I was at the back door vaping when i seen a star shaped light moving from east to west . After seeing the first there were several more going in the same direction to which i called my partner to come and have a look . There was about a 20 to 30 second time gap between each light moving . Speed of the light was going from fast then to slow . There was around 8-9 objects all together. I managed to take a quick video of one of the objects which seemed to be the last one as their wasn’t any other object after .

Le 13 septembre 2022, vers 21h00, le témoin, dans le jardin de sa maison à Ruffec (16), observe vers l'ouest un point lumineux blanc se déplaçant en arc de cercle, de manière cyclique et répétitive au même endroit du ciel. Chaque apparition est entrecoupée d'une période de disparition, chaque cycle durant environ 6 secondes. Après un léger déplacement vers le bas et vers l'ouest-sud-ouest, le PAN disparaît définitivement au bout d'environ 5 minutes d'observation. La consistance* du cas est moyenne, avec un unique témoin, n'ayant pas pris de photo ou de vidéo du PAN. *Selon les critères du GEIPAN, la consistance est la quantité d'informations considérées comme fiables et objectivées, recueillies pour un témoignage. Quatre hypothèses ont été explorées (voir le compte-rendu d'enquête) : - hypothèse de l'observation d'avions, - hypothèse de reflets du Soleil sur satellites Starlink® (appelés «starlink flares »), - hypothèse d'animations lumineuses dues à un « skytracer » (projecteur braqué vers le ciel), - hypothèse de reflets sur des cristaux de glace en suspension dans l'atmosphère. Les deux dernières hypothèses ont rapidement été écartées pour les raisons suivantes : présence de nuages à l’étage moyen permettant de servir de support à des lumières projetées impossible à confirmer formellement pour un phénomène dû à un « skytracer », vent en altitude trop important empêchant la formation de cristaux de glace et leur maintien en altitude à peu près au même endroit pendant toute la durée de l’observation. S’agissant des deux premières hypothèses, la description du PAN évoque une observation de type aéronautique, puisque le PAN est décrit par le témoin comme ressemblant aux feux de position d’un avion. Une reconstitution du trafic aérien au moment de l’observation montre que de nombreux avions sont passés sur la trajectoire indiquée par le témoin. Toutefois, le nombre d’apparitions du PAN et leur rythme parait bien supérieur par rapport au nombre d’avions qui sont effectivement passés. L’hypothèse d’un amalgame entre un PAN unique effectuant des rotations, avec plusieurs passages d’avions est donc peu probable sans pouvoir le vérifier formellement. Enfin concernant l’hypothèse relative à l’observation de « flares » de satellites Starlink®, l’enquête a montré que, même si l’apparence du PAN rappelle celle de ces phénomènes d’éclats du Soleil sur ces satellites, cet astre est couché sous -29° soit en condition limite de la position requise (entre -30° et -45°) selon un azimut Nord-ouest (~312°) alors que l’observation orientée à l’ouest. De plus, Les PAN sont situés trop haut sur l’horizon : élévation estimée par le témoin comprise entre 45° et 60° pour une élévation requise maximale de quelques degrés (max 5°). Ainsi, cette hypothèse est incompatible avec les conditions d'observation. Le travail d’enquête n’a pas permis de rapprocher le PAN d’un phénomène connu, ainsi le cas garde donc une étrangeté résiduelle assez forte, essentiellement en raison de son comportement répétitif. En conséquence, le GEIPAN classe ce cas en « D », phénomène non identifié après enquête. [GEIPAN classification D — Phénomène étrange de consistance moyenne ou forte]

Ball of light very dimly moving in a zig zag pattern almost and would seam to slow down and jump across the sky, after a minute of watching this ball of light it glew brighter for 4 seconds then dimmed back out as it cross the sky and finally disappeared to nothing. 20 minutes later same thing was spotted but there were two dim lights and they seemed to be following the same pattern.

