It started with a very loud noise, almost like a heavy train speeding over rails, or very high-pitch almost screaming-like jet noise. We went outside and saw a 7 lights. some were in perfect moitonless formation, others were spread. This is the first time either of us saw or heard anything like it before. Around 10pm I saw a ball of white light shoot down from the sky as I was walking in to my home. A few minutes later, I looked out the window and saw what looked like a cluster of bright stars in a loose C formation, but one of the "stars" began moving smoothly out of the formation. So I went back outside to get a better look and try to figure out what it was and there were dozens of these bright lights off to the side of the C formation that I couldn't see from the angle of my window. They were too bright and too close to be stars. A few of them were moving, but most were stationary. I have never seen anything like this. I even got my daughter to come outside and look. There were so many of them. They covered the northeast part of the sky. But around 10:30, the sky was dark again. The only thing I could see was the light of a tower in the distance. Again, I brought my daughter out to see that the lights were completely gone. I thought there would be something about this on the news or social media, but I haven't found anything. I am about 30 minutes from a major city, but I figured someone must have seen these lights. I came across this site while looking for information online. I have never been on UFO websites before, but I felt like I had to report what I had seen. Honestly, when I saw the amount of lights in the sky, my first thought was "invasion", but in a joking sense. I would have taken a picture, but my phone was broken. If it happens again tonight, I will be taking pictures and video.

Walked outside my house facing due west over the northern part of the salt lake 9 bright orange lights super bright almost like fireworks roughly 4 to 5 inches above the horizon. Almost instantly apon observing the objects some seem to break apart and others seen to merge all while not necessarily falling to the horizon but also not ascending. Withing 35 seconds all but 6 where left. That's when I started recording. I have recorded 4 bright lights hanging in the sky above the horizon. As the most northern one started to disappear another began to what seem like rise. Between 5 to 8 minutes after the last object disappeared from view you could hear jets scrambling from hill air force. I have almost 5 minutes of credible film similar to the Phoenix lights tape.

Saw 3 dark orange-brown orbs in a very tight triangle formation, although at one point one of the orbs leap-frogged another one. Initially, I thought it was lazer beams pointed at the sky, however their were no clouds, thus nowhere for the beams to shine on. It hovered above my head for a second and then flew across the sky at such incredible speeds that it vanished beyond the horizon in a matter of seconds. Last night at 6:45 PM EST, my wife and I were driving to dinner towards Sparta on Route 517 in Sussex County, NJ, about 1 mile east of Route 23. We were driving southwest, when we noticed a formation of orange/red lights in the sky to the south of us. There appeared to be between 15-20 individual light flying in formation about a quarter-mile from our location and about 300-400 feet from the ground. The lights were flying in formation, but they also flew at varying speeds, with some lights overtaking others or flying around them. The string of lights stretched back about 1000 feet, and formed some shapes as they flew past such as triangles or squares. No other lights could be seen, such as would be required on aircraft or even drones. I rolled down the window, but did not hear any sounds of ultra-light aircraft or drones. They moved too fast to be lanterns, approximately 40-50 MPH on a night with no wind. I couldn't pull over in time to take a video of them, and by the time I could stop they were too far away heading northeast. I am very familiar with all types of aircraft and I could not identify these lights. I've also spoken with friends who are pilots and they are stumped as well.

I also noticed the Flag in the yard was moving in the opp. direction. The object was gliding then stopped for about 2 seconds. Then it was gone! Just like that Gone! I never saw anything like that in my life. What was it?

