It is 4:28 AM as I type this right now. At approximately 2:45 A.M. I decided to go for a late night walk on a nature trail near Walnut Creek in Nortwest Austin. I stepped outside my front door and noticed an acrid smell, which I would describe as being like burning copper wires. I could smell it for several yards until I got near to the trail, where the only thing I could smell was soggy Juniper and Live Oak bark. While heading back home after a walk up the trail, I noticed something in my peripheral vision in tne sky, at 3:32 AM. I looked at it for 5-8 seconds. It was a very long, thin, and dimly-lit dark object with roughly 7 distinctly spherical lights on it. I watched it fly across the sky and out of view (trees obscured my vision). It appeared to be dropping lower as it zipped across the sky. I have no training in how to discern the size and distance of objects that are far away, but my intuition tells me it was roughly 1200 feet in the air, nearly a half mile away, and maybe 400 feet long. I must emphasize that this object was very dimly lit and that it would have been very difficult to see it the sky wasn't cloudless, and the moon as bright as it is tonight. It was a very bright night. The lights on this object were like weak LED lights. The object was moving from South to North at around 300-400mph over Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park and headed toward 1-35. I was located near the St David's Medical Center building on the railroad tracks. I am 100% certain this was not a plane because it made no noise at all. The moment I saw the object I got an ominous sensation and the hair on my head and body stood up. After I lost sight of it I immediately ran out of the trail and on to Park Bend Dr, and sprinted home. I would describe this object as being more like a drinking straw than a cigar.

We watched it go straight down into the hills looking to the west. The second was smaller, stayed to the right of the 1st object, This was with orange light/lights, shape indistinguishable. Attention was on the larger object and did not see where the orange object went. They were high enough so we thought they were airplanes/then maybe satellites originally. While in the car, looked up and saw a very strange shaped aircraft and sat still and motionless in the sky, it then slowly started moving, stopped again, then started to move again it almost seemed like it was following us, I was recording it and maybe they knew???, but after a bit it seemed to take off, it also looked like it had some weird black thing in the middle of it, maybe an opening or somthing like that

My boyfriend and I were driving westbound on I-70 towards Columbus, near Pataskala, when I noticed a shiny object in the sky to our right. At first I thought it was an airplane but on second look I saw that it was larger and fatter than an airplane. It was oblong cigar-shaped, very shiny like the Sun reflecting on silver metal. It was sort of hanging in the sky at a slight angle. I pointed at it, and my boyfriend said he saw it too. When I looked back it was gone. The sky was clear blue with no clouds. We did see an airplane very high in the sky leaving a Chemtrail. The object appeared again, and then disappeared completely.

Myself and a friend were star gazing in my back yard, when an object crossed the sky. There was no light coming from the object but light from the moon refracted around it. The object appeared massive as there was a commercial Jet that flew below it. It was closely followed by a second identical craft. My friend noticed the craft first, and at her excitement, I Looked to where she was pointing in the sky and saw both Craft as well. There was no sound emitted from the craft. The craft traveled northwest across the sky.

A CIGAR SHAPED OBJECT OBSERVED TO THE EAST (OVER THE GREAT SALT LAKE) WITH BRIGHT BLUE SPOTLIGHT SHINING. OBJECT HAD A ORANGE HALO VISIBLE TO MAKE US THINK IT WAS CIGAR SHAPED. THE WAY THE LIGHTS WERE IT WAS ALMOST IF THERE WAS SOME TYPE OF SPIN. AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES THE BLUE LIGHT WENT AWAY, AND THE ORANGE HALO FADED INTO A WHITE AND WAS VISIBLE FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. HUSBAND AND I ARE BOTH AIRCRAFT MAINTAINERS AND THERE WAS NO WAY A PLANE COULD HAVE HELD THIS POSITION.

I walked outside at 1700 on April 8, 2016. It was a sunny day with large bulky clouds and 70 degrees. Saw two buzzards circling and looked above them and noticed a thin white cigar shape quietly moving slowly between clouds. The direction was from north to south and lasted about 60 seconds before I lost visibility. Very strange because no sound was heard and no wings were seen. Usually a silver or metallic appearance is visible from a plane that low and wings should have been seen. If a pencil is held at arm's length, the eraser would provide an example of the size (width) of the shape seen this day.

