This one was truly strange. There was a wind but the debris in the infrared video capture wasn't evident to the naked eye. The quick downward moving flashes on the screen looked like quick moving objects, but when the screen is captured, are clearly beams of light. There may be some atmospheric explanation, but I don't know what it would be. I tried to see what lightning would look like one evening, but it was nothing like those quick beams. And I have at least one object that moved so fast it wa just a streak, but the streak isn't see-through translucent - it was an object.

One night at around 10 PM I went outside to smoke, I exited my apartment sent down on my front steps and just looked at the sky as I do every night I go out. But this night was different in a very interesting way. When I looked in the sky I saw a light and at first I was convinced it was a star as it was stationary, and then it started to move throughout the sky in a way that’s seemingly impossible and defying the laws of flight. It moved slowly at first and then within the matter of moments it caught a good steady speed playing around in the sky it did a loop and then went straight out into the distance and disappeared. NOW this is where it gets even more interesting, about 2 weeks passed and I go out to smoke like the time before except a lil bit earlier then before maybe around 9:30 and I actually had the same experience again I ran inside as fast as possible to grab my girlfriend to see it but by the time she arrived it had vanished. I’m sure you guys get a lot of false reports. But I know what I saw I know what it was.

Light came from the northwest, changed its direction a few times before disappearing over the trees. The second video shows it dimming until it goes dark. With my own eyes I saw it head east over the trees. Second witness saw the last 30 seconds or so.

at approximately 9pm i observed a single odd orangish (flame like) light in the sky while traveling as the passenger in my family's car. we were entering our neighborhood and i first assumed this light to be a fireball meteorite or something that would burn out quickly. we turned away from the light and i lost sight of it as we proceeded to our house about a block away from the initial sighting. once we were parked i got out of the vehicle and walked to the end of the driveway to see if i could still see the object, hoping to show it to my daughter and husband. to my surprise the object was still present and headed in our direction. it was moving from the north to the south across the sky and was to the east of our viewing location. i called my husband and daughter over and both saw the same object. we are located near the monroe airport and are accustomed to seeing regular small aircraft traffic in the area following a similar flight pattern, but this object seemed too fast for one of these smaller aircraft and the nature of the light had a distinct flame like quality including an occasional flicker. we recorded an 8s video of the object moving through the sky on a cell phone, unfortunately the quality is not great. after observing the object for a total of probably a minute once we reached the house, the light rapidly faded. i was able to still distinguish the shape of the object that presumably was the source of the light and its path in the sky once the light was out, but it was very faint. at that point it appeared as a small dot reflecting ambient light. my best guess is that this was a rocket or a fireball meteorite, but the duration doesn't seem to match the fireball theory and i'm not sure that a rocket would have moved that horizontally through our viewing area. perhaps a plane or helicopter flying with a flare instead of the usual indicator lights or a piece of space debris re-entering the atmosphere at a much slower relative velocity to earth than a typical fireball? please contact by email if you'd like further information or have a good idea as to the identity of this object. thank you

May 23, 2022 @ 10:34pm MST Weather: Calm with no wind, Quiet with no traffic, Clear skies, about 10°C (or 50°F), various satellites were visibly passing by and the Stars wear fully visible. I was letting my dog out when I noticed a large bright object to the East of my house in the Sky near the horizon. I took notice as it was a bright circular object about the size of an SUV and seemed to be moving left and right by about a degree each way (North to South). I took my phone out to take a picture and the object instantly moved Westward (towards me) then instantly moved Eastward to its original position 20° to 90° back and forth. The object did this 3 times before stopping directly above me (20° to 90° back and forth with no sound). When the object stopped (above me) I could see the outline of a solid (near) circular object just inside the edges of the light. After a few seconds the object moved slightly to the south (about 2 Degrees) then went north (Very fast) and disappeared. When the object went north there was a heavy wind and the smell of static (same smell you get when printing or the smell when touch an electric device and release static) that lasted for 3 seconds. At this point my dog became scared, hide at the house door and was shacking heavily. This has been happening 2-3 times a year for the last 10+ years around the same date but this was the biggest one I have seen. Normally they look like satellites moving in a strange way.

