Driving along Route 8,8 we noticed 4 bright orange color lights just sitting in the sky in a square shape. As we continued to drive the lights began to slowly move closer to each other. That is when we realized they were individual lights rather than lights from one object. Then they began to move in fast circular motion and more came. Started receiving facebook messages and video from others witnessing the same sighting. Dogs were barking continuously and eventually would just whimper in friends' neighborhood. We started seeing helicopters flying and police rushing toward the area. We never stopped. Just kept driving to get home.

It was fully dark by 9:30 PM and the sky was mostly clear. I was standing outside, looked up and saw a large, glowing, light greenish, object traveling across the sky off to the south, and my right side. Immediately, I thought the object was a meteor, but then it was too large and it had no tail. I have been a sky watcher for a long time and have seen many tremendous meteor showers, but never a meteor this large, if that’s what it was. It scared me because it seemed to be just above the tops of the pine trees, it was traveling silently and had no tail. It went over my head and then over the house, traveling toward the north. Then it seemed to dissipate and there were orange colored sparks behind it or around it, but that’s the only thing that could be called a tail. The half moon going down in the western sky may have already set, or was behind a cloud, and it seemed almost as large as the half moon, but slightly smaller. The object was not perfectly rounded in shape, I would call it a smooth blob shape, and there was no sound at all. I would say the whole episode lasted approx. 7 to 10 seconds and the object passed over my head so it was directly up in the sky and not close to the horizon at all.

I saw an oval shaped fireball coming from the North. There was also a commercial airplane traveling at almost a similar speed. The jet eventually overtook the fireball and continued straight but the shape changed color to a bright white and changed direction to the west flashed a few times and then disappeared. On Sat. Aug. 30th, 2014, at about 10 p.m. I saw strange lights over the sky of Veneta, Oregon, and Eugene, Oregon. What I saw looked like a giant snowflake (for lack of better way of describing it) and it had pulsing lights all over the front of it! The pulsing lights were in vertical sections, with one section coming on really bright and then fading, while the section next to it came on very bright. The sections alternated like that all across the front of it. This thing was traveling through the sky at a slow speed and I think it was near the Eugene airport. After I watch it for about 30 seconds, it suddenly divided and became two rounds things of pulsing lights. They kept traveling through the sky at a slow speed, keeping a uniform distance between them. After about another 30 seconds, they went behind some trees and I lost sight of them. Two vehicles were pulled off the road in strange places and no doubt the drivers had seen this also. I did not have a camera with me and that taught me to always have one with me in the future, as I never know what I may see! We spoke via telephone with the witness, and she seemed to us to be quite sincere and sober-minded. We suspect that she is a quite reliable witness. PD

I was on the south side of the city returning from a class and I noticed two large objects in the sky, my first thought was helicopters because the seem to be staying in one place, my home is about 4 miles from where I first saw the lights there were two large clusters of yellow light, then it changed and there were four for a minute I thought they were street lights but they were to high and to yellow. I watched them my entire trip when I got to my house they seem much closer to the ground and it appeared to be two objects I went in to get my partner who is a retired nuclear physicist and my binoculars. I could see what appeared to be smoke rolling of of the top of one of the objects then is just disappeared. Looking through the binoculars the other object appeared to be two very large circular shapes almost on top of each other, in the back round I could see faint light in the clouds of the other object. The circular object that was still in the sky appeared to have lights all around it and a smaller circular object in the middle with lights around it as well then it started to fade and disappeared. When I was on the south side of town the objects were very high in the sky but on the north side of town they appeared lower still the view with binoculars was more defined that what I saw just looking with my eyes. My partner was astounded and could not find an explanation as to what we were seeing. I took photos with my iphone and the objects just appeared to be small balls of light that were very far away. After they were gone you could see the smoke through the binoculars behind the clouds and faint red balls in the sky. I have three photos.

The four of us were sitting outside on my front porch talking, we had been out there for two hours before we all saw something in the sky. We all went silent because all four of us were trying to figure out if we were seeing things but the object was flying from north to south, when we saw the ufo it appeared to be in the sky above about 4800 south and it flew south and disappeared at about 5900 south. When we first saw the ufo it was some what of an oval shape and had alot of very small very dim white lights (at least 50 or more). Then, as it was flying across the sky, dead silent, Right before it disappeared the lights multiplied to probably a few hundred and was about the size of two cars put together and each light was moving and the shape changed to a circle like shape that looked like it was pulsing. I have never seen anything like this and I don't have any idea what it could have been and all four of us saw it…

I went outside and looked up at the stars to marvel at them as I always do & noticed a star, on further inspection I noticed it was burning different colours. It looked small and then another one joined it. They were locked in some sort of dance breaking formation and re-organizing. I noticed that they seemed to move around in different patterns. I also noticed that they get brighter and then faded slightly and started moving away into the distance. This amazed me and I was sure its military.. After going inside to wait for some time to pass. I came back out and this time there were more spread out and in a strange formation, I notice strange waves of light and I could feel that I was been watched it felt like I was been toyed with as I tried to take photos and a video but there was nothing on my screen just darkness. They then broke formation and started to fade, as if it were all in my imagination and that they had become camouflaged with the normal stars & sky behind them. This was def. military or an actual UFO because I have noticed that these same things have been reported all over the world.. They flash red, green, blue and white lights and move in a jelly fish like type of way.. (Bizarre) I cant believe what a nut I sound like writing this.

