was but the closer I got they disappeared. I wasn’t able to spot them from my home which faces west. I did capture 2 pictures as I was driving. I was hoping to find others on this site who witness the same thing

As I was sitting on the floor looking towards the window I witnessed a bright white orb like light moving at high speeds. It is unknown if it was a flashlight shining through my window, but the movement was far too smooth and linear. My window faces north and the light was moving from the south up north east. There were no sounds and no trails.

On December 13, 2017 we were went outside to observe the meteor shower that was taking place over the skies of Lewis County Tennessee. We observed what appeared to be a aircraft of some kind hovering off in the distance which appeared to be above commercial aircraft which were traveling in the general vicinity. Through binoculars and cellphone camera, the object in question appeared to be triangular at one point having white lights in corners; however, the multi colored lights seemed to dominate the overall object most of the time. This object remained positioned in the sky for more than an hour before eventually disappearing. Obviously sometimes objects traveling directly toward us or away from us can appear to in a static position when the whole time they are getting closer or further from us. We would believe this to be true in most cases; however, no time did the objects mass seem to change e.g as an object gets closer generally it would appear larger as ! it comes into view. We can not declare for certain what we saw; however, we can say that the object that we saw didn’t perform like any aircraft we’re accustomed to seeing. Was awaken to very distinct humming noises outside my window. I didn’t notice anything in the sky after first, but after about 15 minutes the sound got even louder and I then noticed in the distance of me red and white hazy lights hovering over the end of my street. The object continued to make this loud noise as it was fast moving to where I could no longer see it anymore, but still hear the sound.

I live in Grand Forks, ND but work in a small community 30 miles away. I work the PM shift (2:30p - 11:00p) so am on the highway commuting frequently. There are 2 routes available, a Interstate roadway and a "back road" way on a county highway. I often use the county road as there is less traffic and it is a more direct route to my residence. One disadvantage of this route is the high number of deer that live in the woody areas that line this road. I have been commuting this route for 2+ years and have seen deer on or next to the road 90% off the time on my drive home. There is an area about halfway through my drive where groups of deer seem to gather most frequently. I am familiar with this area and slow down to 30 mph as I pass through this section. These deer are accustomed to traffic on the road as they usually just look at you as you drive through. On 12/10/17 at approximately 23:45, I was driving through this area and noticed several strange and unexplained events: 1) I saw a group of approximately 20 deer on the East side of the road that were all standing and facing the West. 30 feet further down the road 3 deer were standing on the roadway and looking West. I had slowed to a near stop and honked my horn to encourage the deer on the road to move on. They jumped in fear when I honked and looked at me briefly, then looked West again. I was close enough to the deer at this point to notice that they were in a state of panic. I came to a complete stop and honked my horn for several seconds. The deer did not move. I looked in my rearview mirror to check that no traffic was coming up behind me, then opened my door and got out with the intention of yelling or approaching the deer to make them scatter. 2) It was at this time that I heard a very low "humming" sound that to me seemed to originate in the sky directly above me. I looked up to the sky and did not see anything. I then looked at the deer and yelled "hey" to scatter them. They looked at me and then looked towards the West. It was as if they acknowledged my presence but just did not care. I then walked toward the deer and yelled again, at which point the deer slowly exited to the East off the road but they continued to turn their heads to look West. 3) I looked towards the South to make sure traffic had not approached while I was focused on the deer. At this time the low "hum" quickly changed tone and seemed to gain bass frequency. There was a "swooshing" or "hissing" sound that was very brief, however, immediately following that sound the "humming" seemed to rapidly change in direction and no longer originated directly above me. It was now originating in the sky to the West. It sounded very close but I could not see anything. The "humming" became almost rhythmic in nature with a fast increase and decrease in intensity. I felt the need to get back in my car immediately. As I walked a step or two towards my car the "humming" abruptly stopped and the deer behind me ran across the road toward the West. Judging by the sound I heard the larger group of deer to my South were doing the same thing. 4) I was startled by the sudden movement of the deer close to me and quickly moved to my car door. As I was opening the door I happened to look up and to the East and saw many red circles of light in the sky. It appeared to me that they were quite high and in a basic straight line. I would estimate 70 individual lights. All red and completely solid, no flashing or flickering. I was kind of frozen in shock and probably fear and just stared. I would estimate that 10-20 seconds later the line of lights became off-set, with the majority of lights appearing to rise higher then the ones that did not move. It was not a uniform shift, by which I mean that it did not split evenly. The lights more to the North had the most concentration of what appeared to be a increase in height. There was a distinct noise that I immediately recognized as hearing before but I am unable to verbalize how it sounded. The closest I can get to a description would be the sound of a coin that is spinning on! a table top, but that is not quite right. The lights did not move again or appear to move, they just disappeared. Almost like they just turned off. All at once. I immediately got into my car and drove home as calmly as I could. I do not know what it was that I saw or heard, but I am 100% positive the deer were reacting to it.