I walked outside to smoke a cigarette in my backyard around 11:30pm. I’ve been looking for ufos my whole life, but have never actually seen one. My grandfather was a ufo “quack” and said he’d seen a few, and told me you can identify them by their movements, because they can move laterally, unlike a plane, and up and down as well. These objects were beyond the brush of trees separating my yard from our neighbor’s yard, and I thought initially they were just extraordinarily bright stars, though I wondered why there were three of them (at first) in a unique formation. I noticed those first, and kept smoking my cigarette, then saw what I thought was a plane or two fly across the sky overhead. I had never anticipated ufos having flashing lights similar to those of planes (that’s how I know that what I see when I occasionally observe the sky thinking to chance to see a ufo—mostly out of nostalgia for my grandfather, though I do find the subject interesting—are just planes). I heard the sound of a plane passing by, but since the sound is delayed from that distance, I didn’t know which objects were emitting the noise. I followed the objects across the sky, and they went in the general direction of the other objects, but didn’t “meet up” with the others, as I half expected them to. At this point I still thought the two I’d seen overhead (not in the sky across my neighbor’s yard) were planes, but then I saw a passenger plane with its lights on fly straight (and only straight) across the sky, and pinned the noise on that. I kept watching to see if once the nearest plane passed, the delayed sound of its flight would remain as I scanned the other objects, but it didn’t. When I looked back at the sky across my neighbor’s yard, these two objects—two flashing lights (red and white, I believe) at each end, it seemed—were flying slowly and soundlessly in an ascending pattern, then dipping again. I wondered if they were drones (flying illegally), because maybe drones make less noise than planes, but counting them all together, at different points in the sky, I believe I saw about six, so I didn’t know what to make of it. I thought also they might be helicopters, for a fire nearby or something, but they seemed close enough to emit some noise (like a helicopter would, I think), and emitted none. The objects (speaking of these last two primarily) seemed also to appear slightly larger and smaller at various points, as if they were also not just moving laterally and up or down, but also ever so slightly (from my visual perspective) in my direction and then back again. At this point there were two objects left, and I made out (I think) the shape of the one to the right. It was hard to know the shape of the others, but they all seemed to have blinking lights (again, unexpected), but between the blinking red and white lights at each end of the one I could see, there seemed to be a cigar-shaped body to the object. These two objects made their way up, and then slightly down, moving to the left of my vision at a slow but steady pace all the while, and they seemed to concentrate themselves (this is in general of most of the objects I saw, but these two as well) into a bright single point of light occasionally, something resembling like a lightning bug or a fairy in a disney m! ovie. I got in my car and drove down the street to the martinsville part of the mountain (I live on the mountain section of warren nearby), trying to trace the lights, and drove around for about a half an hour looking for them, but came back without successfully tracking one. When I got back to my house there were no objects left in the sky anywhere around. I’m a grad student in english lit at montclair state university. I live with my cousin and a friend of ours. I grew up in flemington,nj and went to hunterdon central high school. I worked for a few years at central medical supply delivering equipment but then decided to go back to school to hopefully become a professor (hope that’s enough background info.).

I saw the object over my home, I quickly went inside to get my camera. When I got outside, I was able to get 2 good shots! It was moving as quickly as an airplane, but made NO sound! It was shaped like a blimp, but it had NO stabilizers, basket, or fan, like a blimp would have! I am an Air Force veteran and to this day, I don’t know what it was??