Around 10:45 pm I was looking put across the ocean when I looked up and saw what appeared to be 4 or 5 airplanes flying at high altitude. I thought they were planes because if the white blinking lights. I was on the phone when I said to my husband, "I'm looking at like 5 airplanes in one spot." At that exact moment the blinking lights stopped and three red/orange looking balls appeared in the sky for 5 or so seconds. Then they vanished.

My husband and I are retired educators and our adult son is an artist. We saw a light in the sky that was bigger than a planet and hanging completely still in the eastern sky. The left side appeared red and the ride side, white. The light moved quickly straight up and then stopped and stayed perfectly still. Then it moved quickly and straight to the left, then paused. Then it moved quickly to the left, paused and then went straight down. Using my telephoto, I viewed it closer up and it appeared like a hexagonal orange orb, with other lights glowing behind it. The object seemed to move forward and then backward. Then it changed into four lights that pulsated, rather than blinked. Two of the lights were red and the other two seemed white or blue. It eventually disappeared by moving downward, behind the trees in the distance. Upon reaching the land, it seemed to spin and emit blue lights.

On the night of 8/14/14 at approximately 8:48 pm, I was traveling south on Highway 10 in Catawba, NC. As I rounded a corner in the road, still facing south, I immediately saw three white-yellow-orange lights in a vertical formation in the sky in front of me at a distance of about 10 miles. The middle light in the arrangement was orders of magnitude brighter than anything in the visible sky. The other two lights were also brighter than anything else in the sky besides the center light. The lights appeared to be about three or four times the size of a radio tower light or about a quarter of the size of a full moon. I would estimate that the lights were between 1 and 2 miles high in the sky. The middle light in the vertical arrangement appeared to be the center or focal point for the other lights to move around. Upon closer inspection, I noticed there were smaller, whiter lights that were not connected to the vertical arrangement that would move up, down, left,! and right. All of the smaller white lights not involved in the original vertical arrangement of lights would move independently but would all return to the center light, which was the brightest, before finally disappearing and then reappearing again seconds later at another point in the sky. I took video of this for two minutes before the lights, which were moving south, fell below the tree line. I followed in the direction of the lights and about 4 miles further south (going towards Lincoln County, NC) caught the arrangement of the three main lights through a tree line. When I stopped my vehicle, the three brightest lights were no longer in a vertical formation but a triangular formation. At this point the lights appeared higher in the sky, which I assumed meant I was positioned more “underneath” the objects. Upon inspecting the lights, and within a minute of seeing the object at the second location, two of the lights merged and then slowly drifted to again merge with the brightest center light. I was not able to video this formati! on. The object then passed below the tree tops and I continued to follow south. Three minutes later and two miles further south by southwest I witnessed the brightest main light for a few seconds before it continued to move south. This was the last visual confirmation of the object(s).

On Thursday morning, at 7:52 am, I took five pictures with my cell phone of a very, very, very fast, soundless, elongate silver with rings in front and back. It had a brite, white, aluminated shine from it. As it moved, its shape seemed different at different times. I will save this text somehow and try to post pictures. I heard NO SOUNDS.

I was driving South on Highway 101 Near Goleta, California, heading towards Santa Barbara. , At about 6:15 AM (Pacific), on my right hand side to the North, I saw what appeared to be a rocket leaving the atmosphere. It was an orange light that was difficult to gain focus on so I put on my glasses. The light slowly changed to a line that was tilted up on the left side to about 50 degrees. This line seemed to stay in the same spot and changed shape slightly as I was driving south. After about 6 minutes the light seemed to gain momentum as it traveled East Southeast, eventually moving over the horizon. This glowing orange line seemed to be reflecting the rising sun which had not yet peaked over the mountain range. It was not a celestial body as it moved far too fast. That being said, this line was very high altitude and moving very fast. I am documenting this in case other saw the same thing, but it could easily have been a very rare anomaly that occurs naturally but I have never seen anything like it.

