Le 13 avril 2012 vers 21h34 un témoin est intrigué par le passage silencieux d'un objet lumineux dans le ciel qu'il ne reconnait pas. De faible étrangeté et de bonne consistance malgré une erreur d’orientation, corrigée par la suite, ce cas d’observation correspond avec certitude avec le passage de la station Spatiale internationale (ISS). Il ne fait aucun doute que le témoin a observé l’ISS le soir du 13 avril entre 21h34 et 21h37. La trajectoire « courbe » décrite par le témoin provient d’une perception erronée de l’orbite pourtant quasi circulaire, mais seuls les satellites passant au zénith laissent une perception de trajectoire linéaire. Le GEIPAN classe ce cas en « A » comme observation certaine de la station spatiale internationale. [GEIPAN classification A — ISS]
