On March 30th, at roughly about 10:00pm. As I was in route to my house, in the small town of Angleton, TX, just south of Houston. I took the turn on North ridge headed west, when in the sky panning into view as if surveying, I see a small UFO come into view. It would have been coming from the south headed north. I immediately thought omg they have drones monitoring us in Angleton? The UFO definitely had a green light and seemed to be centered in the middle of the little craft. I could totally see this was a flying object flying approximately 3040 feet above tree level. There were definitely what appeared to be white head lights for surveillance or to see in general. There were also other colored lights, I definitely recall seeing red on either side of the craft. Although, I couldn't make out the material of the UFO, I can say the craft did not have wings like a plane. The UFO came in and slowed down, I thought it was coming towards or watching me. I could see it HOVERING back and forth as I sped down Lorraine Street towards it. I then turned down the radio and rolled down the windows as it begins to rock back and forth then continues on north bound. Very, very low flying and NO sound that I could hear. There is no doubt it was not a plane and definitely not commercial, might it have been a drone? It was small about 1020 ft in diameter at the biggest, I believe it seemed small light weight because the way it hovered. I got a really good idea of how it turned and maneuvered. Of course, this was the first and only night I can remember being without my phone! Almost as if the spacecraft knew I couldn’t film it! I proceed to see more and if it wasn't a threat. However, it didn't let me get to close before zipping away. The craft seemed to me to be surveying, or doing surveillance in the neighborhood perhaps looking for something? Or only letting me getting a juicy view! I saw the object for about 20 seconds, so I definitely got a good feel of the crafts intentions: Seemingly non violent but it had orders and it was doing it’s job. The craft seemed to have a mission looking, finding, searching, surveying or just watching and monitoring us in general.

Me and my wife were about to enter our local ShopRite supermarket, when we saw a very bright oval/disc shaped object in the sky. At first I thought it was an airplane but it was quite large and wasn't moving so I pointed it out to my wife. There were moving clouds below where the object was and we stood for a while to see whether the object moved or not. The object remained stationery for about 5 mins, and we were able to take a picture of it with her smartphone. I should mention that I noticed 3 lights in a triangle around the same area the night before but unfortunately I do not have reliable witnesses of that event. I was with 3 people who refused to even look at the sky when I brought it to their attention.

I noticed one year back someone reported seeing in nearby Rockland what I saw: This was a flashing object in the sky. The flashes were bright and blue/white light. (I also saw red as well) The light pattern was irregular but there did appear to be strobes in an irregular fashion. The light being emitted appeared to stay in one spot the entire time. (I saw the shape turn to the West then back to the North...the face of the object had the lights, you could not see them when the object turned) I went to get binoculars to view. It did not appear man made. I was not looking when it disappeared. I plan to ask in town whether anyone else saw this. It was over the St. George River between St. George and Cushing Peninsulas.

I was in the back county taken picture of jeeps coming down a hill. When I enlarge the picture there was a dot in the cloud I enlarge the dot to see it was a large disk in the sky and has a white aura around it and a flat bottom. I would like some one to look at this picture. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