My husband and I saw a stationary bright green light flashing (inconsistently) high up in the sky. We saw a few planes fly by from multiple directions, so we know it wasn't a plane since it was not moving. After about 10 minutes, it dropped down past where we could see but so fast that it should have crashed. It dropped faster than if it just fell from the sky, it seemed controlled rather than a fall.

I had gotten off from work in Mpls at noon to surprise my mother with a weekend visit who was at her cabin outside of Ely, MN on Burntside Lake. I had made great time. It was fall and getting dark early. I was driving my el camino (about 70 mph) and looked at the clock. It said 2:22. I thought to myself, I only have an hour and a half and I'll be at mom's and it will still be light out. Immediately after thinking that I noticed a very bright light in back of me - about 1/4 mile behind me. I thought it had to be a motorcycle. 5 seconds later it had cut the distance in half. I thought it'll pass me, so I sped up. I was approaching a curve and it's a single lane road and I wanted to be around the curve before it tried to pass me. There was a deep ditch on my right and ledge rock/granite 12'-15' outcropping. I glanced in my rearview mirror - now the bright light was right on my tail. Just seconds had passed. The light was so bright I could not see what was behind it or to either side of my vehicle. I remember the noise of the radio and the announcer saying it was 2:23 and the news would be on shortly. The next thing I knew, I was in my el camino, still going 70 mph, at the exact same spot ONLY IT WAS DARK OUTSIDE. The radio announcer said it was 4:30 and the news would be on in 30 at 5. I looked in the rearview mirror and there was nothing behind me and nothing in front of me. Nothing had passed me. Not one thing had changed except the "vehicle" behind me was gone, it was now total darkness, and I wasn't going to make my mothers in daylight. I have no idea what happened. I felt fine, but weird. I was not hurt. I was not tired or sore. I was not sleepy. Just weird - like wtf just happened. I have no idea where the time went. I know I did not pull off the road for 2 hours. I had not done drugs. I remember every thing up to and after that 2+ hour time frame. I just knew something strange had happened. I also knew I had not been in danger. The next incident a couple years later, I was coming home in the winter. My husband and I had moved to Ely on Burntside Lake. I had been to a quilt club meeting. On my way home, about 8:30pm, in the winter so it was pitch black out, I came to a part on the gravel road next to the Lake. The moon was full and on the east side of the lake. It was beautiful so I stopped in the middle of the road. All of a sudden, between the moon and my car, up in the sky were a series of lights. A series of 8, one at a time, right after each other, repeating over and over as it travelled across the sky. I could see nothing except the lights, so I couldn't tell the shape or the size of the object. The repetition of the lights did NOT reflect on the water of the lake - I noticed this because the moon DID reflect on the lake. I stopped watching and went home. I still live here. Sometimes I feel like I am being watched - not often - more like something is checking up..............probably my imagination. The remainder of the "Characteristics" and "Close Encounter" only applies to my first encounter.

