Standing on front porch facing direct north. Spotted a bright yellow/amber diamond shaped light heading south east direction at a speed faster that an average airplane. After traveling for around 30 seconds, it came to a stop in the sky. Stayed in the same location in the sky for about 1 minute. In that time it became brighter and seemed to rise from its location. Then the light concentrated to the center of the object and the light began to pulse. It kept pulsing until it slowly disappeared. Six witnesses were watching outside.

Light was hovering in the sky right above my head....thought it was a satellite at first but it wasn't moving. It was too bright to be a star. I watched it for about 90 seconds before it just burned out. Never saw anything like that before...very strange!

Saturday May 24th 2014, the sky was clear after a beautiful 70 degree day. Five of us were sitting around a campfire about 11:00pm when a very fast moving orange ball came out of the east toward us then curved and went to the north. When it disappeared we noticed there was absolutely no sound. Approximately 10 minutes later, another orange ball on the exact same flight path came at us and again turned to the north. The orange ball looked the same whether it was coming at us or going away. It was about another 10 minutes and a 3rd ball came at us. This was from a slightly more southern direction, but it followed the 1st two lights toward the north. I don’t know if this was the same light making a large circle or if it was actually 3 different orange lights.

I saw the first large bright orange light going from north to south between Ballston and East Falls Church at around 10:30 pm. As it passed directly over head, the light was reflecting off the bottom of the clouds as it the object was right below the cloud. Absolutely no noise. Before the first object faded into the distance another object followed the same path at the same speed. By this time my neighbor had seen it as well. Then as the second object faded to the south, a third even brighter object followed the same path. Again, no noise and no navigation lights. Just bright orange turning to dim red as they faded into the distance. It took each object about 3 minutes to traverse the sky and their altitude was just below the clouds.

While driving home, I observed 3 orange lights in the sky. At first I only noticed 1 and it looked like the distant glow of a fire. As I continued driving however I noticed 2 others. I was driving east and the lights appeared to be moving very slowly in a southern direction. This was how I realized that they were not fires. Based on how their position relative to me changed as I was moving, I would estimate their position to be approximately 1 mile away and ½ to 1 mile in elevation. They appeared to be moving over the interstate. I observed the lights for about 5 minutes, until I passed beneath the interstate. Upon reaching the other side of the interstate, I looked back and the objects were gone.

50 degree long streak of white light (lighted line) Would be 50% opacity in photoshop for a visual comparison. Speed would be equivalent to a plane or satellite going across the sky Saw for 2 minutes 25 degrees west of polaris - north or due 335 degrees NW No moon. Moon came up at 3:30Am No bright leading object at beginning of contrail. Satellite (or a white circle) seemed to be following parallel to the line near the beginning. Another observer next to me said he saw the lead satellite followed by two more object behind it. I did not see the other objects through binoculars and looked at least 10 degrees behind. No photos/video.

Me and my husband was outside getting stuff out of the vehicle and because there was a meteor shower set to begin at 11:00pm I glanced up at the sky and there was a really bright light suddenly appear from nowhere while I was looking and it got brighter and thinking it was a meteor I told my husband to look. As we were both watching it got a little bit brighter and then appeared to go back upwards and got dimmer and dimmer then went towards the East and you could barely see it but it was moving very slowly and I watched it slowly creep East until trees blocked out to where I could not see anymore. It was very beautiful and it was only 10:45pm. A few minutes later an aircraft appeared in the same spot and seemed to follow in the direction the light went.

The object itself illuminated. Its color was bright white. Shape was round. Their was only one flying craft. The object was flying horizontal south to north. It was a scattered cloudy day. The object flew the same height as the surrounding clouds. Last seen as the object flew behind a small cloud and never exiting the cloud.