Le 10 mars 2015 à 4h30 du matin, un témoin roule en scooter sur une petite route de campagne. Il aperçoit à travers les arbres et au-dessus des champs des lumières qu'il prend pour des lumières d'éoliennes. En s'approchant, il distingue ensuite durant 4 à 5 secondes un objet ovale noir avec des lumières colorées alternant entre jaune, orange, vert, bleu et rouge. L'objet semble statique au-dessus d'une mangeoire à bétail. Lorsque le témoin arrive à la fin de l'allée d'arbres et face à l'objet, celui-ci disparaît instantanément. Aucun bruit, aucune fumée et aucune odeur ne sont remarqués. Un seul témoignage est recueilli. Plusieurs hypothèses ont été envisagées pour tenter d’expliquer cette forme ovale avec des lumières multicolores : des éoliennes présentes à 2km, un drone (pratique présente dans le village), ou un modèle d’aéromodélisme (existence d’un club à quelques kilomètres de là). Aucune de ces hypothèses ne peut être retenue (voir le compte rendu d'enquête). La consistance est correcte en terme de niveau d’information. En revanche, elle est faible sur le plan de la fiabilité que l’on peut attribuer au témoignage : - en effet, ce qui interpelle est la forte coïncidence entre ce témoignage de T1 (18 ans) et celui des deux petits frères et sœurs (12 et 7 ans) pour une autre observation faite 6 semaines plus tôt dans la même commune. Voir le cas LOUDEAC (22) 31.01.2015. Les points communs sont : l’ovale noir, les lumières jaunes, bleues, vertes et rouges, les dimensions et en particulier les dessins détaillés extrêmement proches ; - l’enquête GEIPAN avait alors conclu à une probable méprise avec le drone d’un voisin, dès lors que ce voisin utilisait un drone avec des diodes multicolores et reconnaissait que l’observation était probablement de son fait. S’il avait pu confirmer la date et le lieu de vol, le cas aurait été classé A et non B ; - ici, l’hypothèse de drone se heurte à 2 obstacles majeurs non présents pour l’observation précédente : proximité et grande taille angulaire, disparition instantanée ; - la possibilité du drone en pleine nuit en rase campagne est suspecte, mais pas exclue car le pilote (voir rapport d’enquête du cas antérieur) pratique l’immersion (vol à distance hors visibilité). Si tel est le cas, notre témoin ne peut pas avoir perçu le drone selon une telle proximité et une telle disparition ; - l’autre possibilité à prendre en compte est celle d’une contamination entre témoins au sein de la même famille. Lors de l’observation et de l’enquête sur place, le témoin n’est pas encore informé de la conclusion du cas antérieur. Il en connaît bien sûr les éléments décrits et dessinés par ses frères et sœurs et il sait qu’une enquête GEIPAN a déjà été menée sur place au sein de sa famille. Il peut ainsi s’être approprié la présence dans les lieux de ce phénomène mystérieux qui a motivé le déplacement de plusieurs des « experts » officiels et nationaux (GEIPAN) et être passé dans un état de vigilance forte. Ceci au point d’attribuer (consciemment ou non) les traits de ce phénomène à toute autre étrangeté rencontrée, que celle-ci soit anecdotique (et fusse passée inaperçue sans ce contexte d’éveil) ou qu’elle soit réelle et même forte ; - sans qu’il soit possible d’apporter des éléments dans un sens ou dans un autre, on ne peut exclure l’extrême de la contamination consciente, à savoir le canular : Le témoin n’aurait alors rien vu d’étrange mais voudrait avoir aussi son observation et son enquête, comme ses frères et sœurs. Pour expliquer une telle coïncidence, il n’y a pas d’autres possibilités que le retour effectif du drone avec de grosses erreurs de témoignages ou la contamination (inconsciente ou non) par l’observation précédente. Dans les deux cas, cela met en évidence un manque de fiabilité du témoignage, sans qu’on puisse le mettre en discrédit du témoin qui est jeune (18 ans) et a pu être placé, lui individuellement ou collectivement avec sa famille, dans un sentiment d’inquiétude et de vigilance exacerbée suite à l’observation précédente toujours inexpliquée. Au final, on ne dispose d’aucune hypothèse pouvant expliquer cette observation, mais la consistance est trop faible pour pouvoir donner un caractère inexpliqué. Le 08 mars 2015 aux alentours de 18h45 un témoin (T1) en promenade avec sa fille, observe dans le ciel une forme ovale de couleur rouge avec des tiges noires ressemblant à des pieds et qui se pose dans un champ, roule jusqu'au bout du champ avant de s'élever dans les airs. Le témoin constate que cette forme se pose devant le garage de son habitation. La femme du témoin (T2), alors dans sa cuisine, est étonnée de voir une forme ovale rouge contourner en sautillant le hangar et s'arrêter devant un tracteur. Ce deuxième témoin s'approche, mais effrayé, court aussitôt chercher sa voisine : les deux femmes verront l'objet faire des sauts successifs dans un champ de blé, décoller et disparaître en direction de Castelnaudary. Deux témoins font une déposition en Gendarmerie. Le troisième témoin (la voisine) sera rencontrée : elle déclare n'avoir observé qu'une forme éloignée de couleur orange dans le ciel, mais n'apporte pas d'autres précisions. Aucune trace n'a été constatée au sol. Nous disposons à partir du PV de Gendarmerie de deux témoignages : mari (T1) et épouse (T2). Ce qui est décrit dans le PV est compatible d'un atterrissage, puis d'un envol d'un paramoteur (parapente avec un moteur au dos du pilote). Les vidéos ci-jointes montrent des décollages de paramoteurs qui peuvent se faire sans vent et donc aussi dans n'importe quelle direction par rapport à un vent faible (voir la technique de décollage sans vent). La voile d'un paramoteur peut bien sûr avoir un aspect ovale rouge, tel que décrit. Un paramoteur peut marcher, courir, décoller, puis se reposer et décoller enfin comme décrit par T2. Il peut arriver dans un sens et repartir dans l'autre. Le paramoteur peut