This entire summer that starts at approx. 2130-2230, there is several lights in the sky that look like stars, but they are much closer than stars. There are also several ones that have red, green, and blue lights. I always noticed them, and nothing happened, I thought they were drones. One night approx. 2 weeks ago around 0400 in the morning, I saw 2 lights that were flashing red, green and blue, and I shined a Streamlight flashlight in that direction. Once I did that a bright light dashed from the back of my house to the front and once it got to the front it dimmed the glow and hovered. Since then there has been several lights that fit this description. They next event with these lights was I was in my backyard looking up East in the night sky then from the North 2 lights came within several feet of me and I ran back in my house. They have been getting closer lately. They start at a higher distance and would get a closer distance when I would look up. First, they would stay at a certain height, but since the night one friend came over and I was pointing certain ones out, if he couldn’t tell which on I was pointing out I would shine a flashlight at it. Well when I did that the light was shorten the distance between be and them. Now they immediately get closer when I am outside. Even if I am not at my house, they will appear around me. This does not matter where I go this happens anywhere, I am going like; to the Fire Station, to a friend’s house, my grandma’s house or even to the store. They will follow me as I drive from point A to point B and back to my house. They use to follow at a distance but now it seems they follow at a closer distance. Even while in the city, like in Aurora, I will notice they are hovering somewhat close. The last few nights it will start out only with the brightest star and a couple of others visible. Once looking up in the night sky, they all start to appear and close the distance to the original height above me to extremely close. Another thing that happens is before going outside and looking up in the night sky my house is quiet, only the noise of my dogs, the TV, notifications from my phone, and basically typical noises from a quite residence. Noises from my dogs would include them in and out of the dog door, (not very often and they are relaxed at this time of the night). They rarely bark or jump and play inside the house at night. Other noises in my house would include the window AC unit, the TV and cars slowly driving by outside in the cul-de-sac. The located of my house is in a very quiet and relaxed subdivision. Which the statement about the noises is because once I see these lights in the sky, once I hurry back in my house, I now hear different noises. So, one very distinct noise that is faint, an I guess you can say like air passing through a vent. And then also, kind of like a very faint sound like something like Morse code. These lights do not dash away, do not try to hide, they may dim in brightness but never fully disappear. This happens every single night and starts at approx. between 2130 and 2230 and finally stops when it is light out. This seems to be only around my house. I have several questions about all this. What are these lights? Why do they follow me? Why is it anywhere I go? Did I do something wrong an upset whatever whoever it is? Is this something human controlling this, like a drone? Are they drones? There is to many for one or two persons to be flying them. I guarantee if someone would come to my house, you will see all that I am explaining. I would be so happy and appreciative of this if someone did come out, as I feel very uneasy at my own house! I just want all this explained.

I spotted this object hovering in the same position from my garden.I immediately went and got my phone and managed to get 3 pictures of this object.There was no noise at all,just after taking the last picture the object got extremely bright underneath then it disappeared vertically within a few seconds.I have never seen anything move so fast in the sky before.I was a trawler Skipper for many years and have seen many shooting stars,space debris breaking through the earth's atmosphere but never seen anything like this especially during the day.I would like to try and find out what this object was it is certainly something I have never witnessed in my lifetime.You will see from the photos that some sort of bright light was coming from the underneath of this object.

Ball of light UAP, matching speed with my vehicle, then accelerated and decelerated as I drove. This UAP then situated itself near my home about at about a 70 degree angle in the sky across from my home and stayed there for an extended period of time. Prickly sensations in my body, especially in my feet, legs. Pressure all around my cranium and a distinct pressure across my forehead. Tension in my neck, back, shoulders, and down my legs. Eyes twitching and other muscular twitching and spasms . Musculoskeletal pain throughout my body as well as a general feeling of being unwell. We have been coming outside at night to see what we could see and got this awesome picture. I have videos too. My boyfriend, his 10 y/o son and myself took some still picture videos last night, because they were super active last night and seen this. No sound. Very awesome!

A bright Yellow light the size of a Semi-Truck's Headlight's that're on Bright formed above the tree line and shot straight up after 2 seconds of being seen and straight up disappeared. We stopped to look but there was no noise, no nothing. The light was just a yellow ball, and we would've heard it if it was a airplane or anything cause we had the windows down driving 20 MPH. Also usually crickets and other insects are chirping through out the night on that road, but there was literally nothing, not even the deer that patrol that road were out.

I saw two large lights like triangles with soft edges dart across the sky. The lights were close to each other and looked large like the moon. There was no noise. Because of the size it looked like it was flying close to the ground. The lights were much too large to be something fixed to an airplane. This all occurred near my home and after sunset but before the complete night sky. The time indicated on the form is a broad guess.

