Vers 7h du matin le 12 décembre 2012 un témoin est intrigué par un bruit sourd puis observe un phénomène lumineux suivi du passage rapide d'une boule de couleur bleu ou jaune. Aucune trainée n'est aperçue. Le récit de l'observation évoque nettement l'aspect d'un gros bolide : puissant phénomène lumineux de quelques secondes, accompagné d'un bruit. La date de l'évènement est très proche du pic de l'esaim d'étoiles filantes des Géminides. Le BOAM (http://www.boam.fr) signale l'enregistrement de nombreux évènements de ce type à ce moment là (les caméras sont installées dans le Nord de la France, et n'ont probablement pas capturé ce bolide là, situé au sud de Toulouse). Le GEIPAN classe ce cas "B" : observation d'un bolide, probablement issu de l'essaim des Géminides. [GEIPAN classification B — Bolide]