présenter un aspect " avec plus de deux pattes" (trois ou quatre comme décrit par T2) car peut être biplace (moniteur plus élève). Un paramoteur fait du bruit. Mais, lors de la phase au plus prés pour T2, le PAN est au sol et "marche", le moteur peut être éteint. Lorsque le PAN est en l'air, la distance n'est pas précisée par T2 tandis que T1 voit le PAN au plus prés à 300 m. Notons que le 10 mars (surlendemain de l'observation) a été "postée" sur un site internet, une vidéo d'un para-motoriste volant au-dessus du village de Souilhanels (11), à quelques kilomètres du lieu d'observation : malheureusement, cette vidéo n'est plus disponible aujourd'hui. Cela permet cependant d'accréditer la possibilité de décollage et atterrissage depuis le village d'Airoux (11), que ce soit par ce même amateur ou par un autre. Une enquête sur place menée par le GEIPAN, 2 ans après l'observation, n'a pas permis de valider cette hypothèse. Le nouvel enregistrement des témoignages ainsi que la reconstitution introduisent des points de différences majeurs par rapport aux témoignages contenus dans le PV et fait un jour après l'observation (voir le document "reconstitution et différences avec le PV") : - T1 et T2 décrivent des positions au plus prés, trop proches pour ne pas avoir distingué ou entendu un paramoteur. La phase au sol pour T2 comprend une partie devant la cuisine à quelques mètres, tandis que le point au plus prés pour T1 est à 100 m et correspond à une phase de vol (au-dessus du pylône) ; - la notion explicite de marche et de pattes a disparu ; - la durée. Ces nouveaux éléments, pris seuls, s’opposent à l'hypothèse. Les témoins eux-mêmes la réfutent. En termes de consistance, les différences entre les deux collectes d'informations sont trop importantes pour ne pas altérer la perception de fiabilité des témoignages, même si le délai mis par le GEIPAN pour mener l'enquête sur place a pu favoriser des écarts. Un contact avec la fille des témoins, présente au moment de l’observation (se promenait avec T1), ou avec la voisine de T2 auraient peut-être permis d’éclaircir ces différences. Mais, l’un n’a pas donné suite et l’autre a déménagé et n’est plus joignable. En conclusion, on ne trouve aucune hypothèse avec un niveau de probabilité suffisant, mais par ailleurs le niveau de consistance n’est pas suffisant pour appuyer un caractère inexpliqué ou inexplicable. Le 06 mars 2015, le témoin se trouvait en voiture sur la D112, à proximité de Lavalette (31) et se rendait sur son lieu de travail. Aux environs de 8h30, alors qu’il circulait au niveau du « Grousset », son attention a été attirée par la présence, face à lui et dans un ciel complètement dégagé d’un objet noir de forme ovoïde, reflétant la luminosité du soleil et semblant se déplacer lentement. Le témoin décrit cet objet comme semblant se trouver « à peu près au-dessus de la route » et comportant une petite trainée blanche, partant de sa base de façon horizontale. Une coloration orange légère était également présente sur un des bords du PAN. Après l’avoir observé environ deux minutes, le témoin a voulu attraper son téléphone portable se trouvant sur le siège passager et a détourné son attention pendant un court instant. Lorsqu’il a voulu observer de nouveau le PAN, celui-ci avait disparu. L’observation s’est faite à travers le pare-brise de la voiture. Après la disparition du PAN, le témoin a ralenti et a cherché à le retrouver en regardant le ciel tout autour, sans succès. Un seul témoignage sera recueilli. Le PAN possède les aspects et le mouvement d’un ballon captif solaire lancé depuis un champ situé à droite du témoin (voir le compte rendu d’enquête). L’étrangeté du cas est essentiellement causée par la disparition du PAN durant le temps où le témoin a cherché son téléphone pour prendre une photo. Le ballon n’aurait pas disparu, le témoin l’aurait reconnu (il n’aurait pas témoigné) et aurait peut-être cherché et vu son opérateur au sol, alors qu’il n’a probablement pas vu ce dernier car il était occupé à rechercher le PAN dans le ciel tout en conduisant. L’étrangeté n’existait pas pour les usagers suivant ou croisant en voiture qui soit n’ont pas vu le ballon, soit l’ont vu descendre et/ou se poser (le témoin indique la présence d’autres usagers qui n’ont rien remarqué). Le témoignage est consistant, avec suffisamment de données fournies par le témoin et exploitables. Il existe par ailleurs, une photographie effectuée par le témoin et reconstituant la scène, qui a pu être exploitée pour l’analyse du cas. Ceci a permis de vérifier la conformité d’aspect du PAN avec ce type de ballon, la possibilité d’opérer un ballon depuis le champ, ainsi que la possibilité de ne pas voir l’opérateur du ballon pour un témoin, qui plus est quand ce dernier est surpris par la disparition et scrute le ciel plutôt que le sol. Il y a donc ici surtout à expliquer la possibilité de la descente du ballon de manière rapide sur une durée d’une à quelques secondes, sachant que ne compte ici que la durée de descente jusqu’à la cime des arbres qui ensuite l’ont caché et que le ballon n’étant pas forcément en visibilité très au-dessus des arbres au départ. Cette descente peut s’expliquer par la dislocation du ballon ou un rabattage au sol par effet spi (lié au vent). Du fait de la forte conformité d’aspect avec un ballon et d’une explication pour la descente rapide de ce dernier, le GEIPAN classe le cas en B : observation probable de ballon solaire captif. This bright oval object moved around in a circular motion and then sat still. During this time, the objects brightness changed from dim to bright and back to dim. This happened throughout the whole duration. Also, there was a red light that kept appearing on the top left side of the object and a dim glow that surrounded the object at times. There was also a light prove that would extend from the bottom at different lengths and various times.