I was out walking my dog around 23:00, perhaps a few minutes before. I rounded a street corner in my neighborhood and a light up in the sky caught my eye. I stepped out into the street for a better view and observed a lighted object streaking across the sky from right to left. I was facing Southeast. It was not cloudy out, but there was a haze in the sky where the object appeared. There was no rain falling, and stars could be seen. The object moved fast, and had a straight trajectory with no arc as it maintained a parallel path with the ground. There was only one object. Due to it being lit, I could not make out the exact shape; however, the lights were confined to a rectangle-like formation. The light was white. I could not discern the distance above ground, however it was lower than a typical airplane or jet and there was no sound. The speed was extremely fast. I would compare it to the speed of a jet seen at low altitude, only perhaps faster. It was visible for approximately five seconds and then disappeared. I looked around me for other witnesses, but there were none.

i was walking along a trail going to meet somebody, all of a sudden i seen an explosion in the sky it was light blue and it fell downwards for about 3 seconds, a noise that sounded like sparkling came along with the sight. As i was in merrit bc high in the mountains the object was very clear and big. We suspect a hoax. Source does not indicate a date. Who would be walking along a rural trail in British Columbia at 11:00 p.m.?? PD

The object appeared to be very small and very close. The weather was cold, about 35 degrees Fahrenheit, and partially cloudy with thunderless lightning. Within 500 feet was a small red light making no sound, we originally thought was a firework rocket. Until it stopped moving and stayed perfectly still for a few seconds. It began shifting color and moving left and right at perfect right angles. It turned red again and lowered toward the ground. We could clearly see the trees it was in front of and the trees it was behind. It lowered to the ground and we didnt see it the rest of the night. It was over a creek behind some buildings. The witnesses are 3 100% sober teenagers and one woman walking her dog. We plan to take a look at the place we saw the light in the daytime. Around 0330 in the morning I caught a glimpse out of the corner of my eye in the eastern sky. I had my patio door open at the time. I walked out immediately and saw an intense ball of light moving from west to east in the sky. It was green/bluish in color so bright I could see the light on the clouds around it. It was moving fast but not as fast as a shooting star. It was still incredibly fast and fluid in motion. After watching for it a few seconds I saw a flash of red and it disappeared. It had no sound. I'm a United States Marine and have seen plenty of aircraft and satellites and what I saw was none of those things. It took a moment to register in my brain.

I was taking a nap in my room. When I woke it was dark out already and I decided to go outside to get some fresh air. It was around 21:35 when I woke and saw my alarm clock before walking out. As I was headed outside I heard our neighbor call out to my mom in spanish, "hey, do you see that over there in the sky? what is that?" As I heard this I paced to get to my mother in our front lawn who was looking to the distance in the southeast direction from our home. And I saw it. It was a bright blue-violet light, flamelike- like a flare. I watched carefully to try to figure out if it were a place or manmade craft by its signal lights but there were none. It was just one big blue-violet light. It would slowly change color from blue to violet and back. And it was falling towards the horizon and slowly out of sight before the houses in the distance. But as it fell it would suddenly stop and start climbing again, and fall again, with each attept it would rise less until it fell out of sight. All of us were stunned, I knew it wasnt a plane. What got to me was how it felt, from my perspective like an organic life form stuggling to stay afloat. Like as if it were slowly passing out or giving up. For when it rose it did so with almost a pull of spirit until it gave up again. I have been searching online to see if anyone else could have seen it but I guess it was only us.

Observed May 20th, 2014 approximately 10:40pm West of Atlanta IL. My daughter and I were sitting on the front porch when I observed a white bright strobe in the sky. The bright light only flashed one time similar to a camera flash. I saw a total of five flashes that placed the source literally miles away from each flash that was approximately one second apart from one another. The first flash appeared as if the source was 20 plus thousand feet in the sky and to my south west. The second flash was same approximately 20 plus thousand feet however to the north west of the sky, literally miles away from the first flash. The third flash was even higher than the first two, and was directly above where the second flash was located however thousands of feet higher as if it shot straight up. The fourth flash was directly beneath the third flash as if it had fallen straight down and appeared to be lower than all the other flashes. I could see that it literally shot back to the south with the last flash being literally miles away in one second. My daughter and I have no idea what we witnessed. I am 51 years old and skeptic to UFO’s, however I know what I saw. There is no way that this was anything like we have on earth. This was not a jet, I see jets all of the time flying over….this was covering miles in one second bursts. There were no green or red lights. Strictly one white flash placing it miles apart from each flash.

