While on a ski trip to Mammoth, we witnessed what we first thought was a drone hovering above us. We couldn’t get a handle on its size or distance for several minutes as it didn’t make any sense to what we knew was possible. It was shaped like a very shiny Tic Tac, perhaps 10 feet long. It was hovering then would drop and ascend very rapidly. My 14 year old step daughter became quite afraid, while I assured her it had to be some sort of drone, but I don’t think any of us was buying my story. We watched it for the duration of the chair lift, the group behind us seeing it as well. After about 8 minutes it flew off into the interior of Yosemite. Witness indicates that the date of the sighting is approximate. PD

Viewed from Calero Lake on McKean Road. Very slow flying object. Size very large, approx 2-3x an airplane — appeared pale in color but hard to distinguish details. Very, very slow. Wondered how it stayed in the air at that slow speed. It was headed north toward San Jose.

She went outside the front of the house on Westview Drive to film them. She described them as coming from the Southwest going to the Northeast. They were orange in colour and oval to round. When I asked her how they were moving (as compared to how they were filmed on her phone (which wasn't completely steady) and I asked her, "Were they buzzing round like bees? Or going more smoothly? She said they were moving rather smoothly. She said the whole event took place for about 3 minutes. If you would like video, please contact her.

Leaving Bryan, Tx about 4 in the morning I saw this bright light appearing as if hanging from the moon. It never left the location from the moon.

We saw a red ball of light flying from the northwest heading southeast. As it got closer, the color didn’t change, and it didn’t make any noise. It seemed to stop and change direction slightly and continue on. At first we thought it was an aircraft on fire. It didn’t look like any helicopter or plane as many have passed overhead. We do live near an airport, but it did not head in that direction.

While taking pics of the Moon, I saw a bright oval-ish shape moving sparatically from ground level to horizon level in front of my sightline of the Moon. It moved very quickly, could NOT have been a conventional aircraft.

Very loud ongoing noise, similar to a hair dryer or leaf blower frequency, filled the Larkspur/Kentfield, CA, valley area near Marin General. Weather was clear with some light patches of fog. From our terrace, (400 ft. above city street level), in the distance I saw what looked like a huge drone, with a big green flashing light, bright white light with smaller red and yellow lights, but this was not a drone, pretty big aircraft. Slowly making its way up vertically then flew horizontally to about the middle point of Mount Tam, made a right, then started approaching the house. That weird sound became very loud. I looked up at the aircraft, the bottom was black, red lights surrounding the oblong aircraft. The other color lights became stronger as well. It was not a jet/plane sound or shape, didn’t see blades, did not sound like a helicopter or chopper. As it flew over the roof and out of sight, I could still hear the sound of that aircraft for a least 5 t! o 6 minutes later, either heading towards San Rafael, San Anselmo, or Woodacre. Living here for ten years I’ve never witnessed anything like this. I’m very interested about this aircraft. I'm emailing a map with description.

Subject: UFO Sighting Report - Sparks, Nevada - December 20, 2018 Date and Time of the Sighting: December 20, 2018, at around 4:40pm. Location of the Sighting: I was situated at Teglia's Paradise Park in Sparks, Nevada, sitting in my car eating and talking. The UFO was observed in the west/southwest of my location, hovering over a mountain range north of Lake Tahoe. Duration of the Sighting: Initially, the object was observed with the naked eye as a solid black shape for approximately 2-3 minutes. Once I began recording it with my phone from inside the car due to the cold weather, it started shifting from solid black to transparent and back, a phenomenon that was captured for an additional 2 minutes. Appearance and Behavior of the Object: The object appeared as a solid, black, oval or "tic-tac" shape. It was first noticed by my friend, who drew my attention to it. The object was seen hovering at the approximate altitude of the mountains and exhibited controlled, horizontal movement, shifting left and right from our perspective. The object's transparency seemed to shift only after I began recording it. Weather Conditions: The day was cloudy and, given the time of year, it was quite cold and windy. Witnesses: I was not the sole witness to this event - it was first noticed by my friend, who alerted me to its presence. Emotional Impact: During the sighting, we were excited, but the inability to explain what we had seen left us feeling anxious and shocked in the years that followed. Visual Material: The video recorded on my phone captured the object's distinct shifting transparency and its controlled movements for about 2 minutes, after observing it with the naked eye for about 2-3 minutes. Personal Response and Efforts to Debunk: I've always been skeptical about unidentified flying objects and have made substantial efforts to understand what we saw that day. I posted the video on Reddit, where it received over 400 likes and sparked many discussions. Some suggested that it could have been bird murmurations, but considering the high altitude, the time of year, and the local weather conditions in Reno, this seems unlikely. The cold, windy conditions and mountainous terrain also make the idea of a drone or balloon extremely unlikely. Although the sighting did not occur near an airport, there is one in the vicinity in Reno, which adds another layer of complexity to the sighting due to airspace regulations. Following the Recent UFO Congressional Hearings: I've been inspired to share this incident with professional organizations that might help shed light on what we witnessed. Previous Experiences: This is the first time I've witnessed such an event. The object and its behavior were unlike anything I've previously seen. Additional Information: I can provide pinpoint locations on Google Earth both of my location at Teglia's Paradise Park and of where I believe the UFO was hovering over the mountain range. My hope in reporting this sighting is to find a plausible explanation for the event and to contribute to our collective understanding of such phenomena. I believe in the importance of rigorous scrutiny and welcome any insights or information that can help explain this occurrence.