My Wife & I were looking at the full Moon with binoculars, when we noticed a flickering reddish blue object in the northern sky. The lights kept changing from red to blue and appeared to be stationary. We watched for about 10 minutes then went back inside. We went back outside an hour later and the strange lights were in the eastern sky. The full moon had only moved a short distance as compared to the strange lights were seen on the opposite side of the night sky. The lights keep changing from red to blue but the object seems to be stationary. We are going back outside to see if we can still see the lights. It's 2:00am est. Possible "twinkling" star?? PD

August 9, 2014, 02:30 CST In Chicago, IL over southern Lake Michigan one other witness and I saw a ball of non-consuming flame out over the lake under what we could only describe as controlled flight. It manoeuvered like nothing we'd seen before, hugging the horizon headed north until it stopped, apparently turned, and flew straight up what must have been at least 2000 feet. Then it stopped again and appeared to dance around in the sky, just like those chinese lanterns.. . . . . but Chinese lanterns don't suddenly turn into a rotating trianglular formation. The one object suddenly split into three and the new triangle of objects slowly spun around a share axis and recombined into one again. That was a fancy lantern! Then it flew toward us at moderate speed straight overhead, and looked to the other witness like a "burning butterfly" in a "non-consuming flame." I admit I didn't see it so closely as to cite any "flapping," to me it appeared to billow, and puff like something fully engulfed in flame. I lost track of the object for a moment while moving to another room, trying to get a better view, but when I regained the object directly overhead, it was hurtling skyward at unbelievable speed..like I've never seen. Even in movies.

On August 3, 2014, at approx. 1400 hrs. in Salisbury, MD, three witnesses observed a black object high in the sky silhouetted against white clouds. The object appeared to change from black to silver, hovered, moved back and forth left to right and then at a steady speed climbed up until it disappeared from view. The object at times appeared to change from bell shaped to round and when it started climbing upwards appeared to be flipping like a coin tossed into the air, alternating from black to silver. The attached photographs were taken with an Android cell phone cell phone which didn’t capture the sharp contrast of the object against the clouds.

There were two objects appearing to move from over Savannah towards the South Carolina border. One was extremely small appearing like a dark dot in the sky. The other was large and oval shaped from my view. Some movements were erratic, and both objects seemed to sometimes hover. They both went in and out of clouds. This was from a fairly large distance.

Red/orange light with less bright white"sparks"around the craft at random intervals. Appear and disappeared 3 times,each time reappearing 1/4mile(est) away from last pos almost instantly. Moving southeast at random speeds(slow glide to a hover to faster pace to vanishing and reappearing) last contact about 22:05 headed south/southeast before stopping for 30sec then was just gone. Was at slightly above the altitude I see aircraft take on approach to Newport News airport

Object was shaped like a half-moon. Over the span of approximately one minute, the object's bottom half dissolved. Then, two red orbs descended from the bottom of the object. It slowly began to reform back into a crescent shape, and then proceeded to disappear. Five minutes later, the object reappeared 10 miles to the north, in the same section of the sky. During the second appearance, it maintained its crescent shape for the duration of its visibility. It once again began to fade and completely disappeared.

I live next to the fence line (border) of the Ravenna Arsenal in Charlestown Township, right outside of Ravenna. I have seen many military craft go in and out of the arsenal over the 20 years that we have lived here but I have never seen anything like this. I and a friend were out for our usual morning walk when suddenly my friend grabbed me and told me to look up into the sky. Just above the tree line there was a huge, and very bright, ball of white light that glided quickly across the sky in the direction of the arsenal. It was so bright that it was disturbing to me and I grabbed her in fear and shouted, "What the heck is that?" She explained that it caught her attention because it was so bright against the still dark sky and she first observed it as a ball of light which quickly changed into a triangle and then quickly changed back into a ball of light again. She said it reminded her of a holographic image the way it changed from one shape to another. It moved too fast to be an air craft and we wondered if it could have been a meteor although I have never seen a meteor that low to the tree line and that large. It frightened me. There was also no sound at all associated with this light. It passed right above us and then completely disappeared, like a light bulb turning off, within about 5 or 6 seconds. We live so close to the arsenal that when military craft fly in or out the sound is so loud that our home vibrates. We have been outside many times at night when planes have flown in and out and never have we witnessed anything like this. This was so out of the ordinary it was frightening to both of us.

We have been observing what seemed to be just some kind of craft very high up not moving. Then, another craft came; we thought it was a helcopter. It was moving then the first craft also began moing both swooping in our direction wings came out we for a moment thought they were birds then lights came on the wings they then swooped back up the second craft disappeared but now it is back they are far apart from each other not moving but lights seem to be going around the craft we have been observing this for almost 2 hours. unfortunately we do not have binoculars they are to the south

Observed stationary light of varying colors, orange, red which slowly became smaller until it couldn't be seen. At that time another yellow ball of indistinct shape became visible moving north. It became ball shaped changing colors, red, yellow, orange. It slowly over a period of a minute or so became smaller until it also was lost in the sky. At that time another ball appeared and repeated the same thing. It did not appear as a sky lantern as I have observed them before.