Just after 10:00 PM, I observed a string of 8-10 flashing lights, spaced pretty far apart, which appeared to be lights on commercial jets. The altitude appeared similar to spotting an airplane at night, but I did not observe any red flashers. The lights traveled east to west, across my line of sight, while I was driving south on 700 East in Hurricane, UT. They traveled approximately the same speed as a commercial airliner would travel relative to my perspective. The lights appeared to be practically uniform in altitude, travel speed, direction, and distance between each. This seems uncharacteristic of typical aircraft travel, but I wonder if anyone has any insight as to what this could be or why (if commercial or other type jets) they would travel in this ‘straight-line’ pattern. 8:30 p.m. CST 9 December 2017, Rolla, Missouri 65401 looking south to southeast, at first there were 3-4 red pulsating lights in the night sky, flying in a swooping arc formation. Moving southeast. Called witness number 1 to come outside to look and see what I saw. And said that is was probably airplanes in the distance. Went inside for about 15 minutes. Then returned outside and saw an additional 20-40 red lights in the same formation moving at an abnormally slow speed. Called witness 1 back outside and saw the same thing but more pronounced. Witness 3 came outside to see what the commotion was. Witness 3 saw exactly what the first 2 witnesses saw. But at a delayed time. There were no flashing lights to accompany the red lights as there are with normal aircraft. Or satellite. Witness number 1 called the UFO eyewitness hotline to report the incident, and was asked to make an official report online.

There is no spectacular story here, it's just that I cannot explain this red, pulsing light that I saw on my drive to work this morning. I pulled up to the stoplight to turn onto the highway on ramp, and noticed this red ball of light in the sky. It was high enough that it wasn't coming from a house or a building in the area. It had to be something in the sky. There are no poles nearby that could emit the light. There were no other colors. It was just one red ball of light, that just stayed in one spot. It was not an airplane because it did not travel. It was not a helicopter. It only had one red light, so it was not a pole that warns aircraft of low power lines and it wasn't a cell phone tower. I am familiar with this area in the day light which is why I cannot figure out what it was. As I turned on to the highway the light continued to pulse, in that same spot. I kept looking back over my shoulder to make sure I didn't see other colored lights or additional lights or movement- but I didn't. Was driving west on US 10. I saw 3 lights in the sky west of me. I woke my wife up to see, as well. They disappeared by vanishing from outside to inside, then reappeared to the north a short distance away by spreading out. Now there were 5 lights. This happened a few more times with the lights moving north each time. The hair on my arms was standing up after; strangest thing I have ever seen.