2 witnesses parked at Torrey Pines State Beach facing the water just after sunset. Observed two crafts several miles offshore - one obvious helicopter due to the pattern of flashing lights and predictable motion, and one smaller craft moving much quicker with a single unwavering white light. The paths of the two crafts appeared to nearly intersect and once they passed each other, the smaller craft abruptly changed its course heading due north to at first follow and then pass the helicopter. The helicopter pursued the smaller craft for several minutes, but the smaller craft was visibly accelerating ahead of the helicopter. Eventually, the craft decelerated, the brightness of the single light increased significantly, and then it vanished. The helicopter continued heading north. Sighting captured on dash cam - video submitted is enhanced with noise reduction (to reduce artifact from night filming), color correction (to brighten footage as it was night), and zoom (to view objects far away). I was watching the ISS as I normally do when it passes over my area. I would say that the ISS was probably over the English Channel going into Holland when suddenly, a bright light came from behind it & seemed to give chase. It overtook the ISS quite closely then disappeared. The bright light was not an airplane as no airplane I know can go that speed and be totally silent. The incident only lasted about 3 or 2 seconds I was dreading that a rocket had been fired at it. As I was telling my wife what I saw, my daughter sent a message saying that she saw the light chasing the ISS, overtook it & disappeared, just as I did. So I didn’t imagine it. I took my VDO camera out for the next pass but nothing chased it this time. I’ve seen many strange things in the skies over the years but this is definitely the best.

I managed to slag a few UFP's cell phone videos. On a clear night, you will most likely see several UFP's. I've noticed on nights with a high level of passing jets overhead, I'll see more activity. Jets could be military or civilian... it's hard to tell at night. Some of the UFP's I've seen entering my viewing space of the nights sky enter as bright flashes and slowly move away into obscurity. The same could said when the leave. What I thought was a group of stars... has a bright flash... then one goes missing. It happens so quick! I've had two instances where I was filming a UFP and once it left my view and I've pushed stop recording. My video only captured the last few seconds of a minutes long video. And only captured video of when I was putting the phone down from view. Like it was intentionally erasing my video as I was recording it, and it stopped erasing it as soon I put the phone down (FYI pisses me off lol). How you ever heard of that? I'm sure to capture more now on film, now that I'm aware... The video with the steeple has some lens flares so be aware. The video with the pulsing UFP is stationary, and the move movement seen in the video was from my tired arms sorry. But you can clearly see one of the jets I wrote about passing under it as I was filming it.

I looked up and saw a light out of the corner of my eye, initially I thought it was a shooting star. But it happened again. By the 3rd time I was able to see it in my line of sight. The duration was roughly the same, the direction changed, and I realized the lights density was consistent in brightness each time. Then 2 more times it happened and it was so much further away. I went in my house, presuming it was gone. But my fiancé suggested I grab my phone and check again. The light was still there. I caught it 3 more times on camera. In the video I turned about 90 degrees to my right, because suddenly the light was on the opposite side of the sky. I missed it 2 more times. Then it stopped to my knowledge.

it was a bright whiteish "ball" light just above the clouds no blinking no sound at all,but literally right behind it, very close behind it, was a plane with a red blinking light! i mention the light because thats how i knew IT was a plane. but whatever it was escorting WAS NOT a plane by any means! either this was one of the biggest planes in existence or i just saw a (ufo?) being escorted by a black or dark colored jet! please god tell me someone else saw it!!!

I was outside my front porch smoking and I saw a bright light high in the sky blinking and moving in an eastward direction very quickly. I thought for a second it was an airplane but it was moving faster than an airplane and the light blinking was not red - it was a blinking bright white light. It disappeared from my angle of view behind tall trees and didn’t reappear.

Viewing a helicopter that I did not know what was in the beginning. Started recording what I saw and saw a light zip across the sky. Looked at the recording and saw that had appeared 3 times. One of the times it looked as though it appears to stop, and shine a light on the helicopter as to observe it. It then took off again.