Looked east one oval object with round red lites 5 evenly distributed in distance circumference. This craft was position north and south with the widest circumference in the center motionless for 10 seconds. Another craft smaller but the description is the same was horizontal with the widest part centered. The smaller object moved ver quickly to the right the back again to the left. It traveled vertically to the larger object and disappeared. The after hovering the larger object was rotating then just disappeared.

While conducting a crane safety practical exam practice outside, I looked up at the ball on the crane and noticed an oval shiny object in the sky behind the ball. I followed it as it moved from southeast to northwest and watched it go out of sight. The sky was crystal clear and blue. I was driving on CT Route 15. Something high in the sky flashed brightly. I looked up to see what it was. I saw an oval grey/silver object hovering above. I stared at it for a few seconds trying to figure out what it was. While I was looking at it, after a few seconds, it disappeared.

I was watching what started out as a pulsating orange light bobbing up and down and hovering in the same general area. After about 3 to 5 minutes of watching this light, a second light appeared real close on the right side. It now looked like a large black object hovering over the Bay near San Rafael. I looked away for a couple seconds to check the time on my watch, and when I looked back the object was gone. The time was 11:20 P.M. . The weather was crystal clear and cold and there was a lot of strange lights swarming in this area. The sightings started again on 11-24 and 11-25 after the fire smoke filled skies finally cleared after 16 days of bad weather. It is amazing how nobody is ever outside when this activity is going on.

Driving from Omaha got past York and saw a green orb shoot across the sky. Then it disappeared. I was very freaked out had to call my husband and make him talk to me the rest of the way home.

The object appeared above the tree line somewhere between Middleburg and Upperville, Va., just North of Rt. 50 and on the east side of Paris Mountain. The object was metallic in color and oval in shape. The size was hard to determine, however it seemed to be at least as large as a box van. Shortly after it appeared, the object, did a full 360 loop and disappeared into clouds above.

I left my house to make the drive to Atlanta (26 miles) and in the sky I saw a very bright white light. At first I assumed it was an airplane as we live near a small municipal airport, it was too low and large to be a star. As I got closer to the highway I realized the light wasn’t moving. I watched the light hang in the sky for my entire 45 minute drive south to Midtown Atlanta. The light always staying on the left side of the highway. At times the light was brighter, almost pointing in my direction and then it would be duller as if it turned from my line of sight. When I got to my building and up on the 30th floor I walked all around to see if I could get a better look but by now the sun was coming up and it was nowhere to be found. The shape was round in the center like this "O" very bright in the center and smaller lights on each side which initially made me believe it was an airplane. But not moving for 45 minutes; I believe it was something else. Wish I could have captured a picture of it.

The object was an oval white shape stationary in the sky was a clear blue sky. Was looking overhead at a propeller plane flying over us in my yard and noticed the object. It stayed in the sky for about 30 seconds and was still did not move then just disappeared .

Took the telescope out. It was 12:15 in the morning. I saw a yellow “star.” This object was only visible through my telescope. This object was moving erratically. In all different directions and looked like a small lightning bolt that didn’t go out. However, multiple times this object would widen itself and make the shape of a perfect zero. And when it was the shape of a zero, purple flares would shoot out of it. And it was so fast. It never stopped moving. About 2 hours afterwards, I checked again and it was still there. Only much, much smaller. I’m hesitant to share the exact location of this. It was, very peculiar. I’ve been taking my telescope out for over 10 years. Never saw anything like this. I’ve seen comets, planets, satellites, everything. This, is unexplainable.

Witnessed 3 Gold balls with a headlight on the top right corner, sitting to the south at 400 foot altitude (guess?) About three blocks distance. Total silence then a dash 8 commercial plane flew over it on takeoff. Maybe at 1000 feet? Very dark night, more than usual. I shot 6 quick pics and was not used to my phone, couldn't use video. Temperature maybe 0° to +2° Celsius, no wind. Had later looked at pics and first three were all different, one object at original location with two objects to left in different shape than what I viewed. I was by myself, no witnesses.
