It was early morning and very dark. The light in the sky was first observed as it moved from the western sky and was moving east. It looked like it could be a plane as it was about the right height. It looked like it could be a star as it was a single light. It glowed the same color as a star would. There were no additional lights associated with the object. The object moved faster than the planes we typically see pass overhead and it moved in a zig zag pattern as well as moving in a straight path from west to east. The zig zag movement did not appear to be overly broad as it deviated from a straight line of flight, but the motion was noticeable enough to attract our attention. The zig zags did not appear to be a part of a standard pattern. The object flew in a straight line for a matter of seconds, would zig right, zig left, return to original flight path heading east...a second or so later the object would again move in a random pattern left and right and then return to the original flight path. It continued flying east until it flew out of sight.

These definitely were not aircraft of any kind. The two orbs simply drifted towards my home and went overhead as they continued on a southeastern path. Upon moving to the front yard to continue my observation, I saw that there were other UFOs which had apparently flown over my home before I noticed those coming from the northwest and back of my home.

I parked my car at 5:02 am on the morning of 9/7/23 and headed to building where I work. It was dark but I could still see a large black craft with no apparent windows coming from the north and headed southeast at about 25 miles an hour. There was a few small lights on the bottom of the ufo. I watched it slowly approach and fly over my building. I was in a state of shock but then rushed to the other side of the building to record what I could. I took an 18 second video of the object but sadly when I went to watch it there was nothing but static. You can hear the sound of the freeway but there is no picture. I have attached the video.

Every night, they are flying around three peaks. One has been close, once on video it left. They disabled my fuel truck twice, and I have seen two beings on the ground with me. They are large, and fast. Every night you guys can go out on highway 56, or be north of there and see them now at 11:30 PM. I'm not at the same job site, that I had the close encounter of the 3rd kind. I will warn you, you will have flu like symptoms if they get close to you, and would not suggest being alone after dark west of cedar city after dark.these guys can run on all fours.

My partner and I were servicing machinery close to 10 pm on Wednesday Sept. 6 2023 when he noticed the orange craft bouncing in the sky and he quickly pointed it out to me, as soon as I looked at it I knew it wasn't a plane or a drone, it was a very very bright orange light way up in the sky, it let off some sort of burst because you could see a light trail and then proceeded to bounce.. it almost looked like it was reappearing in another spot, like time travel or super speed, not a slow consistent path. And shortly after it disappeared. I have video evidence and 2 people that saw it at the same time in the same location.

Right at the above stated time, I noticed a plane flying over head heading South, south east. See flight tracker info for owner and flight information. This whit light which was about half as dim as the planes lights, and it flashed at a much slower rate. Would guess it took 1 sec to flash each time. It approached the plane from the NW closing in on the plane about at a 45 degree angle. I was thinking it was just going to cross. Then it abruptly turned to parallel the plane on the west side for 1 flash (1 second). The next time it lit up it was heading away from the plane also at a 45 degree angle towards the SW. Also 1 flash which took about 1 second. And as the plane flew away,. this light shot across half the sky heading east flashing twice with the same interval as before. It had to have covered 50 to 60 miles across the sky in 2 seconds. Every turn it took, I saw no arc in the light at all. No trail, No noise. I don't remember hearing the plane either. Quickly brought up the Flight Tracker app that I use. Found out the plane was a Cessna Citation flying at 15,000 feet descending into Orlando Executive Airport. Just went to walk go outside of the apartment complex. Looked over and saw lights flying as airplane, but sometimes shaking side to side. Lights pattern does not correspond to airplane. It was light a yellow star of 6 or 8 points, with a red circle in the middle. Flight pattern was from 42.725611329717715, -83.0310610191616 to 42.73566765566228, -83.02167009855278, the disapeared in the layer of light cloud, not showing up again.

I was looking into our new telescope when my wife said what is that? I turned around and saw a dozen orbs or spheres approx. 20 feet in diameter and very bright in perfect formation traveling from west to east at approx. 150 mph. and 1000 feet from the ground. The craft appeared less than a mile from our view point. A small airplane was seen traveling at a greater height heading south westerly and may have also seen them. the lights continued across the sky to the east and then dimmed and vanished completely within plain view. My son came outside and we then observed about 6 other bright lights very high in the sky two of them in close formation as they would sometimes become very bright then vanish entirely. Approximately at sunset 7:15-7:30 while leaving house to take evening walk my spouse and I noticed an oddly shaped object in the cloudless south east sky around 10-11 o'clock if 12 is overhead. Altitude appeared to be less than 10,000 feet. It's shape looked more oval than a cylinder and was highly reflective. Size was less than a 1/4 inch if between my outstretched fingers. It moved silently in a deliberate straight line past our house facing southeast to the southwest traveling maybe a few hundred knots if actually 5,000-10,000 feet in altitude. I ran into house to check flight radar phone app as it moved past however no recorded air traffic was in the vicinity. As it faded from view in the south east over either land south of San Francisco or the Pacific Ocean the now small dot reflected a golden bright light and appeared to leave a faint trail behind. My eyes are often looking up and I enjoy watching birds and tracking planes but this was the most out the ordinary thing I've seen. Thus my first ufo report.