My dog jumped out of a sleep and wanted to go outside. I opened the back door and heard a low droning or humming sound seemingly coming from the right or East. My dog seemed sketched out, barked a few times. I took her into the yard on her leash. She was reluctant to move, I had to pull her. Her ears were tucked back and eyes wide. At some point the droning sound stopped. I looked at the clear night sky and saw a white light flash brightly 3 times. I thought it was odd that it just stopped as I had assumed it was an airplane. Moments later it appeared again, 3 flashes, to the right of the first time. Again it seemed odd but as I could theoretically draw a line from the first time to the next I assumed it was an aircraft. I then saw it again, every time was 3 flashes in the same spot. This time it seemed much closer; appearing to be close to the top of a tall (100+ foot) tree. It happened several different times again near the top of the tree but no longer was the path a straight line. In the moment I assumed it was always the same light/being/ufo as it would only happen at one time moments apart from each other. Then it appeared closer, again 3 flashes, no sound, appearing maybe 50 feet above the fence which was like 40 feet from me. Then again like 20 feet from me, maybe 20’feet above the ground. Meanwhile my dog would not walk still in scared stance with eyes wide and ears back. Meanwhile I had my phone’s flashlight on shining down on the grass as I was barefoot and didn’t want to step in poo. I turned it off and back on a couple times in the midst of this. I had chills and still can’t believe it. I saw the bright white triple flash again above my driveway. For sure there was trees in between the light and I so it was not in the sky. Again it flashed above my garage. One last triple flash that I could see above my house towards the opposite end where the bedrooms are (my house is ranch style so just a long rectangle). That was the last time I saw it as it seemed to be moving on to another place , or who knows. These flashes did not seem to light up the surroundings that I noticed as if a camera flash would, but were in now way dull or dim. It seemed about the size of a baseball more or less.

6 lighted dots were seen. 4 about 45 degrees above the horizon and 2 much closer to the horizon. Movement was noted and photographed. No sound associated with the objects.

Extremely bright light like a reflection in a mirror moving around for approximately 30 seconds back and forth across the sky and then it disappeared. It was light out and I was driving into the sun and it was still very bright. It looked like the sky was distorted around it. It was like a prismatic flashlight beam being reflected in a mirror in the sky.

Le 16 mai 2022 à 23h26, trois personnes en voiture, circulant à Arbus (64) sur la D2 en direction de Mourenx (64), observent dans le ciel, quatre points lumineux de teinte "blanc chaud", qui semblaient alignés et immobiles. Le phénomène disparait de manière soudaine après deux minutes d’observation. Seul un témoignage a été recueilli. Le cas présente une étrangeté moyenne et une consistance* faible. Bien que trois témoins aient été présents, seul un témoignage a été recueilli, lequel manque de précisions dans le questionnaire technique (QT). Aucune photo ni vidéo n'a été fournie. L'absence de données et de détails a rendu l'enquête complexe. (*selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d’informations considérées comme fiables, recueillies pour un témoignage). Des hypothèses ont toutefois été émises : - La description du PAN aurait pu évoquer l’observation de lumières situées près du sol (projecteurs d’un stade, travaux sur une ligne haute-tension, véhicules agricoles, etc.). L'alignement et la possible immobilité des points lumineux, combinés avec le déplacement des témoins autour du phénomène, ont orienté vers cette hypothèse. Toutefois, l'hypothèse selon laquelle, les projecteurs du stade de Siros (64) puissent être associés ou source de ce PAN a été exclue, il a été confirmé qu'ils étaient éteints au moment de l’observation. - L'hypothèse de travaux nocturnes, sur la ligne à haute tension présente dans l’axe d’observation, devant nécessiter l’emploi de dispositifs lumineux s’est avérée non concluante, le gestionnaire de cette ligne (RTE) ayant indiqué au GEIPAN l’absence de travaux à la date de l’observation. -L'hypothèse de l’observation d’une rentrée atmosphérique artificielle a été suggéré malgré les imprécisions sur les données angulaires de localisation. Le Centre Opérationnel de Surveillance de l'Espace du CNES, interrogé à ce sujet a indiqué qu’aucun élément dans leurs bases de données ne peut correspondre aux caractéristiques du PAN. Aucune précision (azimut, élévation, taille, ...) n'ayant été obtenue de la part du (des) témoin(s) malgré les relances, le cas est classé "C", non identifiable par manque de données. While I was watching the lunar eclipse with my binoculars, it was a very clear, starry night, with very few clouds. A little bit earlier I had watched a satellite overhead, then noticed another very bright light in sky. I immediately thought that it must be the ISS, because it was so bright and was tracking in a relatively straight line E to NE quadrant of sky. There was no sound at all, so knew it wasn’t a plane, and it seemed like it was higher altitude than a plane would be. As I tracked with binoculars, the light’s apparent motion seemed to “slow down” in that it never left the NE quadrant of the sky it was in. It no longer behaved like a “normal” satellite that goes straight across from horizon to horizon. It kept getting lower and lower in the sky (but not dimmer), which made me think from its apparent motion that it had changed direction, and was moving away from my position/vantage point. After a couple of minutes, it disappeared beyond the horizon. The light or object or whatever it was, was quite bright the most of the time I saw it. It went from being a “stable” light that didn’t flicker or jostle as it moved, to then starting to “jostle” and move around (like the tip of a sparkler when you wave it around). That’s how it looked in the binocs, at least. I did not behave like a comet, meteor, or anything like that.