My wife and I were driving northbound on I-25 from Colorado Springs to Denver. The sighting happened somewhere between CO 470 and Yale Avenue. We had seen several commercial aircraft flying at low altitudes over the interstate coming from DIA before the sighting. We then saw two flat, white discs or cigar shaped objects. We were looking at them edge on, they were definitely not saucer or dome shaped. The objects were moving at approximately the same altitude and speed relative to the other commercial airliners. The two objects caught our attention because they seemed to move similar to the aircraft previously seen, but didn't have wings and appeared at least twice the size of the commercial airliners. In comparison with the Sun, they would have fit almost perfectly into the radius of the Sun's circle, with perhaps some overlap for the object closest to us (further south). They looked like thin, bring white lines across the deep blue sky. Today was a beautiful sunny day, so their bright white color against the deep blue back drop was very easily seen. I estimated they were a good 5 to 10 miles ahead of us, looking due North. Of course, I'm not a good judge of aerial distances, but I use the other commercial aircraft in the area as my point of reference for this estimation. One of the objects was obviously closer to us (further south) while the second appeared smaller and seemed to be few miles further North than the first object closest to us. They appeared to move from an E to a NW direction, similar to the commercial aircraft coming out of DIA over downtown Denver headed west over the mountains. Then, they suddenly stopped over I-25 or perhaps just west of I-25. At this point we were looking at them NNW of our viewpoint on I-25N. The two objects then hovered for about 30 seconds max (possibly less) and then began to turn a reddish orange color, slowly becoming more and more transparent with the blue sky - and then poof! They disappeared! This all happened in less than a minute and we were traveling at 80 mph. So unfortunately, we didn't get a photo or video of the event. However, it did shake up my wife and was very unsettling to her. She has not been one to believe in UFO's and when I tried to talk to her about it afterward, she was very uncomfortable and didn't want to discuss it. I know what I saw and this was something very "unidentifiable." If anyone else on I-25 at this same time headed northbound along side us looked up in the sky to the North-Northwest, they would have seen the same thing. I would imagine anyone in those commercial aircraft headed west out of DIA would have also seen this.

I live in Mt. Shasta, California. I am about 60 miles from the Oregon border. About two weeks ago, I saw a cigar or tube shaped craft flying northward, and my eyes and my daughter followed it for about 5, or so, minutes duration, until out of sight over the Mountain. I saw the same kind of craft last year that was somewhat higher in the sky this this latest one. Oddly enough, they both took the same flight path though a year apart. South to the North and out of sight. Both days I/we saw this, it was a clear blue sky with the sun behind us. We used binoculars on the first one, from last year and I will attached a picture of that one. I can't embed the picture with this report as the computer says I'm missing some DLL file. I will send it separately using my name and today's date. This year’s sighting was of the same type of craft, same flight route. Low enough to get over the 14,000 foot mountain and not much more. At no time during either sighting, there were no wings visible during the whole sighting, which literally was watched from the south to the north. No flashing lights on either sighting. No noise was heard. It wasn’t flying that fast. No tail rudder, no wings, no exhaust, no noise, no windows, no writing on it, no flashing lights or a hint of wings in the sun at any time produced a sight other than a tube or cigar shaped flying craft. It should be noted that both of these sightings were to the east side of the regular planes normal N/S flight routes. I would think that during either of these sightings, there must have been regular planes that saw it, being in the regular N/S flight area. So to recap last year and this year I , and others saw this tube/cigar craft flying N/S air routes, with the object this year was higher than the 2nd one. I also have seen this same type of craft fairly up close and personal when I was when I was 6. It should be noted that this first sighting was over the old drive in movie theater, and was HANGING STATIONARY with a tilt like this: /. I’d guess by the size of the trees now, that it was no more than 2 to 3 hundred feet in the air, not moving or drifting, again no sound, windows, writing or any burnt marks (as my dad showed me a paragraph it made in the Sacramento Bee, which claimed it was space junk falling to earth) That was absolutely not the case, even though it was about 1966 at that time, I had watched many rockets lift off as we enjoyed watching together. So I had an idea of what a regular rocket vs plane looked like at that time. I noticed many cars pulling off the road to watch this thing hanging the air at a such a low altitude, and not falling, flying, or moving at all. This was at the junction of HWY 89 where it enters I-5. Lots of cars pulled off the road to wat! ch. It actually got a bit boring to me as a kid, it wasn’t doing anything but hanging there and we finally left. So I told my Dad about it. After a few days, he showed me a newspaper report on the sighting which reported it as falling space junk.... I said no Daddy, that’s not right. It wasn’t falling and there were no words on it, it was silver, not white, and no burn marks on it. My mother and younger sister were with me. My sister does not remember it. When I made the report of this first sighting, there was only 1 pilot who had also made a report of seeing this tube/cigar, in the air while he was flying in the area. Attached is the picture of the one I saw last summer. It is just like the one from a few weeks ago, same S to N flight, only higher than the one a few weeks ago. Thanks you for listening to my story.