Tonite I had a possible experience but no camera on me to back it up. Driving home to Anacortes, WA, looking west toward Camano island on the puget sound over the water (note there are small airports and an Air Force (sic. Navy) base nearby on Oak Harbor) Anyway it was dark and I had this feeling. Looked over to my left and saw two bright orange lights appear in the sky. Thinking not much of it since I always see planes in that direction coming at me. A third orange light appeared. Again thinking these are just possibly commercial flights coming in. As I tried to drive and watch at same time, the three bright lights lined up perfectly together. I then thought hmm. this is looking more like possible flares. Suddenly the lights changed formation in unison into the shape of a large triangle. I said well that's not right. I found a place in the dark to pull over on a farm out in the countryside. Turned off my car, turned off all my lights. I said, well if these are planes, they will come forward or turn or get bigger, if they are flares they will fall and burn out. But no. They kept changing formation! From a large triangle, back to side by side in a straight line, to a smaller triangle, back again to even brighter lights as a large triangle, then the lights all at the same time converged together into one light, changed from orange to white, then separated again into a triangle formation. I picked up my phone to call my daughter to tell her what I was seeing, as soon as I picked up my phone, one of the lights went out, then within a few moments appeared on opposite side of the sky. Slowly over the next few minutes, the lights went off one by one. I know it was not flares, they can not change formation or zip around the sky. Could it have been planes, well they remained stationary off in the distance, with no sound. I have seen many UFOs in my life, some very up close and personal, but had not seen anything like this since the late 90s.

Clear sky at approximately 10:05 PM. Out walking dogs, and looked up at the constellation, Orion's Belt, and saw an area of the sky lighting up with random lights, blinking on and off. The groud moved from the north, to the east. I yelled for my son and he ran out to see the last minute or so they were visible in the sky. I could here a faint noise in the sky. Night time extra activities in neighborhood. No people visible. Multiple bright white lights low to ground behind one house. Feelings are nervous and alert. This is towards the front side of house across the street. About an hour passes and our house appears to be under some light. Viewing out back of house notice a cold clear night with stars in the sky. A couple of stars dancing about. Notice a fog like cloud rolling over house. The lights from town start flashing multiple colors simontanously. Lights of town seem to be warping. 39 year old son says they are getting ready. Hear what sounds almost like a muffled jet engine. Appears that most of the city lights are hovering over house in back. Appears to be a small being to front of said house. There appears to be some form of pumping in upper window of house which also appears in windows of multi colored vehicle. My son videoed the event. This vehicle stayed for several minutes. My son has another video fr! om December 10th, 2017, which he does not remember taking. He has time loss from that time and now claims to be able to see some aliens about. These activities have been going on for the past few months. We believe military and/or civilians are assisting in some way.

At approximately 7:45pm, my wife called me out to the back porch, looking west from Canaan, NH, toward Lebanon, NH. She pointed out 6-9 lights, seemingly stationary, possibly moving slightly in formation. The lights were a mixture of white and green, and after a few minutes of hovering/floating in the same space over the horizon across the valley above the mountains in the distance (hard to tell how far, as it was otherwise dark around the object), all lights vanished at once.

FROM 2ND STORY BALCONY 8PM. AGAINST OUTLINE OF DARK MOUNTAINS FEW CITY LIGHTS. OBS. HORIZONTAL ROW OF RED LIGHTS NO FLASHING. HOVERED ABOVE HOUSES IN HIGH HILLS. IT MOVED UP DOWN UP DOWN, LIKE A ELEVATOR. IN A BLINK OF EYE IT WAS GONE. THEN, IT APPEARED IN ANOTHER AREA OF THE SKY AWAY FROM HOUSES MOUNTAINS. I NOTICED A SMALL PLANE, BUT THE PLANE WAS MUCH HIGHER MOVED SLOW. THE OBJECT HOVERED ABOUT 2 MIN. THEN DIRECT QUICKLY BACK OVER THE HOUSES. IT APPEARED TO DESCEND... SAW NO MORE. HAD INTERESTING DREAM LATER.

7 orange low altitude craft flying in close formation. Sonic booms were heard in the area around the same time of sighting by different witnesses. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Hi there, sorry for the delay. I am attaching pictures for you. I unfortunately was not a witness but was told of the event as I went the opposite way home as the witnesses. The booms were heard from my daughter and family, and the timing was spot on. As for the pictures, my friend who took them said objects were orange and low in the sky. When she saw pictures they look far away and are white. She said they looked like they had tails. She doesn't remember any sounds. I hope this helps and I'd like to know if any other sightings we're reported in the area. ((END ADDENDUM))

