I was walking back from the mailbox and was looking at the contrails and cirrus clouds. I noticed what I thought was a jet in the western sky flying from east to west, but then noticed it wasn’t making a contrail. I stopped to look more closely and saw that it was an oblong (short cigar shaped) object without wings. It was slightly too long and thin to be any of the blimps/dirigibles I had every seen. It was very high, guessing somewhere above the level of the contrails and moving very fast for what I thought the altitude to be. It appeared very light grey/tan, just a little darker than the clouds. I was hoping to get another look after it passed behind a very wide contrail, but never saw it again.

While traveling on an unlit road toward the Belt Highway at 1:00, two dark forms slowly crossed the road just above the tree line. The rate of speed was slow enough that the objects, moving perpendicular in relation to the vehicle, took more than 5 seconds to traverse the 2-lane road before disappearing behind the trees. They were rectangular or cigar-shaped, and were completely silent as they moved. From a distance, the objects looked as if a slight gray haze surrounded them, but as we approached, it became clear that they were solid and much darker black than the clear night sky around them. Our car headlights may have caused the haze effect. Both objects moved at the same rate of speed and in such a tight formation that the two forms might have actually been two volumes joined together in some way. When I got to where they were when they swerved, I saw nothing in the road, but I saw overhead a craft that had what looked like it had white landing lights, but it was too enormous to be a plane. All I saw was the silhouette of it against a darkening sunset sky. I saw no tail features or wings. It was just a dark and smooth cigar-shaped craft. To add to it, there were 3 Cessna chaser-planes tracking and following the craft which was moving very slow. The Cessna planes which were behind it were flying very unusually low. The unidentified craft was flying from the South going North as if following the railroad tracks where I noticed it. The area of town I saw this, 55th St south between Broadway and Seneca, is not a usual commercial flight zone. McConnell AFB is approximately 5-7 miles from the location I saw this. When I got home just 5 minutes after I witnessed this, my girlfriend said "The weirdest thing happened! The whole house shook just right before you got home and the lights flickered." That's when I told her what I saw and figured it happened at the same time I witnessed the craft. We live less than a quarter mile as the crow flies from the railroad tracks cross 55th street where the craft was witnessed.

Sitting in hot tub when a brilliant streak of whitish-blueish light flew horizontally across the sky out of nowhere with a quiet whistle sound and then dissapeared in a large collection of white sparks, did not look like a fire work or plane/missile; too low and quiet for a plane or missile and to fast and bright for a firework plus was traveling horizontaly not vertically like a firework.

I was driving over the 215 overpass headed from Redlands to Riverside (at the 215/I10 junction) when I saw a cigar shaped object moving from south to north, parallel to the earths surface in the western sky. The object initially looked like a blow torch flame, or the after burn out of a jet engine. I initially thought it was a rocket, but it looked nothing like the rockets I have seen launched from Cape Canaveral ( I live across the river from the JFK space center in Florida and have seen many launches). The flame/after burn died out and left only a white dot of light. This light slowed and there was a large conical white light that emitted from where the initial white dot was. I thought it could have been a spot light reflecting off clouds but it was a cloudless night, and it didn't look like a spot light. I also thought it was a search light from a helicopter, but it was totally different. The conical light stayed for about a minute or two then started to ! dim, and a green blob of haze started to form adjacent to where the white conical light had been. The green haze was fairly bright for another minute or two then it too slowly started to dim. This was all seen over the lights of the inland empire. I could see planes with landing lights, and what I saw was not a plane. I could also see stars through the light pollution, and this was not a star. I have no idea what this was, but would like to hear from someone else (other than myself and my three children) who saw this. It was mind boggling. I am not a big believer in UFO's but I felt obliged to submit this because I don't know what else to do. Very interesting stuff tonight. US Navy missile launch. PD

The ship was traveling from north/west towards south/east. It seemed to be about 5 miles out at cloud level. I say cloud level because it would enter a cloud bank and I could still see the flame reflect off the near by clouds. It would exit a bank of clouds move into a clear area. I stopped to watch it. I took pictures with my phone, but, they were not clear. The video I took shows a small dot not a clear object. My first thought was that it was a nuclear missile. Reason I say that, I lived in Orlando, Florida, for 20 years. I saw many Canaveral rocket launches from Kennedy from Orlando. The movement of ! the object was steady, not wobbly as in those old Flash Gordon movies. I read about the launching in Los Angeles and wondered if they traveled that far.

