Le 17 juillet 2013 à 23h58 un témoin observe depuis sa fenètre le passage dans le ciel dégagé d'un bolide sur une trajectoire descendante. La description d'un "Objet incandescent d’une lumière blanche sans trainée, très rapide" correspond parfaitement à un bolide (rentrée atmosphérique d'un météoroïde). Il n'y a pas eu d'enregistrement par des caméras automatiques, mais un autre témoignage semblable a été reçu au GEIPAN, à un heure déclarée très proche : à Saint-Germain-Sur-Ille (35) à 23h45 observé à l'Est, se déplaçant du Nord vers le Sud. On rappelle que ces phénomènes de bolides, perçus comme souvent très proches par les témoins, se produisent de 100 à 50 km d'altitude, et sont donc visibles sur une zone d'environ 200 km de diamètre. Le GEIPAN classe ce cas "B" : observation probable de bolide. [GEIPAN classification B — Bolide]