I was outside and saw about 15-20 fireballs flying in a weird design all stayed the same but moved really fast I ran inside the second I saw them and was like no way this is fucking happening wtf could that be other than a ufo and grabbed my cell phone but by the time i got the video recorder going the last of the lights disapeared behind clouds or something it was dark so i dont even know if there was clouds. It was to big to be man made ship,Could have been 20-30 missles or something getting shot somewhere but why over north east texas? Where would 30 missles be going in texas? I dunno man I wish I was fast enough to record it I never thought I would ever see anything I couldnt explain but damn sure did last night. The only reason Im on this site is because I was googling "12/30/17 weird lights/ufo over texas, but I dont seem to be able to find anyone else posting a picture or video or anything about it. I cant be the only one who saw this thing!

Around 7:00PM yesterday my family and I were heading down to visit my aunt in Edmonds. We were almost to the intersection of 9th Ave. South and Walnut St., traveling down Walnut St. heading West. That's when I first noticed 5 reddish/orange glowing objects in the sky out over the Puget Sound. We immediately pulled to the side of the road just before the intersection. We sat and watched the objects for around 2 minutes. Upon pulling to the side of the road two of the objects sorta just blinked out, then one reappeared before vanishing, leaving just three objects which now formed a massive triangle shape. The triangle then just slowly rotated before each reddish/orange object vanished. Not sure what, or who that thing was, but it was not a plane, or group of planes, drones or Chinese lanterns. My girlfriend and I have seen sightings like this online and never thought we would ever witness something like it ourselves. Naturally we both opted to leave our phones at home and my mom's phone has a potato camera so we didn't get any photos or video. But I'm glad I could just be in the moment to experience it. Truly mind blowing.

Several stationary flashing lights were observed hovering over Hillsboro near the airport, Hillsboro Stadium area. Three of the lights were larger and brighter and more constant than the others, all flashing lights were on the same lateral level (distance from the ground). The other stationary lights would come and go with a cluster over Hillsboro, there were two on each end of the cluster and about the same distance from the cluster one which would have been over the Beaverton Tigard area. There were approximately 8 stationary flashing lights in the cluster. Video was taken with a time date stamp, the duration was 10 minutes. The lights stayed in formation, in that they did not change places.

Hundreds of lights in snake formation traveling above the planes that were coming in to land 3 miles north at Williams-Gateway Airport. Formation headed from north to south then straight up. Each light of snake like formation was at least as bright as a plane's lights, some lights beamed steady white, and some blue blinked, and was at least a mile long.

Outside with husband watching Geminid Meteor shower when what at first appeared to be a flock of birds in the sky realized it was NOT, 10 to 15 small long ovals glowed slightly, went straight across sky but also appeared wavy and in formation. Moved too fast and smooth to be a plane also made no noise. Spotted by Peadens Seafood Restaurant.

A formation of 2 objects (1 pulsing deep ruby-red light at a higher altitude, and 1 pulsing deep ruby-red light that also had a periodic phosphorescent strobe, following behind and below the first object) were observed moving from the southeast to the northwest, seemingly at a high altitude or otherwise totally silently, and at a very high rate of speed, traversing the whole visible sky from horizon to horizon in about 4 minutes. No green or white navigation lights were observed on or to the side of either object, and the phosphorescent strobe on the second object seemed to be oriented vertically above it rather than on a wing or tail, and was itself comprised seemingly of 3 or 4 vertically clustered strobing points of light. Despite the apparent altitude, the lights were very large. A commercial airliner was observed crossing near the flightpath of the 2 objects at a similar altitude on a perpendicular heading. The appearance of the airliner in the sky was strikingly different from the 2 silent objects: by comparison, the objects' lights were much deeper and their colors more saturated than the airliner's obviously electrical lights. Going from east to west went about 7 flashing lights all aligned at a 45 degree angle in St. George, Utah. It was like there was a shift of brightness moving across from side to side of the formation like there was bright part moving through them. When it was over me, they ranged about half of the sky, and got smaller as it moved out of view. Moving relatively slow across the sky. Took about 3 minutes to move out of sight. Woke my dad up to see them and we were both in awe because there was no other explanation. Got a video but pretty hard to see the lights.