i was outside having a smoke in my car it has a moon roof on it so i slide it open the moonroof up and i was just glancing at the sky when something caught my eye it was flying really high probably around 60,000 ft there is a comercial plane highway running on top of our small town so i seen the planes flying really high aprox: 35,000 ft this object was flying high than the plane but as the planes started passing the object oval in size was stationary and i notice the planes were aware of the object in the air pretty sure if some how you checked air traffic control for 03/01/15 over madera, ca the pilots must have notice i managed to photograph the object with my ihone and video....video quality sucked but my photo it has color filters and once you change them and look its there stationary over central california i dont think you could see stars or planets with the naked eye plus the sun was refecting off it ufo

I wish I knew about UFO report site earlier, but unfortunately that’s not the case and I wish I called within the week of this event taking place. About 2 years ago, (maybe more, maybe less I am really sorry to say I don’t exactly know), I was driving my friend home and about half a mile down the road where his house is, we both saw an orange and reddish light hovering in the sky pretty far up it was about the size of this in the sky: (///////). It was shaped like an oval, maybe saucer, and after about 4 seconds (maybe less) of looking at it, the UFO looking object zoomed off like we knew we were looking at it. It didn’t disappear it ZOOMED and left a trail of light briefly. It was stationary and then zip! Left a brief light trail it was so fast! Anonymous report. We have assigned an arbitrary date. PD

There were 3 oval shapes objects that moved West toward Lake Superior starting from a little East of the Soo Locks. They molved in almost a completely straight line with the last object being slightly to the right of the other 2. They were low in the sky and fairly large. about the size of a dime being held at arm's lenth. They moves swiftly and we lost sight of them in the horizon in approx. 1-2 minutes of following them. We watched the objects move across the sky from the the North end of Lake Superior State Universities campus.

Driving home from work and we saw a light in the sky and when we got closer to it, it was very low to the ground and doing circles. We stopped the car and when it noticed we stopped it bolted off at abnormal speed, not like an airplanes or a jet.

It was a large oval shaped object with flashing yellow & red lights moving from the east to north direction. It was about 400-500 feet off the ground traveling much slower than a plain. We first saw it to the right of some trees then it traveled behind them coming out the other side for a few seconds, and then it was gone.