The craft "jumped" around the sky a bit while flickering light so quickly I could almost keep up. It eventually made its way from the west to the east after darting seemingly in all directions.

Me and neighbor and my friend were watching the lunar eclipse. Object spotted by myself. Thought was satellite approaching our position from the west at a high rate of speed and very high brightness (white at all times). After watching for apx 30 sec. I pointed it out to the two people I was with and we started watching it they both exclaimed that it was extremely bright and moving very fast and was getting brighter (even after going past us.) It then slowed down by half at least and made a slow turn towards the east. This happened as a craft was a little past directly overhead of us. It was an almost a perfect pass from east to west. We watched the light until it went over the mountains to our east almost exactly. No lights other than the craft itself. strange because I've never seen a satellite visible for its entire pass over my position and satellites don't slow down or turn! There was no sound. We listened three times for it. Never made a report like this before ... it was quite exciting and I feel lucky to have seen it. That being the only option I should say that it is totally okay if it was necessary for someone to contact me but I do not really feel as if I would like to or need anyone to contact me. The object was doing very weird maneuvers and moving at very fast speeds and then one of the objects disappeared and the other kept moving but it was jumping like a laser in the sky almost like there’s no way possible a human could even be in an craft like that.

First off let me state that I am an amateur astrophotographer / astronomer. I know the difference between things such as the ISS, meteors, satellites, planes and iridium flares. On the night of May 15th I had set up my telescope to take some pictures of the lunar eclipse. I was taking pictures every 10 minutes or so to see the progression of the lunar eclipse. Soon after the moon was is the earth's shadow the stars became much more visible. That is when I saw what at first I thought was the space station since that is about how bright it appeared. As I watched it I noticed that it was cycling in brightness (approximately 2-3 seconds from maximum brightness to minimum brightness). At first I thought it could be due to very small and light clouds coming across the sky that night but it was not random and continued with a repeating cycling pattern. Also it did not cross the sky in a straight line, it did a large arc from almost straight above me then to the east and then traveled back in a SE direction. The speed did not seem consistent either (it would speed up and almost seem to be stationary at times). When it got to a point in the eastern sky it brightened one last time and immediately disappeared. I tried to get the telescope on it but I don't think I changed the settings on my camera correctly to capture it (it was set up for the eclipse). I ran in the house fast to grab my phone to see if I could get a video of it. I began recording it but could not see the object on the screen so I stopped recording. Later I checked my phone and I must have just caught it on video for maybe a second. Due to it being a screen grab of the video (or my camera moving) it appeared as a streak. You could see on the paused video that is was appeared to be a square object with lights on the corners and maybe one light in the middle of each side. I went to bed that night thinking when I woke up that I hear about it in the morning on Facebook or somewhere on the internet due to the fact that it was during the lunar eclipse and a lot of people would have been looking in the sky at this exact time, but no, nothing. I also thought maybe it was an prank with a drone but I don't think it could travel the distance it did in the short 2-3 minutes it was visible. I kept trying to explain it away but could not.

We were driving home and we notice a bar of light flying from west to the east. It was moving very fast. It was a very bright and steady light. We can provide more details if you think it is worth it based upon the photo. We do not want to waste your time if it is something you have seen before. It was not anything we have ever seen before in Montana.