Last night (12/5/17) at around 10pm, I noticed a strange light in the sky to the south/ southeast of my home. It was much too bright to be a star as you could see stars up above where this object was and the contrast between the stars and this object was very obvious. It was definitely not a plane either as this object would hover then make jolted type movements. At one point I watched this object completely disappear gradually, and about 45 seconds later reappeared closer to my home. It had a pulsating light that would change from red to blue, then to white but with no distinct pattern. I couldn’t figure out what this thing was and I started to get a bit nervous. Living near the San Jose airport, I’m fairly good at spotting the objects, even in the night sky, but for the life of me I couldn’t figure out what this thing was. If it had been a helicopter we would have easily heard it and would have recognized the flight patterns. At about 10:20pm this object was! still hovering in the night sky, only moving once in a while, and very quickly. I called for my mother-in-law to come to outside so I could get another perspective on what this object was. Immediately my mother-in-law was also convinced this was much to close to be a star, as the pulsating red and blue lights were fairly obvious. That’s when my mother-in-law noticed there was a second object as well. It was further away than the one I had been watching but as we watched this other object it too looked as if it was making similar movements and color changes, and coming closer to our home. I even pulled up a star chart on my phone and this object was appearing on the star view camera but not registering as a star, nor was it close enough to any star that it would be mistaken as such. Normally if it’s a satellite, this star map app will tell you. I tried to take photos and videos but my phone’s camera isn’t the best quality. I just want to know what this thing was, and if anyone else in the Cupertino / San Jose area also witnessed this object? ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Mr Davenport, Thanks for your response. I’m sorry to bother you guys, but yes I believe you’re right that it was Sirius. I guess I just never realized how bright it can be at times! I must have stared a bit too long as well because I could swear it was moving. I’ve since read that that can happen if you’re focusing on an object too long in the night sky? The night I saw it, it wasn’t registering on the star map app I was using, but I know those apps can be faulty on exact gps locations because last night when I looked, it did register as Sirius. 3 flying objects. Appeared to be an off white or orange color. Formation in a triangle. One disappeared and then the other ones did within about a minute of each other. Drove about 10 miles and saw the three formed again. Driving on 77 north. Not sure what we saw, but they disappeared very quickly both times.

WHILE LEAVING SYDNEY, NS, AIRPORT, I NOTICED 3 LOW LIGHTS OVER TREE LINE ALL FLASHING AT OFFSET TIMES AND A FAIR DISTANCE FROM EACH OTHER. I THOUGHT IT WAS LIGHTS FROM A TOWER, BUT REALIZED THEY WERE MOVING SLOWLY, BUT IN UNISON ACROSS THE SKY. THEY WERE VISIBLE JUST ABOUT THE ENTIRE DRIVE TO HOWIE CENTER. I was on my way home from school at about 5:30 pm EST, when I saw what looked to be a star to the West of where I was. This confused me, since the sun had not completely gone down yet, and the 'star' was as bright as Polaris on a dark night. About 1 minute passed before a cloud covered the 'star'. When it emerged about 1 minute later, it was glowing a bright red. It had not moved from its position the entire time, so it didn't seem to be a plane or jet. About 30 seconds passed before a cloud covered it again. The cloud completely passed after around 10 seconds, but the 'star' had completely vanished. While doing errands on a sunny afternoon, I took note of the faintly lit moon in the sky at 3:45 p.m.. I then noticed a metallic cigar or rectangular shaped object to the west of the moon, traveling northwest at a slow speed, and low enough to see it was not an airplane. It was hard to distinguish its shape. I pulled the car over for a focused view, but still could not determine its exact shape. Then I saw a second object traveling close to it, in the same direction. The objects moved closer together and seemed to merge. I turned my car around to follow them and by the time I got turned they were gone. My family is generational Air Force. I am a former flight attendant, and I have been an observant sky watcher for many years. This is my second daytime sighting; the other was in central California. I have also observed 2 orange-colored orbs moving southwest from my area of the city’s ridge.

So I told my husband I thought it was going pretty fast and I asked him to stay in the driveway for a moment while I was watching it. All of a sudden it looked like a huge metal ball came out of it into that smoke trail then within 5 seconds they both disappeared, just totally vanished. I looked all around the sky for quite a long time and could not find a thing up there. I don’t have a clue what that could have been, but I wish I would have gotten my phone out to video it, didn’t even think about that. I also wish my husband would have seen it too but he never cares about those kind of things. I hope I’m not the only one in Florida or anywhere that saw what I saw. The object (ball) that seemed to have come out of the craft was round and silver and Black, no lights on either one. It