As I left my mothers home and headed West into Twin Falls on Kimberly road I noticed 2 white light orbs in the sky above the tree and town skyline.. they were separated by 14 inches in the sky distance and the one on the left was quite a bit higher than the other. I continued to drive and pulled over 6 different times as I thought I was chasing them or getting closer to them to the West. At the first stop the left object appeared to seperate into 2 white orb objects. As I drove West all 3 objects were moving slowly in a low atmosphere orbit. Before my third pullover the objects were changed into orangish-red oval orb fireballs. At that point there were 2 objects on the right..(one above and to the left of the other one.) As I continued with my drive and stops the objects would start by being fairly dim..then brighter to bright, then fade out..they showed them selves on 4 minute intervals,, the last 2 pullovers I watched in the dark sky until they reappeared.. At my last stop they were just above the horizon to the West. There were a few other cars on the road and I hoped one would come up on me so I could get confirmation but I ended up way out in the dairy farm area with no others around. The night was crystal clear,,a bit breezy and around 40F. Someone else had to of seen these lights from the Interstate or somewhere. I thought they were over the Castleford area, but could have been as far west as the MHAFB or out over the the Pacific.

I-24 80 to 74 mile marker, KY
((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) The time was 925 pm to 935 pm on I-24 in Kentucky. I WAS GOING WEST BOUND ON I 24 and I saw 1 about the 80 mile marker on my left side about a mile and a 1/2 a way and about 2000 feet up then another 1 came from the back of it, but not from it so now I could see 2 at about the 78 mile marker now they were about 200 feet a part or so and at the same 2000 feet up and at about the 77 mile marker. I could see the 3rd one a bout 100 feet off the ground. and all 3 lit up the hole area. Then by the 75 mile marker I could only see the 2 of them. And they wink out by the time I was at the 74 mile maker they were gone. AND THIS DID HAPPEN AND I DONT TO DRUG OR DRINK MY GOD WHEN IS THE WORLD GOING TO WAKE UP AND DO SOME THING ABOUT THIS AND WHAT DO THEY WANT FROM US THIS IS REAL. ((END ADDENDUM))

Was outside about to do some quick work on my house, felt some pressure in my ears that was not "normal" looked up, there were 2 orbs. One was the "leader" the other followed behind it. The leader was brighter than the other I say orb but the shapes were changing to oval in a rotating motion. I called my witnesses out, One has seen them with me before, the other 2 were amazed. The duration of the event lasted about 30-40 minutes they were heading north east toward the mountains. Up until the leader stopped and it looked as if it was waiting for the other one to catch up. Then that one stopped. They were motionless but still shining bright then dull, bright then dull, since I have seen this pattern before in previous sightings I knew it would not be long till they were gone by completely going "dark". Just as they were about to get to that point of going dark, they both started moving in a southern direction then BAM both lights out, cannot see them anymore. And just as if on cue also in the air were the planes spraying the trails tracking them and spraying the trails so they would eventually be covered. Amazing to watch. This is the 4th or 5th daytime sighting for me. And now with the 2 other witnesses, I was able to describe what was about to happen with the planes' actions and sure enough like predictable clockwork they did exactly what I said they would do. To the point when after the orbs were gone a white plane flew real close above my house, that was not the strange part, what was strange was the plane had NO SOUND at all, at this point I was discussing the event with my neighbor, and I noticed there was hardly any jet engine sound at all. SAW AN OBJECT MADE UP OF 5 OR 6 RED BALLS, SPEEDING SOUTH, JUST UNDER LOW CLOUD COVER. THEY WERE CLOSE TO 4 MILES AWAY FROM MY VIEWING POINT. THE SKY WAS COVERED WITH THICK CLOUDS FROM THE AFTERNOON RAIN, WITH BOTTOMS ABOUT 1000' AGL. CRAFT MADE NO SOUND, BUT WAS GOING AT WHAT I ESTIMATE WAS 300 TO 400 MPH...WAS WITHIN THE CLASS C AIRSPACE THAT HAS A 210 MPH SPEED LIMIT...NO ENGINE NOISE OR ROTOR CHOP NOISES. WAS OUT OF SIGHT IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF MY VIEW WITHIN 45 SECOUNDS. PILOTS CALL THIS "SCUD RUNNING." BUT THIS WAS NOT GENERAL AVIATION STUFF.

These lights have been seen several times over a few months. They can not be seen when overcast is low and heavy. At one time the lights seemed to be following Sidling Hill Mountain and once dropped quite low over route 913. Lights appear to be hovering a jerky motion in a north to northeast direction. These same bright lights appeared to go southward one evening in the fall. January 28 and 29 about 19:30, the object hovered above and was again seen in the aforementioned direction another object appeared approximately a mile south of the first. Both seemed to be pointed west.