I was standing on my porch Friday September 9th 2022 facing west in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. there is usually a star or I'm assuming it is a planet that is stationary but slowly moving north west. I saw above it what looked to be a star that was going on and off like a slow flashing light. I start recording and then it starts flashing red and green. I thought at first it was a star because it was not moving it was hovering. I start making a tick tock and all of a sudden it got super super bright turned off and got super bright again and then jetted to the north and back a little bit. I started screaming for my boyfriend who wouldn't come and by that time I was super scared and my footage wasn't great but could see some of it. My camera cut off. After it cut off I seen it go back over go up and then in the sky I would assume it was going west but it looked like it was going down and I couldn't see it because the trees was in the way after that. I know what I saw is not normal it wasn't a plane whatever I saw was something out of this world it is on my tick tock if you need proof.

Saw electrical images inside the house and outside the house. Cluster of lights and shadows moving around house. Saw the cluster of lights floating up towards the sky. They communicate telepathically and I hate hearing them. They always threaten me with their words and fowl language!!! Drained the car battery and the tv died. Saw them doing experiment on my cat then she died and they laughed!

My wife and I saw 3 or 4 lights hovering in place then rapidly moving in circles and figure eight patterns at non human capable speeds back and forth, from still / hovering, to rapid movements for about ten minutes. There was overcast clouds and they were coming from above, not from the ground. There was no cone as there would be if it was coming from the ground from a spotlight or bright flashlight.

At 8:43-8:846 last night my Husband and oldest son were sitting on the back porch when a lower (lower than airplanes) flashing light was seen to the west. It was dark and cloudy out and moving extremely slow in the sky. For 3 mins we watched this bright slow flashing but continuous light was creeping through the sky. There was only one light. It slowly, very slowly faded away. We've never seen anything like it in our sky here at home. It was very bright in the clouds and several miles away you could tell. Planes and aircraft fly through these clouds and areas all throughout the day and we've never seen a light like this one.

I was outside looking for star link satellites. Lately I have noticed a bright ball or star shaped glowing yellow object go over my house and over a field in roughly the same direction as every last time I see it. It’s not a satellite because they don’t orbit around the world in one day in takes a long time for them to pass my house again. I decided to pull out my flight radar 24 tracker on my phone to see if it was a jet. I didn’t pop up on the radar that there was a aircraft in the air in the direction of this object. I also noticed jets in the air and there lights flashing up higher in the air than the ufo I was witnessing. That’s another reason why this couldn’t be a satellite because they would be really high up if they were in orbit in space. You can still see satellites in space just not as well as what I was seeing. The light on this ufo stayed a constant yellow never blinking or flashing or dimming. Jets or helicopters and ever airplanes have lights that flash. This couldnt have been a aircraft. To be honest I’m not really sure what I’m witnessing but i would like help. While walking my dogs just before sunrise in the countryside in Urbanna just north of US-17 on Reed Drive, I saw a three-pointed star in the western sky over Jamaica. It consisted of continuous, smooth white light. It did not move. After about five minutes, I saw a different object just above the western horizon. It had white lights punctuated by distinct round circles and was larger because it was closer to me. I saw the two objects in the sky at the same time. The closer one vanished a moment after I spotted it. Several minutes later, the first object vanished. Several minutes after that, I saw a bright light in the southern sky, which soon vanished. I did not have my mobile phone on hand. Too bad!

Neighbor called about the lights in the sky, I went outside, saw the red lights, could not see shape of craft. No sounds. Followed one after the other. Then three in a row, then back to one at a time. Lasted about 15 minutes. My husband came out saw one of the lights as well.

Bright light over a hill around twilight. Thought was star or venus but it moved straight up at a steady pace, almost like a distant rocket or artillery illumination round (except rising instead of falling). Light disappeared into/ behind a rather thin cloud and did not emerge on other side. Did not see again after several minutes of observation. Time logged was approximate.

In the morning sky, still a bit dark out, an orange/white ball of light appeared at 45 degrees up in the sky, just above the roof line of our two story house. I spotted them from where I was sitting, outside in a spa in the backyard of our property. It descended 5 degrees then disappeared, then another ball of light showed at the same spot where the other one first appeared, descended 5 degrees and disappeared. A total of 8 balls of light, each two inches in diameter did this same manuevre.
