Témoignage récent (2015) d'une observation ancienne (1993). Le 06 janvier 1993 à 19h10 trois personnes (un adulte et deux enfants) observent au-dessus des réverbères de la rue, le passage silencieux d'un engin de forme triangulaire. De couleur sombre, il est éclairé par une lumière rouge au centre et plusieurs lumières blanches groupées à chaque extrémité. Il part soudain à très grande vitesse et disparaît derrière une montagne en direction d'Annecy. Un seul témoignage a été rapporté. Compte tenu des éléments analysés dans le rapport d'enquête ci-joint, nous pouvons conclure que le manque d’information et les données testimoniales du chapitre 3.0 (en particulier l’ancienneté du cas) ne permettent pas de trancher en faveur d’une quelconque hypothèse. Ce témoignage est d’une consistance faible : détaillé mais très ancien. Témoin oculaire unique et pas de documents photo ou vidéo. Ce cas est classé en « C » comme observation d’un phénomène non identifiable en l’état, le manque important d’éléments ne permettant pas d’établir un avis solide.
