Un témoin observe le 7 et 9 avril 2010 entre 21h30 et 22h30 un point lumineux dans le ciel. Il filme ce point dont la couleur est variable. La configuration astronomique du ciel à la date et heure de l'observation montre la planète Vénus (de magnitude -3.9 facilement observable à l'œil nu) dans le secteur du ciel observé ( au 280° à 21H30 locales). L'observation a été faite plusieurs jours d'affilée et le témoin se rappelle avoir observé le même phénomène à la même époque l'année précédente. Les changements de couleur décrits par le témoin sont dûs aux effets optiques (variations de luminosité) pendant la prise de vue de la video avec l'appareil photo du témoin.