We were driving on NJ turnpike. Looking at New York shy line. Saw rectangle object with no wings. Asked wife to video. It started to move then disappeared leaving a round circular cloud that kept moving. Also it you look gram by gram you can see another object pass by at very high speed. I noticed a tiny, rectangular cloud in the SW, about 40 degrees above the horizon in an otherwise cloudless sky. The cloud was strange looking, so I took a photo and instantly noticed a very bright, round object appear some distance to the left of the cloud. This object disappeared, and I looked away for perhaps 3-4 seconds. When I looked back, a short, vertical contrail or cloud was fully formed in the same area. This trail was roughly 25 times the length of the small rectangular cloud that was still apparent and intact to its right. I began to take photos of that area of sky, when another bright object appeared briefly to the left of and above the trail. After this object (#2) vanished, another tiny vertical, rectangular cloud appeared some distance beneath that object’s location. The cloud seemed to reverse-fade into existence fully formed, rather than spreading forward as a contrail would do. I called a neighbor who quickly began watching, too. We were discussing the odd trail and tiny rectangular clouds, when another bright object appeared near the trail (#3). Neither of us could switch back to our camera screen fast enough, so there are no images of #3, and no associated cloud or trail formation appeared. After the first photo, #7268, the number sequence skipped to #7272 and then continued in the proper sequence. I’m not sure if photos were taken and are missing, or if the sequence simply skipped those numbers for some technical reason. I was using an iPhone 12. There are 8 photos, but I was only allowed to upload 4. For reference, the first photo shows the first tiny cloud above and to the right of the telephone pole. Birderswith long lenses all saw 100% still stationary big white opaquish pill shaped but vertical object by descending moon in perfectly clear blue sky. No clouds. It did not move, unaffected by winds aloft. Jetliner high passes just above it.then vanished in thin air.suddenly not there. Had seen similar but silver over wilsonville in summer 2019 but before it too vanished 2 silver saucers came out one on either side, each circled in a perfectly unearthly motion, also unaffected by the atmosphere or physical and then both in again perfect direct line departed. Nw at a speed too fast for man-made anything. Background lifelong in aviation, no technology that unaffected by the physical, that fast or that most markedly exact precise motion.

As I was in the parking lot I look up and see a bright round circular object in the sky, it is to early and light out for the stars to come out yet, so I think it is a plane. I look back and it is slowly moving up. It finally stops and then it disappears. About 30 seconds later, it reappears at the same place I first saw it, it went up and disappears, this happens about 5 or 10 times. Then I look back and see it dart off to the side, fast. I blink and it is gone, a round light moving around in strange ways. this is no plane nor a weather ballon.

Le 6 septembre 2023, vers 7h40, un témoin (T1) et son conjoint (T2) observent depuis une fenêtre de toit située à l'étage de leur habitation à Châteaugiron (35) un PAN. T1 le décrit comme un double rectangle de couleur marron, tandis que T2 l'interprète comme deux ellipses solidaires, l'une présentant un trou laissant voir le ciel (voir croquis des témoins en annexe 1). Le PAN se déplace lentement, sans émettre de bruit, du nord-nord-ouest vers le sud-sud-ouest. La durée totale de l'observation est estimée à environ trois minutes. T1 parvient à photographier le phénomène alors qu'il s'éloigne (annexe 2). Les témoins remplissent tous deux un Questionnaire Technique (QT) qu'ils transmettent au GEIPAN respectivement en septembre et en novembre 2023. Le 25 novembre 2023, une enquête de terrain est menée, incluant des entretiens cognitifs avec les deux témoins. Ces derniers confirment les informations recueillies lors des questionnaires sans aucune contradiction. Au vu de la forme du PAN, seule l'hypothèse d'un ensemble de 2 ballons portés par le vent a été étudiée : - la forme : deux ellipses, horizontale et verticale. L'hypothèse de deux ballons en forme de "O" par exemple, très courant pour les ballons festifs (anniversaire...), entrelacés est cohérente (voir dessin de T2, très évocateur). - la couleur marron foncé : non déterminant, toutes les couleurs sont possibles. - la taille du PAN évaluée par les témoins à bout de bras est de l'ordre de 3 cm. Or il s'avère qu'une surestimation au moins d'un facteur 2 a dû être rapportée (test par les témoins de la taille angulaire de la Lune). En partant d'une taille apparente de 1,5 cm on obtient une taille de l'ordre d'1 mètre à 53 m de distance, ce qui est plausible pour un ensemble de 2 ballons. - la trajectoire linéaire avec oscillations est tout à fait cohérente avec des ballons portés par le vent, la géométrie de l'ensemble peut être instable en raison de leur forme dissymétrique, d'où les oscillations. - la station Rennes-St-Jacques, la plus proche, donne un vent faible nord nord-ouest, ce qui est conforme au déplacement du PAN ; celle d'Arbrissel, un peu plus éloignée, un vent d'ouest (annexe 3, météo avec heures en UTC). - l'élévation n'est pas déterminante, mais la constance de celle-ci est conforme à celle de ballons évoluant selon une trajectoire rectiligne restant parallèle au sol. - la vitesse apparente est régulière et relativement faible, ce qui est conforme à celle d'un objet passif porté par le vent. La consistance* de cette observation est bonne avec 2 témoins et une photo. Toutefois, celle-ci n'a pas pu être exploitée. Egalement, une enquête terrain accompagnée d'un entretien cognitif des 2 témoins a été menée. Malgré une apparence inhabituelle, qui est perçue comme étrange pour les témoins, l'hypothèse retenue est celle d'un ensemble de 2 ballons entrelacés portés par le vent pour lequel toutefois il subsiste une incertitude quant à sa vitesse et à sa direction exacte de déplacement. Le GEIPAN classe le cas en « B » : observation probable de ballons. *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage.