At 1:50 am, I saw huge craft on side of craft were several blinking red lights two at a time would flash and in a row two would blink, than next two than next two, cigar shaped longer than a football field, came from the way of Waretown to Barnegat in the path towards Manahawkin, NJ, floating like above close to Rt. 9 going south, no noise could be heard, and was lower than the tree line, just floating in the air towards south....

traveling west on west moore lake rd.I noticed what I first thought to be a small aircraft. This was within 5 miles of a airport. It appeared to be moving about half the speed it should fly. this craft was only 500 to 800 feet up. so I looked closely. craft did to not appear to have wings, so I looked for a tail, no tail either. at this point I was looking through small bare trees, though still clear to view. I slowed car to 15 mph and viewed. This was clearly not a plane. It was a cigar shaped bright stainless steel looking craft. moving perhaps 50 mph in bright sunshine. I thought, wow, I am actually seeing a ufo. no mistake here, clear as a bell. At this point I pass Fridley High school, so I sped up to get up to stop sign where there is clear view for several miles. It was gone. could not say if it disappeared or sped off. There is no doubt here. a clear sunny daylight sighting of a shining cigar shaped craft 30 to 40 feet long. 5 to 8 feet thick, no windows I could detect. In the span of ten seconds out of view, it was gone. No balloon, no drone, no remote plane, or any other simple thing to explain it. I saw something not explainable.

My dad and I were coming out of my high school to the parking lot. In the sky, we saw a very slow moving object with a white light in the front and a flashing red light in the back. It made a sort of faint humming sound. We started to follow the object and we got pretty close. Then all of a sudden, is disappeared, after around 15 minutes, we located it again and it was parallel to the road we were on. It was probably about a quarter mile to right of us no more than 500 feet in the sky. It started to move very fast and we were going 40 mph and this object was going faster than us from a quarter mile away. It had to at least been going 300mph+. Then it just disappeared. We searched for around 10 more minutes, but we did not see it again.

driving south I saw a bar of white lights. Very bright and then it turned and i saw like a airplane silver or grey. I'm near airforce base and see planes all the time. I was driving south and lost it, but also saw 4 jets in the same area. I pulled over and could not see it or jets for 10 minutes

Standing in my backyard with my wife and son, having just received a newly purchased Canon 400 mm telephoto lens, I was testing its tracking and focusing capabilities attached to my Canon 60D body. I photograph aircraft and birds as a hobby. Conditions were clear blue skies with minor sized clouds. A single engine plane was moving North to South at between 1 and 3,000’ and because it was about to enter a lone cloud I advanced the camera to an anticipated interception point beyond the cloud, that is when the object came into view. I immediately asked my wife and son if they could see the object (not wanting to lose sight due to its faintness at 400 mm focal length). When they denied seeing it I asked my son to hurry over and grab the beverage as I was holding in my left hand. It took approximately 5-10 seconds for him to take the beverage from me and during that time the object did not appear to move. I then steadied the camera and took the picture. Next I then dropped the camera to preview what I had just photographed which took about 10 seconds then returned the camera vertically and never saw it again. I performed a very meticulous search/scan with no luck. At no time could I see it with the naked eye.

I was in southern Idaho camping in a remote mountainous area where there were no towns, buildings or lights of any kind. I was about 6500 feet elevation and as far as I knew I was the only one camping for many miles. I had a campfire going at the edge of a large open meadow. It was about 8pm and I saw a bright white light in the night sky above me and a little to my left. The light was bright then it would dim down to where it was completely dark. The light would appear again around 30 seconds later, then dim down each time. After a dozen times of it doing this I started timing it, but the flash of light was intermediate....at least 30 seconds to a minute before it would flash again. The light did not appear to be moving as I positioned its location using trees and a star. I ruled out a helicopter or any conventional aircraft as they have lights that are either on constantly or flashing. there was no light at all on this object other than the one bright flash of light, then it dimmed down to darkness. There was no spotlight going to the ground either. Two of the flashes though were very bright...maybe 3 or 4 times brighter than the others. After 30 minutes of so it had moved just east of me as short ways. After another 10 minutes it stopped altogether. There was no noise. When the light dimmed down just before going off I thought I could very briefly see the reflection of the object. It was elongated, but not real long. No wings either and the light was on the end facing me. There were no other colors than white. I had a powerful spotlight, but I didn't want to turn it on out of concern that I might get a "visitation". Seriously it was amazing to watch, but I was glad when it was finally gone. I don't why it was there except for it wanting to watch my campfire. With one more burst of light it moved on in an easterly direction.

While recording some black hawk helicopters over my house with my iPhone in slow motion after reviewing the video I saw a object move quickly much faster than the helicopters from the bottom right to the left when this was in slow motion I did not see anything at the time when I was recording this only after reviewing it. We suspect a bird or insect. Wingbeats are visible. PD

It was as high as the clouds, cigar shaped, white, made no noise, had no chemtrail, was faster that any jetliner at the hight it was going, must of been huge, or atleast large. I grabbed my binoculars to try to see it, but I couldnt get a good view, but as i was trying to look, it disappeared without a trace, it could have gone behind a cloud, and that could mean it was a plane, but there was no trail at all. Im sorry if it could be a false alarm.