Went outside to take Dog out,was a clear night. Seen a bright light with colors like a prism. There was a trail of light attached. It moved slow not like a shooting star. It was approx 200 ft above ground it was unlike anything I had ever seen until I seen a picture posted about bright lights in Hawaii on the same night. The one picture looked simular to what I had seen last night. The light went down a couple blocks away but no noise and abruptly disappeared did not hit ground.

I woke up to use the bathroom and noticed a bright light out the window. I woke my partner and she asked if it was a plane or a boat, but a boat would be more on the horizon and we could see the horizon thanks to the moon. I went to the big bay window to look more. A very bright ball of light that appears to be hovering. I watched it for about 45 minutes. During that time I've seen it dip up and down, and sway back and forth. I even sat down and used my neighbors house as a level of sight. Not too long ago about 4:30 I noticed two aircrafts fly towards the ball of light at high speed, circle it once, and then jet off back towards the pohakuloa training area. And before anyone says it's a star, I've already identified where the star Rigel is, and that's definetly not it.

County wide blackout left our neighborhood in city limits pitch black. Husband and I went outside and saw strobe light flashing of green, red, and white over the tall oaks. People from all over the county saw something different but all thought it had something to do with something not of this world. The reports today on SurfKy.com stated something vaguely of an explosion. It doesn't seem to fit due to the massive amounts of people that were outside at midnight to see (and feel) this. It felt very uneasy. The dogs started going berserk in the neighborhood just before the power came back on. The lights lasted for about 15 of the 45 minutes that the power was out. Very strange. If it WAS an explosion, there was no sound and no damage that an "explosion" that could be viewed from all sides of the city would have made. We are getting lied to.

My boyfriend (Wood finisher, Production, QC) and I (Tech Writer) watched 12 to 15 small star-like lights travel across the sky, one by one, from SSE to NNW on Monday night between 10:20 and 11:00 pm. They looked just like some of the less-bright peach-colored stars in the sky that night, except they each seemed to maintain a constant speed. We noticed each one to the south of us, about 60 degrees above the horizon, and we watched each travel over us, then fade away when they reached about the same point (about 60 degrees above the horizon) to the north of us. They traveled on parallel paths, and each covered the 60 degree arc in about 20-30 seconds. One had just passed overhead when it stopped and made a hairpin turn and faded out almost directly overhead. Another flared at one point, and we thought maybe it was a meteor, but then it resumed its normal star-like state and continued on its paced trajectory. Another abruptly turned on a very bright light that seemed to shine down toward us for a second or two, then abruptly turned it off. (We were pretty sure at this point they were not satellites.) As we watched the lights travelling overhead, we both saw, peripherally, a very bright white light to the north-east, traveling vertically, down. It flared, faded, and flared again before vanishing. It only lasted 1/4 of a second. A coincidental meteor? At one point, as we stared up toward the south, waiting for the next star-like light to appear, I suddenly saw one materialize right in my field of vision and fly over us much closer, as if it were only 1000 feet up, instead of 10-30,000 feet, it seemed. It, too, was the same peach-like color, but rather than a pin-point, it was round--the size of a cherry tomato held out at arms length. It was so close and moving so fast that I only saw it for half a second before it vanished directly overhead, but, when it was visible, it was only half-materialized--I could see through it. Light-bending tech? They were all completely silent. We felt no ominous feelings, no unpleasant nervousness--only positive excitement.