Looking East over Hiawassee Road I saw a bright light in the sky. The light was cigar shaped. It was reddish orange on the top half and green on the bottom. There looked to be another sliver of light behind just below it. It hovered for approximately 10 seconds and then shot directly up at the speed of a shooting star and it disappeared.

I was on my way to my aunt's house when I just happened to look up to the right and immediately I noticed a dark cigar shaped UFO in the sky. It was kinda far away, but I knew that I was not looking at a plane. All of a sudden, it was like the UFO began reflecting the Sun, and it glowed a very bright orange. At this time the object became obscured by trees, and when it became clear again, the object was gone. I searched the sky for several minutes looking for the ufo, but I was able to find it again.

Second time in a week that I observed a rectangle shaped, bright white object over the Atlantic Ocean- observed from the beach. This time it moved further east from start to finish until I left the beach. It disappeared once during the 30 minutes I was observing it. There were 4 witnesses including me.

This was on a highway close to town where I saw a cigar shaped silver object which had no wings and no lights. It was about 800 feet up where a small plane would fly. It was flying at a steady speed and just kept on going off into the distance. I had seen a similar object in this same area about 5 years ago.

I was walking down the road on my phone I heard a loud roar flying over I looked and saw a 4ft long 2in diameter cigar shaped object flying fast as fast as 60 mph it then stopped and hovered it landed once then flew away it was landed 10 minutes period. Very high altitude. Traveling south just left of overhead. Much higher than planes coming into airport. Cigar shaped. Easily visible with sun setting on metallic form. No wings or lights. Heading south and turning toward SSE. Came back after a couple of minutes and crossed paths with a second identical object. Both disappeared.

Driving north from San Diego to Mammoth Mountain, just after civil twilight, our vehicle witnessed a series of lights lasting about 5-10 seconds in front of our vehicle (north). It was a definitive 5 lights burning heading in a left-wards vector with the lead light being the brightest. The driver of our car pointed it out. We all had a few seconds to look and remark on how we thought it was aliens. A few minutes (10 or so?). We witnessed the same thing again. Tried to get video, but the event ended before we could get any video. Perhaps this was meteors in the atmosphere, but this did not look like any shower I had witnessed before. Very amateur observation, but I figured I would report it.

Me and my brother were driving back from Yellowstone National Park. Driving past Pray, Montana, we encountered a cigar shaped flat disk floating approximately 100 feet away from us. This was about 40 miles outside of Livingston in the direction of Yellowstone. It was very dark out and the craft was hard to see but my brother is very keen. When he saw it approaching, I had him grab the wheel and I had the chance to see it for almost a minute. it had two very tiny yet very bright lights on each sides. They were bright white and transitioned into green and gave the silhouette of the craft away. We were very very close to the object. (less than 100 feet away). The object itself was about 40 feet long. It was able to move very efficiently and swiftly yet it always set itself in a very fixed location. Like it would zip to certain spots back and forth. It was a very upsetting and disturbing experience that left us with a lot of questions. It moved very low to the ground. We believe it may have landed but we were unsure for we were driving past it. I wanted to turn around, but my brother didn't want to, and that was probably a good call because I value my life. We are terrified and we hope no one is in any danger.

I was at the public beach in Delray ( north end). I was admiring the beautiful cloud formations when I noticed a very bright object, rectangle or oblong in the south east sky. It was too far for me to see the details. I first thought it was a reflection of the sun on a cloud but it didn't move when the clouds did. After about ten minutes, I didn't notice it there. Then after about ten more minutes, I saw it again, more directly east, it was stationary and was about 30 degrees above the horizon. (I am not good at knowing degrees, so I am guessing but you can observe it from my photos). There was a boat out in the ocean that looked as it may have been trying to go towards the object, I presume for curiosity sake. Then a small plane and two helicopters flew around above us at the beach. The black helicopter was hovering over the ocean, then moved over the beach (going east to west , yet sideways????), most likely trying to photograph it from a distance???? Not sure. Very odd to hear the two copters and a small plane at the same time in the same area.... I decided to take photos with my iPhone to document it, as it was not a usual sighting. Maybe it was a weather balloon? It was just odd....so bright -enough to stand out. It did not scoot around...but did go from south east to east within the 45 minutes I observed it, and it had disappeared during the location transition. The object was still there when I left. I am curious as to know what it may have been, any light you can shed would be appreciated.
